If only it didn't have the rattling sound…
Purchased a used TT250R RAID carburetor because it was not working properly.
It is lightly pimped out in Kit condition.
As per the Instruction Manual, the Duct (Pig nose) of the Air Cleaner Box should be removed for blowing.
However, the CutterWay is rattling around in the Idling state, and it is very annoying!
I have a PWK28 on a SEROW225 and no unusual noises.
Since Touring is Main, it is painful to listen to the clattering sound for a long time.

Since the OEM of TT250R is also a forced open/close carburetor, my trust in the Manufacturer is also lost at once.
It is not recommended for racing, but too noisy for city driving and touring.

Response Improved
I installed it on my KDX220sr. Because it is an old car in 1996, the intake manifold was hardened very much and the inner diameter is narrow, so I shaved it off with Cutter Knife or Leutor. So I ordered Kawasaki OEM parts from Internetz. The part that came is a soft intake manifold of Rubber. It went in in an instant! (Lol) Since the space for installation is narrow, we can force the Air cleanerDuct out of the way with a slotted screwdriver. (Lol) It's easy to get used to. View detail

Power up in all areas
I asked the Shop for a very large oddity in the installation.

You can find it on the net, but it seems to be installed in Large.
There is a way to use Honda's MXRacer intake manifold and head valve.
I got the parts together and had them put on at the Shop.
The Jet that comes with it from the start runs almost flawlessly, but
It has a different number of Jets, so I'll tweak it eventually.

Apparently it's super hard to install.
It is for TS200R, but I put it on TS125R.
But I asked the Shop to install it because it seems to be super difficult to install.

It seems to be easier to install if you use the intake manifold and Lead Valve from a CR125 or NSR250.
Jets are still with the original ones.
We'll be exploring the setting as we go along.
The whole thing is now easier to ride because of the power and torque.

Because Normal cab was the limitation feeling (Sticking will be severe and Axel will be fully opened) I bought it for the purpose of playing. Torque rises and fuel efficiency gets better (Liter 30) The maximum speed has also increased. The middle to high speed extension is pleasant! Response is also the best! That is, I feel like I became another Engine, there is no sticking.
Up to here is a nice thing (^_^;) The problem is that it will be stalled if you open the Axel quickly at low speed! It will stop when you open it gently, you can not do a Front up of the start (-_-;) , Willy is also extremely difficult, Drift driving is also difficult. Two more times no longer ? ? ? So if you run Touring or Course it may be the best, because it's fast and fuel efficiency is good ? ? However, it is unsuitable for people who use TRIAL, such as Attack type which emphasizes low rotation, even for those who are trying to acquire tech from now on. Since I have a good fuel economy, I will try to improve NORMAL after using it a bit more or I will save Gold and make it FCR Carburetor Body.

It's also good to raise! Just changing Jet with a very straightforward carburetor will have a firm effect on Fee Ring. Now we are trying to prevent burn-in by making it slightly deeper.

I diverted it.. I feel awesome Torque from the bottom.
It is a commodity matching carburetor Body for TT 250 R, but it was used for XT 250 X.

FCR Carburetor Body is overkill because it is too high.
Processing the intumani's Rubber about 2 mm Large processing (There is a little impossible with a feeling like screwing in non-machining) ,
The Air cleaner side adjusts the Duct length and tightens it with Band afterwards.
Somewhat, Float chamber interferes with Harness but Limit managed.
You can also use the attached Throttle and Wire (Length is also within the allowable range).
Do not open the cover because the diameter is Large. However, it is stable from Idling with Normal setting. (There is habit when cold)
There is also no sticking. (Throttle heavy)
Emblem is too weak, so we are considering Idol port sealing.
It is going to be set in the direction of thinning as a whole.
Response of forced opening and closing and Torque feeling is addictive.

I used it for VT250F!
It is VT who has been riding for quite a while now but I felt it was getting somewhat worse.
It was meant that the Air cleaner was dirty when asked by Pit at a Motorcycle shop where there is a clerk riding VT 250 F of the same year, but when I asked for an OEMAir cleaner It was said that it was out of print.
Just as I was feeling sluggish of Idling and I felt the power shortage, I asked for the cleaning of Carburetor and opened it and looked at the Air cleaner and it was clear that the inside of the Air Filter was Oil's Something like sticking and it got dirty Black.
Since I did not repair Carburetor cleaning, I consulted acquaintances familiar with Motorcycle and found out that if you consulted with acquaintances who are familiar with Motorcycle, it is advisable to replace it with a filter called Turbo filter that also serves as a power up , I was going to work with them, so I bought a Turbo filter.
In changing to Turbo filter, Main jet - Slow Jet had to change to Size's Large thing, but Honda's OEM Parts Number only got OEM's Size so we decided to purchase Slow Jet at number 40 here.
When I tried replacing three points of Air Filter, Slow Jet, Main jet, clearly it was a stronger exhaust sound than before, Idling improved and Idling stabilized.
Once I exchanged, I was told that Large was durable for the past few years, so I felt it was quite profitable to purchase at this price.
Since things were nothing different from OEM Product, we were able to install with confidence!
I am going to purchase Slow Jet of OEM's Size just in case for this price.

Purchased as an alternative to ManufacturerStandard's Slow Jet.
Although the Large body is decided to use, some buy to keep some stocks. Since the price is less than half the value of Manufacturer, I think that it is very excellent in Cost performance.
Although the price is cheap, it is made by rough & Road, so you can use it with confidence.
