Low volume, turn it and it's creepy!
When I ran the car right after installation, it was so quiet and boring that I immediately ordered an Exhaust System from Wills WIN!
Wills WIN sounded LARGER, but I was dissatisfied with the way it ran, so I ended up going back to BEAMS.
When I replaced the inexpensive WILLS WIN, I could see the difference in performance and I thought it was a good exhaust system again.
I cannot feel the difference of smoothness as much as YOSHIMURA, but it advances more firmly than the cheap exhaust system which only has a big sound!
I now like the sound of the engine braking after high rpm rotation. (^^)
By the way, I also got this one at Outlet of WeBig for about 36,000 yen,..,
WeBig is God.

Sporty looks ◎Mild characteristics
Sporty looks ◎Mild characteristics
■ Design
The OEM exhaust pipes were black, but now they are stainless steel, and the silencer is titanium or yellow, so it looks like the exhaust system has been changed. The silencer is also in Titanium or Yellow color, so it looks as if the exhaust system has been changed.
■Weight
Exhaust pipe is stainless steel, so it is a little heavier, but overall it is almost 3 kg lighter than OEM and less than half the weight. I thought I wouldn't notice it while driving, but there is a noticeable change when cornering, perhaps because the lunch box is gone. The center of gravity must have changed.
Mounting
OEMPillion Bar is OK, so if you are changing from OEM Exhaust System, you can install it as it is. One blog says to remove the rubber parts attached to the screw hole that holds the silencer band, but do not do that because it will rattle the screw and loosen it. The old Gasket was removed by pulling the protruding part with pliers, which spread out like a spiral.
Sound quality
I thought it was only 4db louder than OEM, but it is 1.6 times louder in sound pressure, so I feel it is louder. I think it is quieter than YOSHIMURA's R-77S, but considering the neighborhood, I think this one is a little quieter.
I thought the sound would not be that loud since it is JMCA, but when I rev it to high rpm, the sound is so loud that I cannot hear anything around me. It sounds more like ba-ba-ba than ba-ba-ba.
Performance
I have tried to test the results of this Exhaust System with KOSO Air cleaner + Air duct removal + IntakeInner duct removal after 100km of driving after ECUReset. I feel that the overall Torque is slightly improved, but it is not that much different from the OEM power curve. If I had to say something, I would say that the OEM's Torque dropped from around 6500 rpm, but now it stays up to around 7500 rpm. However, it is obvious that the fuel is thin, so it would be better to consider the introduction of a sub-computer if you use high RPMs frequently.
■How to choose
If you want to buy a Titaniumium silencer Exhaust System with a little bit lower price, or if you like the looks of the Exhaust SystemSingle Body, it is a good Exhaust System, If you are looking for performance with the Exhaust SystemSingle Body, it would be more convincing to buy one from a Manufacturer that provides BenchData (whether it is really fast or not is not important).
Exhaust system with short tube length tends to sacrifice low speed Torque, and this exhaust system is not an exception. If you are a light tuned driver, you may be happier to choose a longer Exhaust System that does not sacrifice Torque.
However, since it is ultimately budget and preference rather than performance trends, it is best to choose an Exhaust System that you like.

Sounds good.
It's a government-recognized Exhaust System, yet it's fun to run.
The sound is nice too, a bit of a valley in the middle speed ^_^.
Maybe for high pre.

I think I like the sound of OEM better.
The design is great, and I like the solid color of Stainless because I don't like the burnt color of Titanium, which seems to be deliberate.
In this Class, the weight is almost the same in either case.
We could not tell the difference in driving performance with only 2 kg lighter and 1.5 horsepower more.
As for the sound, I preferred the OEM one, although it is a matter of personal preference.
The OEM model had a good multi-cylinder sound quality despite its small volume, perhaps because the end pipe was a Dual Silencer.
Although this one is more powerful. Duh duh duh. The sound quality has a pulsing feel and is very typical of a single cylinder.
However, I like it because the texture and design are top notch.

