I was worried about OEM Engine Guard only, so I bought it.
[How is it used?
In addition to OEM Engine Guard, purchased for Cowl and Tank protection purposes.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Bolt was somewhat dirty and looked new? Bolt was a little dirty and looked like it was new.
I trusted Babyface and am disappointed in that.
Was the installation difficult?
The work itself is easy as it only requires removing and installing the Bolt, but it is better to jack-up the Engine if possible.
Since the Bolt is mounted on the Engine's Frame, I think it will be less burdensome.
Even if you do not jack-up the bolt, be sure to remove the other bolt after the work on the one side of the car body is completed, making sure that the bolt goes straight in.
If the bolt is inserted at an angle, it will damage the cylinder head at worst, so it is better to leave it to a store if you are worried. It is a small amount of work, but it will be a painful experience if you do it improperly.
Torque tightening Torque on Service manual is Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Both are 45 N-m.
How was your experience with it?
Since this type is directly attached to the bolt that holds the frame and engine together, there is concern about damage to the frame, but we added it because we thought that together with the OEM engine guard, the pressure and impact would be dispersed to some extent.
If they did not have Engine Guard on, they would not have had this product on either.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Bolt was somewhat dirty and thread cutting looked a little crude.
I think the cost performance is good for a slider, but since the bolt is a large bolt directly connected to the frame and engine, I wondered about this.

Installed on SV650-2022
The bolt that mounts the engine needs to be removed and replaced, so it was necessary to support the engine under the jacketc.
I think it is Merit that the installed state is very simple and you can enjoy the NORMAL stylish feeling, not the element that destroys the appearance of the Motorcycle, but since the slider is directly on the Frame, I am concerned about the effect on the Frame picture when it falls over.
If it is just a standing fall, I think Large is strong enough, but if it falls over, the Slider will be hit strongly from the side with a Large Hammer against the Frame with the whole Engine. Therefore, I am worried that the Frame may be distorted. I don't know how much the Frame will be distorted, but it may be affected if you don't step on it to make it fall slowly even if you are standing on the ground. (That is how it is installed.)
However, since the bolt is replaced with a bolt with both screws for penetrating the Engine and Frame at installation, when one of the screws is bent, if you ride without replacing it and take care of the other side this time, both screws will be bent and the bolt will not be able to pull out. If I do not replace the bolt when one of the screws is bent, I will not be able to replace the Frame Slider and will not be able to return to NORMAL because both screws will be bent and the Bolt will not be able to be pulled out.
If your first priority is to protect the engine and car body, Engine Guard is probably safer.
I was torn between the priority comparison of appearance and guard capability, but I decided to go with the Frame Slider because it is a very stylish motorcycle.

There is resistance to installation.
The beauty of NAKED is around the bare Engine!
I am wondering when I should remove these parts from the car, as I am not comfortable with them being installed, as they are seriously detracting from the appearance of the car.

There are some things that bother me about it:・・・・
AGUSTA, but for the F4 series.
Because Protection around Engine is weak.
(Especially Right Side)
In order to keep the damage to the standing moss to a minimum.
I thought it was essential.
I know Design is a matter of taste, but
With so few mounting surfaces.
I think it's well thought out and...
As for the price, given the number of units sold.
Isn't it neat?
I haven't tried it yet, but...
Now that it's installed, I feel more secure.
But the Spanner latch is not hexagonal.
It's a two-sided pull.
Spanner doesn't fit in some angles.
I would also like to have an OilGasket.
Therefore, from for Left Side
I thought the difficulty level was high.

Just in case.
The purpose is to prepare for the standing moss, but there is a custom feeling enough just by installing it. View detail
I am satisfied with the accuracy and appearance of the product ..
This is probably due to the design of the Frame, but the quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It is not a Penetrating type, so there is some concern about its strength in case of a fall
If it's just a standing mock-up, you'll probably only need to use SliderBody's Damage, but if you're driving If it falls over, there is a possibility that it will break from the Bolt's thinness
However, I chose this product because of its SMART look when installed

It looks normal
I installed it on the GSX-S1000 (no markings)
It's a Slider with just the right amount of protrusion and a good but not overly assertive feel to it, and it's a Slider that doesn't feel like it's too much of a good thing I think
I can only hope that I won't have to take care of you

No Cowl cracks
I stood on the Left Side with these Parts, but our Parts are Clutch lever, Side Stand, Footpeg, and Cowl with a degree of splattering I was able to drive myself home with only minor scratches
I'm glad I had it on because I probably would have called the Wrecker if I didn't have it on
I'm not sure if this is the only one that distorts the frame I would like to purchase Engine Guard and install it together with the Plug replacement

The EngineOil Filler Cap doesn't work!
The texture and sense of security are as expected of BabyFace For installation, it is better to remove part of the cowl It is not in the product description, but as shown in the product photo, the EngineOil Filler Cap You need to replace it with a shorter type because the EngineOil Filler Cap will not open if it is OEM Note that if the EngineOil Filler Cap is OEM, it won't open Please! I didn't realize it until after I installed everything View detail

Bolt head on the generator side was dissatisfied with protruding.
There is no play, so it stops firmly, so it is shallow counterbore?

The correspondence of Manufacturer was good..
After purchase, I replaced it with Engine mount bolt and attached Aluminum Collar, but it was sometimes referred to as Engine Mount, and when I applied the same Torque, I oversized it. Looking closely at Aluminum Collar, Spec. Since it was an Aluminum Collar of a different width,. When I inquired to Manufacturer whether it changed, I was able to send regular parts free of charge because different parts were mixed. Extra fee It was saved because it did not take Gold, I think I did not notice it unless Oversize. I think that I could not protect the water pump if I used it as it was. It was a result. View detail
Attention point when installing in ninja 250 version
Although it is a well-made item, when attaching Cowl, scratches are easily entered on the side of Cowl by contact with the Gold portion of the product.
The easy-to-enter part is the curved upper part of the connection part, opening part.
If it is terrible it may be ground to the ground.
Large scratches with body are not conspicuous or disappear by polishing with Compound.
We strongly recommend you to take care as described in Instruction Manual.
I think that it will not get scratched if you carefully curing the entire opening during installation.
Even when you ask at the shop, please request that you curl beforehand or inform you that scratches are easy to enter.

When falling, Damage to the body mounting part is Large durable?
I do not know the performance, but it looks better.
There is nothing particularly difficult with regard to installation, but the strength of Bolt is OEM equivalent etc.. I hope that it is more.

I used it for the time being
If we do not support the Engine, we will crush Screw Mount of Engine Mount by weight at installation. Even if it locks firmly because it gets high heat after driving it will fly while not knowing only Left's cone. Currently I am stopping with Screw lock. Even Normal cowl does not require drilling and so it's easy to install.
Because it is a Slider it's for Motorcycle not to remain in Course. Because it is not for protecting the car body so we can think of GuardRail straight line etc on public road so let's contemplate installation.

Engine Cover's Bolt is tightened hard,
It became uneasy even if you put on Maintenace Stand w
Standing after getting installed and falling over the pass road (2 to 30 km) / H), but the DURACON division was only scraped by about 2 mm. However, Material : Aluminum's Frame twisted a bit. Since the distortion was particularly noticeable, I thought whether it was weak in the twisting direction.
