Must be removed each time during pre-road adjustment
OEM suspension hardly sinks when riding alone, but this suspension works properly.
I could not make any adjustments to the Pre-roadetc. without removing it from the car body, so that was the MinusPoint.

YSS Steering Damper Bracket Type-ARCHI Kit
About quality and texture Great well crafted. Polished aluminum product. About the feeling of use Looks amazing with the YSS silver damper. Products to buy together I bought with the YSS damper kit as I prefer this color. Difficulty of installation Easy no issue better to install it with a maintenance stand to let your front wheel move freely. Cost performance and comparison with other products Very expensive. But just buy this damper with the holding kit will be enough if you are not particular. Both products work well. About shipping and packaging Boxed with items bubble wrapped and and brown paper. This item does not come with the YSS damper. View detail
YSS Steering Damper Kit Type-ARCHI
About quality and texture Wonderful design. Made in perfection. Smooth aluminum texture. About the feeling of use It helps to control my handlebars better when stopping. Without it the bike turns to drop on the side abruptly. With the steering damper you will have a better centralized stopping. Difficulty of installation Pretty easy for my mechanical to install. Better to do it with a maintenance stand. The price is a bit steep but worth the money. The quality matches the price. About shipping and packaging. Well package with bubble wrap and brown paper. No issues when item received. This item comes with bracket and damper. View detail
Large changes until you can aim at Setting.
I used it on a CBR650F...Before Impression...although the stock information stated that I would receive it in a short period of time, when I placed the order, the delivery time was extended to several weeks and months, and in the end it took almost 3 months to receive it.
I understand that there are some reasons, such as the product does not sell well, or the distributor does not have it in stock because it is imported, but if it takes time, I wish they would have mentioned that it takes time.
Product Contents include Spring, ForkValve, Color, Top cap (with damping adjustment), Fork oil (small quantity) Quantity:The top cap alone costs about 10,000 yen,
Considering ForkValve 10,000 yen and Spring 10,000 yen, is this what the price is? I think it's about the same price.
In addition to the items shown in the picture (Preload Adjuster, Exclusive Collar, Exclusive Spring, PD Valve, PD Valve is the key of this product), Instruction Manual etc. and YSS Fork oil No. 20 are included. The capacity of this oil is not enough to replace the oil in the Single Body. I would like to see the price of this product lowered a little without including it.
In addition, the viscosity of YSS's Fork oil (40°C) is quite firm, at 99.4mm2.s.
For example, Honda's Fork oil No. 10 as OEM compliant is 34.7, so you can see how hard it is.
In fact, the kinematic viscosity of fork oil varies so widely from manufacturer to manufacturer that it is not uncommon to find that Company B's No. 10 is harder than Company A's No. 20.
I was worried about the hardness of YSS's fork oil because it was too different, and I also thought the fork oil itself was too expensive, so I prepared KYB's No. 15.
...Yeah, I didn't realize I made a mistake here.
When it came time to replace the oil, we realized that one bottle of KYB Fork oil was not enough, as it is 600ml. I ended up having to buy another bottle, which was expensive.
The fork oil comes with only 250ml as an adjustable amount, but of course it is not enough for a full change of 650F, and if you buy yss fork oil, 1 liter is enough.
If so, I'd like to see the price lowered without including this.
Dustcloth becomes pure black.
The valve should be loosened once to make sure it is firmly set to the specified value. 2 revolutions from the beginning of the pre-road engagement is the specified value.
Spring rate is 7.0-11.5N.
Considering that the OHLINS for 650F is 7.5 and the Scuder RearOkumura's MESUPER SPORTS750 is 8.3, the numbers are reasonable...?
It would be best if I knew the NORMAL Rate, but I couldn't find it there.
However, in NORMAL mode, the Front is too soft and moves in a nimble manner, while the Rear is too rigid and does not seem to move at all. (Of course, it does move slightly.)
Therefore, the direction is hard in the front and soft in the rear....
The PD Valve, depending on the model, may require an extra hole in the seat pipe to reduce the resistance on the compression side, but the kit for the 650F did not include such instructions, so I installed it as is.
The PD Valve has a Route, which is tensioned by Orifice + Spring that opens when pressure exceeds a certain level, on the retracted side, and a Shim with a weaker Spring on the extended side.
Since the seat pipe is unmodified, it basically means that the resistance is increased in the NORMAL oil path.
The weight of the resistance on the contraction is the Spring rate. The resistance on the extension side is auxiliary and can be seen as almost unchanged at about the Shim of the PDValve.
On the shrinking side, there is a small orifice that seems to pass through when resistance is weak, but when excessively large pressure is applied to it, the spring is pushed open and released from the center.
It's a way of increasing resistance in areas where it doesn't originally exist in NORMAL.
However, as far as I can see, the orifice has only one hole, and I wonder if this will cause the Spring side to open immediately if just a little resistance is applied...?
Maybe we can raise Spring's Tension...
I actually replaced it and ran it for a bit.
The front seems to have become a little harder due to the change in rate. I have an impression that the front has become a little stiffer due to the change in the rate.
After assembly, we headed out for a test run. We went to Hakone for a test run in the city and for a light winding.
At this point, the fluffy feeling felt by the OEM is gone.
I thought it looked good without bottoming out.
And the other day I ran about 440 km round trip.
I think the PD Valve thickness is offset by the Exclusive Collar........ I think it's either that or the PD Valve thickness is offset by the Exclusive Collar....
But if the Oil is too hard, it seems like the PD Valve shim will open up and flow...
In the meantime, I would like to see Timing and change the Fork oil to something softer.
This product is only Setting parts. It is not something that can be just popped on and done. It is not something that can be simply popped on.
I think since I took the time to decide on the Setting
I think it is not bad if you consider that the cosmetics are good and that there are more parts that can be set.

