RK TAKASAGO CHAIN GATES Reinforced ScooterBelt
I bought it because the price was reasonable. I don't know how long it will last since I haven't replaced it yet, but if I use it and the rubbers are good, I will buy it again. View detail

Replace with the same product currently in use.
It is the same product and has not yet been replaced.
Since it is as comfortable to use as the OEM Product to date, we purchased the same one.

Compatible car models are different.
It is for MF08, though it is listed as MF06.
The product Package clearly states MF08, so Mr. WeBig is wrong.
I could not use it because I bought it for MF06.

Ordinary Belts
It claims to be a reinforced belt, but it's just a regular belt.
This is my second purchase because the price is cheaper than OEM Product.
It has been replaced at 20,000kmMeter and there has been no Trouble in that time.
I used a no-name Chinese one before and it went bad after a few thousand miles, the Belt is a critical Part, so you'd better use a reliable Manufacturer or OEM Product!
I have also used DAYTONA products, but in my opinion, OEM products are the best for durability and product accuracy. (But HONDA is expensive!)

Less expensive than OEM Product and satisfied
Unlike Yamaha's Pulley, Honda's Pulley with GEAR was difficult to remove.
I don't have an Impact wrench, so I fixed it with an ASTROPulleyHolder, but
I used a 22mm 1/2-inchesSocket wrench and tried to turn it with all my might.
Once I got out of GEAR in the middle of the game and hit the CellMotorPinion holder with momentum.
The Holder was partially broken. I've changed Holder to Quantity:Set it again.
I managed to get it off, but I had to remove the Clutch to get the Belt off.
I wanted to get the Impact wrench.
The tightening torque is 108N-m on the Pulley side, and 108N-m on the Clutch Side. : It is said to be 49N・m.
OEMBelt is also quite cracked and is replaced immediately.
I compared the widths and there wasn't much difference.
After accelerating to a certain speed and then stopping, the gurgling sound before the replacement
It is much quieter after replacement.
Same OEM Product (16g) I replaced the WeightRoller with a new one, and I thought the behavior would be the same, but
I think it's faster to reach the maximum speed because of the increased width inside the Belt.
I'm going to open the Case after about 1000km.

Over the limit of use at 7000km
I went over the limit of use at about 7000km.
Inside the case, cotton candy made from the thread used in the Belt was flying around, and it was blackened with Belt scum.
Belt shavings were removed with a quick rinse, but the cotton candy got tangled up in the BALI of each section and was a pain to clean.

As an alternative to OEM
I used it for CYGNUS X
If there is any wear and tear, it should be replaced at the same time as ClutchMaintenance
I don't know about the performance, but it's Belt, so it's good as long as it's durable
Size is the same as OEM, etc

Great for competition
It is much thinner and lighter than the OEM Belts
It's great for use in scooter races because the weight reduction in the rotating parts helps to improve acceleration I think
As for city riding, the Belt is thinner and can take the same load in the same small area The wear on the Pulley side (rather than the OEM's) is much greater than the durability of the Belt itself I am slightly concerned that this will be promoted
I haven't had any noticeable symptoms after about 2000km of use, so it may be hard to get rid of it

It is nothing like OEM
MF 08 Used for FORZA
Exchange at about 59,000 km
I did not turn it much because about 1000 km ranking as break-in.
Noise due to exchange and etc. etc. Not at all
Speed ??glue at high speed etc. No change
Installation etc etc. I asked him at the Motorcycle shop, so I do not know.
Especially nothing was told.
It's about 81,000 km in less than 3 years from that but there is nothing wrong with it.
Well, it seems to be running fully open immediately after exchanging Belt...
I do not know if it is really reinforced,
For now it's the same as OEM. It can be used for.
I'd like to change it if I use 25000 km.

Half price of OEM?
Purchase for CK 42.
I purchased it for RefreshMaintenance. I think that COSPA is good as it is about half price of OEM Product.
After that, I bought it for the first time this time so I look forward to the future durability.
Because it is cheap, I am glad if you bring it there so much!

Durability is difficult
Third impression after use. At 9 thousand kilometers, there are many cracks, whether it is the usage limit or not. It says that 20 thousand kilometers, but it seems there is not it for a moment. It was the same result for 3 times. Because I felt uneasy because I used it by commuting, I returned to OEM this time. Even if it runs out of running it will not allow traveling Large Let's go for optional insurance as durable w View detail

It is different from other companies...
ProductNo : RK-3331SV I have not installed it yet... Rather than say... It is clearly different from V Belt of other companies that Belt is light weight! Is it good or is it bad? It feels like it is not durable somehow.
I think that it is not accurate, but when we measure the circumference of Belt...
RK-3331SV is [795mm]
OEMBeltProductNo : 3 WF - 17641 - 00 [790mm]
DAYTONAProductNo : 31596 is [798mm]
KN Planning ProductNo : 7020-M-SS is [800mm] So it is somewhat longer than OEMBelt...
Also, different from other companies Belt, Belt inside is "cloth" is.
Unlike Belt from other companies, RK made cloth, so is this making really good or bad? I do not know because I do not use it, but I do not think I want to wear it at the moment right now.
Someone's mounting review (durability) I would like to think about wearing after watching.

Is the durability proportional to the Gold amount?
I was attracted to the amount of gold about half of RK Brand and OEM Parts Number and purchased it. I was concerned about the narrow Belt width compared to the OEM, but I trusted the optimum design for the Package Instruction Manual and wore it. Unfortunately I did not have 10000 km. I started to slide on the uphill acceleration at 8000 km. Belt does not slip on a flat Accelerator operation on the flat, but if it is suddenly accelerated Belt's squealing sound is heard and acceleration gets dull. Do you lose to 400 cc Torque?
For my Motorcycle, as for Belt, after all OEM Product seems to be good.