Installed on CYGNUS X Type 5.
[How is it used?
I installed CYGNUS X5 type (2BJ-SED8J) for commuting.
Wbike's conformity only lists SEA5J, but on the Manufacturer's website, it has been Japan Government Certificated to fit the 2017 MODEL 2BJ-SED8J since September 2017 (Taiwan MODELNG) It seems that there is no problem as it was stated.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The OEM exhaust system was very protruding, not good looking, and I had to be careful when parking the bike against the wall.
Was the installation difficult?
It is quite easy, and if you are able to change the oil, you should be able to install it with no problem.
O2 Sensor should definitely work with the Coupler removed. It makes a difference in efficiency.
The Coupler is located in a fairly easy-to-remove place, so do not be sidetracked and remove the Coupler.
How was your experience with it?
First off, it's too OEM heavy and Beams too light! The handling is definitely lighter.
In addition to being lighter, the design is much closer to the chassis, so it feels lighter than it actually is.
On the other hand, since it is quite close to the body, it may interfere if an external Rear shock or a thick Shock is installed.
I'll post a picture for your reference.
Also, the exhaust pipe is designed in such a way that the filler cap can be properly removed.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Exhaust Gasket is included, but this is a tricky Gasket to remove next time.
Personally, I recommend YamahaOEM, although it is expensive.
Or if the Gasket you removed is still usable, you could reuse it.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not that I'm disappointed, but the volume is LARGER than I expected!
The sound is not as loud as YOSHIMURA's Exhaust System, but it is quite large because I was used to the OEM system.
It's fine because it's fun to ride, but I have to be careful to warm up the car in the morning.
I used Beams 300SSExhaust System on my previous CYGNUS3 model.
This one was about the same volume as the OEM, so there may be that Gap.

Sound quality is good, volume is reasonably loud or not.
The sound quality has a lot of bass component, making the Z125pro sound as loud as a 250cc engine. The 29mm baffle that came with the Z125pro was a bit of a nuisance to my neighbors, so I bought a 23mm Semi-racing and a 17mm Standard separately and gave them a try.
Throttle and Response will also be slower.
The 23mm Semi-racing has a better balance of performance and volume and I have settled on this one. Compared to the included 29mm, the low-mid speed Torque is higher and the Top End is slower, but since I only use it up to 7000-8000 rpm, it is not a problem.

Parenthesis is good!
It has a great presence both in appearance and volume and would look great on any color body. Very Cool.
The sound is not too loud, and I like it very much because it appeals moderately at any RPM range. It is very comfortable when turned all the way up.
It is a bit expensive, but it is an item that can be recommenedation for those who are considering purchasing.

Careful construction
The OEM exhaust system was not enough and they decided to replace it with an external exhaust system, but there were only two choices:Beams and WirusWin. I decided to buy the Heat Titanium exhaust system because of its beautiful appearance. I installed it by myself, but I had a hard time removing the under cover and there was no description of the torque for tightening in the instruction manual. The appearance, welding, and finish of the product are beautiful and I have no complaints.
After installation, the volume of the Idling was almost the same as the OEM? I thought so, but after driving for a while, I got used to it and it seems to be getting better.
It may sound better with some age.
I have the impression that the high rpm range is clearly better, and yet the low and mid rpm range is not scuffed up and seems almost the same as the OEM.
And most importantly, it is much lighter than the OEM Exhaust System, which allows the Motorcycle to turn easily when it is tipped over.
Overall, I am satisfied.

It had been NORMAL for about 3 years, but I asked the shop to replace it. The machining accuracy was good and it was installed Smoothly.
The welds are clean and well made.
The volume is slightly increased, but not so much as to disturb the neighbors. Due to the nature of the exhaust system, acceleration seems to be a little slower than in the NORMAL model, but not to the extent that it bothers me.
Fuel economy is almost the same.
Exhaust system replacement is a low-cost way to completely change the look and sound of your car.

When reading the attached description, I, the amateur, was also able to attach attachment.
It actually ran, and when standard, it hardly changed to the sound volume of a pure muffler, but the heavy low was hearing from good touch.
When you have no baffle, the heavy low at the time of an axel open beam is what may often be echoed, but in quiet places, such as a residential area of night, it is rather noisy.
As comment as for which the semi-racing baffle also purchased, attached and ran simultaneously, sound volume was not too noisy, either, and it did not pass over it calmly [ - ], but it was able to taste the comfortable heavy low.
At the a number of K time of semi-racing baffle wearing, compared with a pure muffler, I feel that it became good also for the blow by, and it can pull it now.
Since a price is also handy, those who want to enjoy KASUTAMU easily are recommended very much.
If the semi-racing baffle is also purchased simultaneously, I will think that it is good ^^

Naturally, it's not a bomb.
The NORMAL was too quiet, so I replaced it with the Idling, which is nice and low-pitched. It's not too noisy when driving, but in a quiet residential area, I'd be careful.
The installation was done by Motorcycle shop because of Sensor.
The only regret I have is that I put the Emblem in the wrong position.

