I can't start without it
This is essential when installing an external disc such as PCX on a car model that uses M6 Bolt such as Grom, MONKEY125, CROSS CUB, etc. However, the price is a little bit expensive. View detail
CT110 HUNTER CUBHydraulic Clutch
I installed this clutch because I was not accustomed to the clutch operation peculiar to CUBs. Since I don't like blipping, the tire used to squeak a lot, but I think it will last longer now that it is no longer squeaking. However, by eliminating the half-crab parts that were originally included, the shift pedal is not as stiff, and it feels as if there is more play, which is a bit disconcerting. I wish the RCrank Gasket and Reinforcement Spring for GEARShiftReturn were included in the package. I think the installation requires knowledge and experience to be able to do Caliper Overhaul. Grom JC92, BackTorque, it escapes firmly!
I introduced the Slipper clutch to commemorate the passing of the High-compression Piston and the return to FlatPiston.

I have a Large Motorcycle with an STM Slipper clutch, but there are only a few scenes where the Slipper clutch works well. I was rather hoping to get one for my Grom.
Our Grom uses a Large capacity Internal Pressure Control Valve, so the emblem is not as big as it should be and the BackTorque is able to release a good amount of pressure, but when the engine is running at high RPM and then suddenly decelerates and downshifts to 2nd gear, the rear tires are pinging. When I run the engine at high RPM and suddenly decelerate and downshift to 2nd gear, the Rear tire starts pinging.

Installation is easy, no Special Tool is needed. About 2 hours of work.
The WhiteBlack instruction manual is as difficult to read and understand as ever in Mukawa, but I think it is Large sturdy even for beginners if they follow the steps.
What was particularly difficult to understand was the order in which the washers were inserted. It is impossible to understand unless you read the text carefully.
The Instruction Manual uses cross-sectional diagrams in the explanation, but this makes it even more difficult to understand.
Washer between Lifter and Bearing is two layers of unknown intent. Please note this.
In the conventional clutch assembly procedure described in the service manual, the clutch inner ring is assembled up to the Lifter and then secured with lock nuts, but this kit instructs the user to secure the half-finished clutch inner ring with lock nuts before installing the Lifter. This kit instructs you to fix the half-finished ClutchInner with Lock nut before installing the Lifter. The reason for this is that the center hole of the Lifter does not fit into the socket for fixing the Lock nut (as shown in the attached photo).
Therefore, when assembling Lifter, you will be working in a horizontal position.
Careful tightening of the screws is necessary to ensure that the spring is properly seated in the Lifter and that the clutch plates are properly aligned. Please be careful.
The Lifter is also not as sturdy as KITACO's reinforced Lifter, it is more of an OEM thin-walled and crackable construction. Mr. Mukawa, I think you should improve the construction procedure as well.
The Clutch Disc (made by Clipping Point) was still in good condition, so we used it as is.
I have a testRANed impression after installation,
First of all, Clutch braking is still the same as before!
At first, when the clutch was disconnected, or at the moment of connection, there was an uncomfortable feeling that the return of the clutch lever was stuck, but after running a few kilometers, it seemed to get used to it and the discomfort disappeared.
The effect of the Slipper clutch is that it allows the BackTorque to escape well.
It also worked when I applied the emblems at street level.
When I downshifted the engine at high RPM and applied strong embracing, it became easier to drive as if the BackTorque was applied in a mild manner.
The Tire never hopped pinged or locked up from start to finish, and we are glad we installed it.
I don't know about durability. I am a little worried about what will happen if I use it hard, especially on mountain passes and circuits.
But I don't think it will break if it is just city driving or Touring.

I guess I could have raised it another T.
I bought it to raise the front sprocket by 1T because my old moped had power and would dip down. I was able to install it without any problems. After driving it, I thought it would be a good idea to raise the front sprocket by another 1T. View detail

Special Wire Type Black Clutch Cover Kit from Takegawa
* About quality and texture, Die-cast aluminium clutch housing with a black painted finish to suit the Grom engine but the silver clutch cover and oil filter cover do standout and that was 1 of the main reasons for me adding other silver accents to the opposite side of my engine. * About the feeling of use, This clutch cover looks fantastic on the Grom and does everything better then the Honda OEM clutch cover did, a must have part if you like having the best. * Products to buy together, If you installing this clutch cover for it's features then more then likely you will be wanting to benefit from an oil cooler also, Takegawa have many different kits to suit their 2 sizes of oil coolers and 3 different types of oil lines. * Difficulty of installation, The install requires removal of the rearset, Honda OEM clutch cover and oil spinner using a special tooling. The process was completed in 120 minutes with no difficultly as I was able to download the english instructions from the Takegawa website. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, A well priced part for the features it adds to the Grom engine. Kitaco do also sell a cheaper clutch cover but theirs is more basic and the Takegawa one is the only one to buy in my opinion. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Replacement oil filters can be sourced from Takegawa, K-Pit and Honda, a google search will reveal the part numbers. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase. View detail

The same number of guns as OEM.
Installed on a SUPER CUB 50FI, just remove the Bolt and replace it. It took me 15 minutes to install.
The teeth were getting a little worn, so I replaced them.
Next time I'm thinking of going down one gun to 12 and leaning towards acceleration.

It looks inaccurate and not good when installed as is.
I installed it at the same time as I bored up my CUB90.
Someone gave me the information in advance that the accuracy was not good.
I installed it with a simple fix by myself.
I don't know what will happen if I don't fix it.
I fixed it and installed it, so it's working great so far.
It's a small thing, so we recommend you check it once before you install it.

Bypass measures for commuter routes
I've decided to commute on LETS4, but I'm afraid of the fast flowing Bypass.
Since I had already obtained YellowNumber, I built this product so that I could go with the flow at the speed limit of 60?Bypass.
By the way, the maximum speed in Normal pulley is 50?/h.
This product is available in Slide Piece, Weight Roller and Quantity.:Since it is a Set, there is nothing to prepare for Others.
I put it together and the top speed is over 60?/h. The limit is still unmeasured.
The weight roller is 5g, but the engine speed at the start is low, so I will try setting it in the future.
I think I can now commute to work on the Bypass stream with peace of mind.

The Engine is quiet on the level ground.
It's a Z125pro with basic commuter use and flat ground.
I used it in combination with the Driven Sprocket 14T.
The Engine noise was not too loud for cruising on flat ground, and the vibration was low and easy.
However, start acceleration and hill climbing ability will still be slowed down.
You need to be proactive and use 3rd gear and sometimes 2nd gear as well in mountain passes.
A lot of stop and go may worsen fuel economy.
This area depends on the environment and preference.

I used the CROSS CUB front sprocket when I made the 15T.
There is no functional problem, but unlike OEM parts, it is divided into plates and washers, so please be careful not to lose the washer when removing it.
You will need to take care not to drop the Washer when installing it.

If you want to pimp it out, you can use Recommendation
I bought this when I changed the DriveSprocket on my MONKEY125 from 15T to 16T. If you don't plan on going back to 15T, you can process the OEM and you'll be fine, but if you're in the process of setting it up and there's a possibility of going back to 15T, it's a Must-have item. View detail
