This was a necessary upgrade from the original parts that were included in the 4 valve head kit
About quality and texture - The stopper plate and rocker arm shaft set from SP Takegawa is made from steel with an improved design over the original, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - This was a necessary upgrade from the original parts that were included in the 4 valve head kit and I was lucky that the failure of the stopper plate did not lead to major engine damge. I did contact SP Takegawa about this issue but was ignored by their customer service which was disappointing. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when freshening up the top end of the engine is a new gasket set as it is far from advised to reassemble this area with used gaskets. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the stopper plate and rocker arm shaft set is an simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of assorted hand tools is what is required to disassemble this part of the engine, fit the the stopper plate and rocker arm shafts and then button the engine back up. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the stopper plate and rocker arm shaft set is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the stopper plate and rocker arm shaft set, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. From service parts to performance products and even motorcycle gear and apparel, Webike always seem to satisfy my needs in regards to availability and pricing. View detail

You'll feel better acceleration, but the embracing will not work.
[How is it used?
Commuter Main
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes
Was the installation difficult?
it's simple
However, the included instruction manual is WhiteBlack and halfway detailed, so it is difficult to find the orientation.
Also, the arrows were reversed.
When in doubt, try breathing in and out. (Mouth) is the Engine side.
How was your experience with it?
As others have said, the Response and acceleration feel is something better.
Embellishments will not work lol.
For those who use a lot of embellishments, it will be weird until you get used to it.
It is not suitable for driving on a mountain pass or something like that because the embellishments will not work as well.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Yes

Fits: KAWASAKI Z900RS CAFE, KAWASAKI Z900RS, KAWASAKI Z900
It was helpful
[How is it used?
As a secondary Cover.
The OEM engine slider only protects above the waist, and the Generator Cover and Clutch Cover are usually grounded.
Was the installation difficult?
It is easy, but since it is a Bolt around Engine, Torque management is recommended.
How was your experience with it?
Fortunately, thanks to the OEM Slider and this MotorArmour product, the engine did not crack or spray oil.
The Clutch cover had some paint peeling off, but after touch up and polishing, the scratches were not noticeable.
The clutch cover is about 15,000 yen, and if you want to replace it, the cost for the parts alone, including the gasket and bearing, is about 20,000 yen, which is not much different from Armour's cost.
It is not a perfect defense, so be careful if that is what you are looking for.
If you are driving on a circuit, you must have a secondary cover because it would be a nuisance to Large if you spread Oil all over the circuit.
[Request to Manufacturer
As for Trickster's products in general, I wonder if Rose sales could be a little cheaper.

Genuine GBRacing Engine cover set for Ninja 650
This is a set for the Ninja 650 of a customer who wanted to add a little more protection to the casing of their bike. I have personally used GBRacing many times in the past for both my bike and customers bikes and know they are second to none for protection of you beloved. Finding the correct set was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to be sure I did not write the wrong number down. Really good price for this set from Webike and pretty much the same as I could source locally here in the UK. Yes, you can get other manfacturers who make sets like these but I have my own experience of how well these perform in the event of an off. They do take a good beating but essentially, these are to protect you casing. They also look really cool too. For all you get in this kit, the value for money is brilliant, 3 pieces in total and one of the best set of bolts you could ask for. There is the alternator cover and clutch cover and finally the pulse cover. Great price for a 3 piece set. The composite is not just plastic like some of the other kits you can buy, they have a percentage of fibre too for strength and durability. GBRacing have really done their homework here and I can confirm the durability is epic. All was packed out really well and even the small pieces were protected during transit. Upon opening the set box, I was really happy to find all was present and correct, the right amount of bolts etc is always a bonus. Having had previous experience in fitting these, it was a piece of cake. It's pretty much the same for each model anyway. Take your time, set out the individual covers and allocated bolts and it's alot easier than fumbling for the right bolt. The customer is really pleased with this kit and to be honest, I am too. Looks great. Thank you Webike, awesome services. View detail

Perfect for fine tuning squish / quench
I use both the 0.3 and 0.2 along with the stock 0.5mm gaskets to fine tune the piston squish. I find this particularly useful when using aftermarket coper gaskets which are often thicker than the stock head gasket, these thinner base gaskets allow me to get the squich / quench correct in those cases. Best Bigbore kit
This is the best all around big bore it for 99% of people and I've tried everything from big to small to custom. Sure it doesn't make the power of the big 4v setups but its reliable and has longevity. Very high quality parts and really good value. View detail

Easy to handle with high durability and dust collection performance
This is a standard direct installation on SR400 up to 1JR (Large air release is not allowed for some years, so we assumed up to 1JR).
As for the Breather process, we tried many things, such as extending the Hose to the Tail, but big singles like SR were quite difficult and we reverted to direct attachment.
Extend theHose a little→If there is a side cover, it will provide some protection from the rain, but if not, it will just make the surrounding area dirty.
Stretch the Hose longer→Blowby's Mist liquefies and drips, making the Hose sticky.
The carburetor is sucked into the carburetor &arrarr; warming and mist will reduce performance, and the carburetor throttle valve will get very dirty.
It's like this. It was not so good to stretch the Hose especially long, the Blowby's Mist cooled down and became like a mist, and it ran down the outside of the Hose. the Blowby also made the Hose more aggressive to the resin, or maybe the surface melted a little and became sticky.
If it is 250cc, it will liquefy and accumulate in the hose, so it is easy to handle, but in case of SR, it will be difficult unless a large catch tank is attached.
We did a lot of things like this and found that Demerit was more common and direct attachment was the best way to go.
Crankcase is a little dirty, but SR doesn't mind because it is easy to clean here.
And it is less likely to splatter than a single cylinder with a wet sump because it is running a minimum amount of Oil with a dry sump.
*If it gets too dirty, suspect seizure of the PistonCylinder or low tension of the Rings.
I was worried about rainy days, but after being hit by light to moderate rain several times, there were no problems.
If it is pouring, it will probably be tough, so I would like to add some kind of Cover.
Incidentally, I recently opened the unit below the waist and had no problems with dirt or Garbage inside, so I think the dust collection performance is high enough for normal use.
I like it a lot, but the only drawback is that the rubbery resin in the mounting area hardens after a few years, making it difficult to attach and detach,
The application of Oil may also require a little more attention.
Since it is not a part directly related to performance, it is easy to postpone the maintenance cycle, but if it is not removed and attached once or twice a year, the resin part will harden and become difficult to remove.
Regarding the application of oil, we must be careful not to apply too much OEMOil, since it is very small.
If you apply even a little too much, the surrounding area will be covered with sticky oil.
Less is just fine, since engine oil will be added anyway.

It is quite cool!
This is a resin Guard for Engine case cover. We wanted something lightweight and well-designed, so we installed this product on a trial basis!
-Difficulty of assembly
I have no complaints about the accuracy. This is the spec. to remove the bolt of Both Sides of the car and tighten this product together. The attached Gold Spacer is attached to the plastic cover and the tightening part is made of a quantity of Gold Spacers.:If you do not remove the bolt of the engine case with the vehicle body in a vertical position using the center stand or maintenance stand, the engine oil may leak out! The Instruction Manual says so. I used a maintenance STAND to keep the car in a vertical position, and there was no oil or coolant leakage. The tightening must be done at the specified torque (12N-m), so a torque wrench is necessary if you do the work by yourself. If you have the tools, it is an easy installation that takes only about 10 minutes.
-Quality and texture
The installation accuracy is not a problem at all, and the elaborate shape that matches the complex shape of the engine and the design that matches the engine side would make it seem like OEM parts if it did not have the ACERBIS logo on it.