Spring rate shortage
130 N/mm may be a good ride,
The Stroke is too short to make full use of due to the lack of Rate.
I weigh 80kg and changed to 160N/mm. For reference, the OEMRate of VTR is 15kg/mm.
Free length/150mm and Spring inner diameter/56mm for Gixxer, so please change them if you are concerned about them,
Of course, it is necessary to adjust the Rear Rear because it will be raised.
I wish I could choose Rate from the original.
Is it okay to have the Rate together when the 150 and 250 weigh almost 20 kg different?

We hope that GSX-R125User on the Circuit will find it useful!
It is supposed to be for GSX-R150, but I bought it for GSX-R125 because the distributor's website said it was for both 150 and 125. As a result, I was able to install it without any problem.
I also purchased this product as a Circuit Running and am satisfied with its perfect performance.
The installation process is a piece of cake if you have ever done a Fork oil change. Even if you have never done it before, you can do it if you have some tools. We recommend that you change the fork oil while doing the work.
The top cap of the fork is not screwed on like the FOR JAPAN MODEL production type, but only stopped by a C-ring using the force of the fork spring, so it requires a bit of hang, but as shown in the photo, it can be removed quite easily by using a Tie Down Belt and TWrench, etc. However, it can be easily detached by using a Tie Down Belt and TWrench as shown in the photo, or by preparing a 3-way Vise.
The Instruction Manual for the product is very unfriendly, but it seems to recommend an OilLevel of 125mm, so you will need about 200cc or less of Fork oil on the One Side when replacing. Also, although Fork Oil No. 30 is included in the package, it is not recommended to use Fork Oil No. 30. Use this with a Single Body. I don't think that's the case (it's only 250cc so it will run out after only One Side). I think the OEM No. 10 has enough viscosity, so you can mix No. 30 to your liking.

Driving stability is quite good
I asked the manufacturer if I could install it on my JC75, and they replied that it was basically the same as the JC61 and that it would be large and sturdy.
The Boltetc. was installed with no problem, but there was a part that interfered with the Body, so it was shaved or partially heated and recessed to avoid interference.
Things have become much more accurate and straight line stability has increased and Corner has become much more stable.
The feel is quite good.

It's nice
The original delivery time was 3 months, but I received it in 1 month. However, I ordered silver/black, but what I received was black/black. I was so happy with the early delivery that I did not check the order form and realized the mistake after installation. I contacted Webike, but there was no response. I am worried. I measured and installed the sag according to the Instruction Manual, but it did not come out to the recommended value. I am happy with the movement of the Damper and the Stroke. I can now open the Axel at the tight corner. The ride quality might be better under a top ranking. View detail

Upgrade rear suspension
The OEM Rear suspension was replaced. After the replacement, the adjustments were easier, and the cornering was more stable, making it easier to drive with peace of mind. View detail
I had my doubts, but I was right to buy it.
[How is it used?
The OEMRear shock on the SEROW225 initially caused Oil seepage. OEMOverhaul." To
I was thinking about it, but since Overhaul was quite expensive, I decided to install the YSS suspension that I was interested in anyway.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The actual product looks cool in the picture. My concern was whether it would interfere with the Frame, which is often mentioned, and whether it could be used for mountain play.
How was your experience with it?
Compared to the OEM, the YSS was the same length as the factory. I installed it on my car body as it was from the factory and there was no interference with the Frame on my WE.
Rear suspension was initially felt to be too hard, so I set it softer with 15 levels of damping in the middle, and also loosened the spring pre-road setting to make it softer.
The Stroke is the same as the OEM suspension, and with some adjustment, it should be able to do exactly what I want.
[Points to note]
During removal and installation, work with care as they are easily scratched as they are removed and attached in a light ring of wisdom.
How did it compare to other products?
Although we can't compare it to the OEM suspension, which was screwed up, the traction is firm. We have a wider range of adjustment.
It makes it fun. I was thinking OEMOverhaul if I didn't have an external suspension, but it was the right decision.

I'm concerned about delivery time.
NORMAL is a cheap feeling, so putting this in will calm it down.
It is solid and can be used for Circuit use.
Adjustment range is also fine.
If you put this in, you will want to change the Front from NORMAL as well.
The problem is that it's an overseas product.
Delivery times are ・・・・ at this time of year.

