WR155R Full Exhaust System Comparison
I have tried three Full Exhaust System, PROLinerXR-1⇒DAYTONA(IndonesiaYamahaOption)⇒Yoshimura cyclone. As for the comparison of the three systems, my personal opinion is that overall they are 1st DAYTONA (IndonesiaYamahaOption), 2nd Yoshimura cyclone and 3rd XR-1. They all have their pros and cons...
XR-1 is really noisy enough to break your ears in Tunnel, and when VVA starts to work, it stalls (Gas is too thin), so it is obvious that Injection controller and fuel condition are necessary. YOSHIMURA's total balance is excellent and he is able to drive on public roads with confidence, and he is able to secure satisfactory torque and power from top to bottom. Lastly, DAYTONA is my favorite with YOSHIMURA's fee ring with higher volume. Also, it is the only one with a baffle, which allows for simple sound deadening, and the exhaust pipe is the longest of the three, which seems to secure the Torque. The difficulty level of installation is the same for all 3 Rings. However, only YOSHIMURA's Fender Eliminator has a blinker that interferes with the pipe, so it needs to be relocated. In addition, the Gasket of the middle pipe is required.

I really wanted the old model design, but they didn't have it in stock, so I bought the new one.
My impression when I put it on was Sound, which reminded me of the YOSHIMURA I wore in my youth.
It is a single cylinder Motorcycle, so I am satisfied with the thumping feeling.
I am glad that the design matched the car body when it was installed.
The improvement in power can be felt very much at 5.6000 rpm in the middle speed range!
Demerit, when starting, especially with a tandem or a lot of luggage on board, I felt that the start was slower than in NORMAL.
The other thing is that After Fire is now missing more, so it happens when Downshift or when I move Access back.
Well, After Fire occurs even in NORMAL, but it's hard to hear because of the sound deadening wall, so it's not a particularly large problem.
I feel that with Carburetor Vehicles, I can reduce the amount of fuel by thickening the fuel a little....
The only other thing is that the Installation Manual was a little difficult to understand in some parts.

Great
The packaging is meticulous.
Installation is easy, requiring only a hang to peel off the old Gasket.
After the installation, a test run showed that the Torque is increased in the entire area.
It makes you want to turn it. I will turn it.
However, it is a little noisy when the Axel is opened to a large size.
When opened modestly, it accelerates reasonably well and is quiet.
Although these are expensive parts, they are carefully crafted, and you will feel a sense of ownership.

It was the first time I tried to replace the Exhaust System by myself, but I managed to complete it.
The Style has tightened up a lot!
I just couldn't get ECUReset to work. ( Nope.) Siksik…⇒ I'll have it looked at at my next inspection.
The sound in general was LARGER than I had imagined.
We live in a residential area, so we have to be careful about the sound of iDrink (especially in winter).
Sound is satisfied.

YOSHIMURA is the best!
I wanted the METALMagic type, but it was not in stock, so I bought the Stainless Steel Type.
The exhaust sound is not too Large and the bass is nice.
Punching holes in the Cover took a little time.
The Exhaust Band's protective tape has YOSHIMURA's logo on it, and I thought it was very detailed and elaborate.
I am satisfied with my purchase!

Nice heavy bass
The OEM sound was not bad, but I thought it was a little short.
Personally, it has a very nice bass sound (loud enough to be bothersome in residential areas at night), and the Response seems to have improved, and the Style has improved, making it even more fun to ride. I am very satisfied with this sound and style at a low price.

I feel that the sound changes from about 6000 rpm, and it is a nice sound that keeps me turning.
However, after one week and about 200km, discoloration and rust started to float, so I recommend applying StainlessGuard if you are concerned about it.

Since it is a vehicle that stimulates the five senses, the sound is more important than the performance, and although the sound of NORMAL is not bad, it is still not enough. After much consideration, I decided on YOSHIMURA because I wanted to make the Normal style Large.
The product arrived in safe and sound packaging with Large strange care.
I watched the work on YouTube and read the Instruction Manual, but it took me 1.5 hours to complete. the bolt holding the engine was very hard, but I used the big Torque wrench from for Vehicle and managed to loosen it. It was about to rain, but I was impressed after the test drive. This is it, this is it. I'm looking forward to Touring on Saturday!