Installed on New Model Indonesia155
O2 Sensor is not included in IndonesiaSpec. so a plug bolt is required.
The physical acceleration is the same as that of NORMAL, but the sound has a little more presence (Large bass).
I think the exit is good because I feel a lot of exhaust pressure when I stand behind the exit.

Surprisingly Gentle sound
Two years ago, it would have been loud enough to pass as a NORMAL new car. It is not an explosion. The volume is satisfactory at Large.
The sound quality is thick for the Engine Displacement Volume. I think many people like this kind of sound.
Personally, I like the heady sound of the SmallEngine Displacement VolumeRacer-like sound, so it could have been a little higher pitched.
The weld marks are very clean and fun to polish.

The sound is low and good. Acceleration is only a little, but I think it fell from NORMAL.

I have bought BEAMS Exhaust System several times, and I trust them because they are hard to break.

Style is good, sound is good.
I replaced the OEM Exhaust System because it sounded too cute and I wanted to tighten up the Style. It became a crisp sound, and when I opened Axel, it became a brave sound in its own way. when Idling, it is a little larger than OEM, and there is no thing to be concerned about the neighborhood. I think it would have been better if the exhaust band was one. I think it would have been better if there was only one exhaust band. The quality of welding is also very good.
I felt that the power dropped slightly, but it may be just because the acceleration feeling does not change though the sound became large. When I took acceleration data, it was a little bit worse after 40km, but it was not significant difference. 48km/L fuel consumption became more than 50km/L and fuel condition might be a little thinner. I'm going to try it.
There was no problem with the installation, but there were some places where the clearance was severe, so please check carefully.

♪ Good sound quality ♪
My impression after installing them was that the bass sounded better than I had expected.
It's very powerful, especially when you turn the Axel back on, it sounds great.
I haven't opened the engine up to full throttle yet because I'm just breaking it in, but it feels like the engine is spinning lightly.
I think Axel's stickiness is good.

Not bad
Looks great and sounds pretty good once baffle is removed. The baffle was a huge pain in the ass to take out. It was riveted in so i had to drill put the rivet and it was also glued in so needless tp say it was a struggle to get it out but i finaly did and bow im happy with my purchase View detail
Installed on TitaniumSP SG52J
It's TitaniumSP, so it's colorful and beautiful! 。 The band of the Rivet fastening on the end of the Silencer also has the BEAMS character, which is quite particular! 。
It is originally for SG28, but it can be attached to SG52 without any problem. It seems that there is a problem of certification. 。 We chose the SS400Series from the BEAMSExhaust System because it is quiet at 80dB at Idol.
The Torque feeling at low speed is better with NORMAL. 。 It seems to turn very well at high rpm. 。 Even if I don't do the fuel adjustment, it runs normally, and the gurgling sound at the time of AxelOff that is good for the external exhaust system doesn't come out. 。
I don't think it's that annoying in town unless you're running at full throttle. 。
By the way, Silencer is a Rivet clamp. 。 SS400 for MAJESTYS says in the days when it was possible to remove the Silencer before.
Semi-racing baffle is originally attached. 。 If you want more quietness, if you remove Rivet and put Standard baffle, it became quiet almost as much as NORMAL! 。 When I play Tandem, I sometimes talk, so I switch to the Standard baffle.

Really good finition as always ! But note that if you get a muffler just for the stylein every case you might need to get a cdi, otherwise your bike will loose speed !as well air filter might be recommended since your bike will put out more air that it receive. The last part If you want lowder sound i recommande you to get the semi racing baffle which will give you a soft sound. I dont know why i always expect the sticker to be stick on the muffler at first. I guess thats the final touch when its well setup. Anyway Enjoy View detail