Repair oil leak within 1 year for a fee
Oil leak less than a year after purchase with a mileage of 600km.
When the car was sent for repair, it was found that the Dust had entered between the Dust Seal and Oil Seal inside the Rear suspension, damaging the Shaft.
Paid repair shaft fee8,000-.
Despite the Dust Seal
External factors caused Dust to enter and damage Shaft.
I asked if it was a Dust Seal problem and was told that Dust Seal has no problem.
The performance is sufficient for my needs, but I am quite distrustful of the way it is made.
Please consider this in light of the cost of repairs that may be required.

Exchange from OEM
This is a replacement from the OEM
YSS was relatively inexpensive even for Other Brand Products.
I asked for an exchange.
While the OEM is quite heavy, this one is lighter, which may be a weight savings by itself….
I feel less OEM thrust.

It is very solid for the price. I did the installation by myself and it only took about 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with the installation and it really improved my parenthesis. View detail

It's not that bad from what I've tried.
However, the result was not so good as the objective of "Spring reinforcement to increase the braking power in the early stage of Brake".
The wire diameter of OEMSpring is 5mm. This Spring also had the same wire diameter of 5mm.
At this point, I thought, oh no.
Well, the density of the coil is higher than OEM's and the spring length is shorter, so we proceeded without thinking too much about it,
After assembling, I pushed it with my hand and found that the OEM one is somewhat harder.
I can't say for sure because I didn't measure the sag of OEMSpring, but OEMSpring seems to be 8.0 or 8.5 N/mm.
By the way, the sag after adding yssSpring is 17mm from the top of the Dust cover. (75 kg) The oil is Kawasaki G10 with an oil level of 100.
I am incorporating PD Valve, so I may not be able to rely on it too much.
I thought this might have been a hiccup, but I put it together and ran a test run, and it felt rather good.
Double column effect gives the feeling of pushing the Tire firmly at the back of the Brake and (OEM will inevitably have a stronger Air Spring effect when the Travel of the suspension is less than 20mm remaining). Breaking is more stable than expected.
The original idea was to install a PD Valve, but the spring was losing its edge, and the spring felt like it was bottoming out. I think it is a good enough Spring if it can rebound so well even with low viscosity oil.
This was a good experience because Double Column Spring did not have a good impression of Honda's suspension.
But hey, I wanted a more solid Spring than OEM, and I'm not going to buy another one.

enough
The OEM was sagging, so I replaced it. It rides great and doesn't bottom out when flying. I now have a better feel for how a rear tire feels on pavement. View detail
Soft fork
My car has been going for more than 1 year, because of traveling a lot, the forks are quite degraded, so I thought of a new replacement plan. The feeling of the fork under the car is not good, the hard suspension is not smooth when riding 1 person. After mounting, the fork is smooth when traveling with one person, passing the speed humps very gently.

Highly Adjustable Rear Suspension for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the rear shock absorber from YSS, the construction of this product compared to the Honda one is a huge improvement. All the metal surface and paint finishes are perfect. About the feeling of use: The feel from the rear end is much more controlled now with a suitably rated spring, unlike the Honda one designed for a 60kg rider the YSS shock can handle my 80kg with ease. Products to buy together: Some higher rated front fork springs would also be desirable to purchase along side the rear shock absorber and Kitaco have 5.5N, 6.0N, 6.5N and 7.0N options compared to the Honda 3.8N as standard. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about an hour, only 2 bolts holding it in place, I removed the rear hugger, seat and rear plastics then supported the rear of the motorcyce with an A frame and strap. A little difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality built rear shock absorber with all the adjustments available, pretty much all most people need as compared to the much more expensive Ohlins option that a lot of people go for which is over kill but does look more impressive. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but not available for this product due to the gas and oil in the product I am assuming. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: If you are looking for a fully adjustable and well priced rear shock absorber that will solve all the problems that the Honda one has then look no further. Better than new NORMAL
We decided to replace the Normal suspension because the shaking of the suspension was getting worse and we judged that it had reached the end of its useful life.
I decided to choose an Other Brand Product, and decided on YSS, which has a good reputation for its cost performance.
This Motorcycle suspension replacement is simply a matter of tightening the upper mounting bolt into the Screw hole on the Frame.
It can be done in a short time by simply removing the footpeg cover to remove the upper mounting bolt.
Since there are no instructions for installation orientation, I installed it with the ROD facing down, the engraving and Sticker visible from the outside.
I rode with the manufacturer's factory settings except for the suspension length, and it was firm when I stepped on it while absorbing the impact.
I think it is a good suspension that holds up well. I would like to find the right setting for my riding style by adjusting it from now on.
The delivery time at the time of ordering was around 6 days, but after ordering, I received an e-mail saying that the delivery time would be 3.5 months and delivery would be in July or August, which was a bit of a surprise,
I thought to myself, "It's not possible to keep up-to-date delivery dates for a large number of items, so I'll just wait patiently. Thank you Webig and YSS for your hard work.