YOSHIMURA for SEA BASS cars
The replacement process should take about 2 to 3 hours the first time.
Exhaust Gasket was replaced although it has only been running for a few kilometers.
I was surprised that the volume was unexpectedly large, unlike what I had seen in videos (Japan Government Certificated).
Exhaust system replacement is not about performance or graphics, it is about the feeling of ownership, and the sound while driving and embracing is also very pleasant!
OEMExhaust System Removal is Flange boltQuantity:It is fixed with 3 2pc/Body Fixing Bolt.
It is easier to remove the O2 Sensor by removing the Side cowl and disconnecting it from the Connector.
Note that the wiring of the O2 Sensor will change after the Exhaust System is replaced.
Bolt, Washer, Nut and part of Grommet collar will be used, so do not lose them.
Included Parts for Exhaust System Fixing:, with Stages collar installed from the inside to the outside of the vehicle by removing the OEM Grommet collar.
Silencer-fixed OEM Grommet collar changed from inside to outside mounting
Install the springs at each joint and retighten to the torque value specified by the manufacturer.
Before starting the engine, clean the engine with parts cleaner, etc., and check for exhaust gas leaks at the engine startup/joints.
There is a small hole in the lower front part of the silencer, and exhaust gas is coming out, but it is said to be a drainage hole, so there is no problem.

This Exhaust System is really a sticky Level.
I have been really impressed with the design, sound quality, and performance of MotorcycleManufacturer's OEM exhaust systems, so I had no intention of changing to an external system. 。
But the OEM exhaust system of Steel is prone to Rust.
Advantages of OEMExhaust System
The inside of the ◎OEMExhaust System is often a partitioned structure, and if we were to use an analogy (like a four-and-a-half-tatami-mat atpart, the exhaust air is accumulated in a small room and transferred from the small door to the next room). This is repeated to reduce the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
Disadvantages of OEMExhaust System
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Steel is large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust. If it gets scratched a little, it rusts from there→ I can't stand it.
Effect of External Exhaust System.
■ If the exhaust sound of the NORMAL exhaust system is not enough for you, you can change the exhaust sound to a larger sound or change the tone to your liking by replacing it with an exhaust system from another brand product.
Will replacing the exhaust system increase power?
Simply, if you increase the pipe diameter or reduce the pipe bend, the exhaust Gas flow velocity will increase and more exhaust Gas can be released in a given time, thus Power up at higher RPMs. Power up at high RPMs because more exhaust Gas can be released at a given time. It is hard to say Power up practically.
Lightweight materials such as stainless steel, a rust-resistant material, can be used to reduce weight.
The performance and durability of the OEM system were the prerequisites for selecting an exhaust system, and we chose the YOSHIMURA Exhaust System by referring to various manufacturers' exhaust systems and reviews.

A bad point
◎The exhaust sound is quite loud. But it doesn't catch me (laugh). But the sound at high rpm... Parenthesis is good (laugh).
OEM Exhaust System is really good. I can't say for sure, but I think it is difficult to exceed OEM Exhaust System with an external Exhaust System.
There are not many exhaust systems that can demonstrate the same level of performance as an OEM exhaust system.
YOSHIMURA, MORIWAKI, and so on... I felt that these would be the best choices.
After trying the OEM exhaust system, I think the quality and performance of this product will convince you. It was the first external exhaust system that I thought was good. (Laughs) The fuel consumption does not change after changing the exhaust system.

The Silencer part looks gold in the image.
The actual color is beautiful and different from the picture, and I am personally satisfied with Large.
The sound is also better than what I had heard on YouTube.

O2 Sensor may leave Damage on Wiring unless Coupler is removed and removed.
When removing and installing the exhaust pipe, it is easier to work with a Hexagonal Wrench 10cm extension.
The Under Cover can be easily removed.

The Torque wrench is recommended because the instruction manual specifies the Torque for tightening.
