I tried looking for lowering kits since my height is about 161cm with a 28" inseam. My bike is tall and a few lowering kits came to mind. There's Yamalink, Devol and a few more but ZETA's kit takes the cake for build quality and overall ease of installation. The needle bearings appears to be well made and caged as well.
