I'm glad I bought the Uotani SP2Full powerKit.
For the past six months, misfires have been frequent and the condition has not been good. I have tried various things, such as polishing the ignition system harness contacts, changing connectors, and changing the handling, but there has been no improvement.
I looked for a NORMAL part at Webig, but it cost about 140,000 yen to replace it.
Yes, I have decided to go with Uotani. I chose Mr. Uotani. It's about half the price.
ChocolateChocolateFitting the fittings was a bit of a challenge, but Harness has made the connections for each car model, so it's very easy.

The exhaust sound has been improved and the car is now more nimble.
So far, I have not noticed any dramatic improvement in fuel economy or acceleration, but the overall feeling of the motorcycle is very crisp.

For diversion to other vehicles
I bought this to use a Power ampA that was sitting in storage.
Power amp seems to be fine without it.
Since we are using high power Coil by Mr. Uotani, we are using the Quantity:I would like to try to operate with Set!
Installation requires a little bit of knowledge, so it would be a relief if you can do general maintenance in addition to the instruction manual.
I don't think we can RECOMMEND that people who don't know better or who don't think they have the skills to purchase the product.

Torque up and improved at medium and low speeds
I finally decided to install the special Quantity by Mr. Utani, which is safe, secure, and easy without worrying about Igniter or Point load depending on Power amp in the long run.:Set.
What you ordered is SPIIQuantity for Z-specific Spec.:Set, I am not very good at electrical systems, unlike mechanical and structural systems.:Set will be easy to connect and install without failure.
First of all, we would like to conclude that, despite the good price, the effectiveness and durability of these parts have already been highly evaluated by many people, and we can say that the easy installation and the fact that we were able to confirm the effectiveness even on a car that looks like a new car is a sure sign of their reputation.
Three instruction manuals are included:PowerCoil/AmplifiersKit, Check Canceller, and Kit Installation Instructions.
I was not very good at this, so I checked the contents carefully, and I installed the body after doing the assembly and parts that could be prepared in advance.
The plug cap is attached to the NGK cap, which is a little hard because of its waterproof function, so I used silicon grease on the surface of the cord to slide it on. The installation of the plug cap was done on a large size, and it was installed by twisting the plug cap all the way to the back.
In case I fail, the cord is long enough that I can afford to cut it off and try again, so I think it will be easier on my mind.
As for the Others, I was able to easily connect and install the Coil AmplifiersKit by simply installing it as described in the manual.
In addition, I put it together by trial and error while watching the load of Wiring so that it would not get in the way during maintenance in the future due to the delicate feeling of where Wiring and terminals go in the connection of Can Sera-.
Before installing the side covers and frame covers that were removed at the time of installation, startup checks are made and each cover is installed to complete the work.
After the work, the engine warms up, the idling is stabilized, and the torque at low and mid speeds has been increased!
Furthermore, the Axel's adhesion at mid-range speeds is a little better, and the rear tires feel as if they are kicking the ground firmly.
The parts are still close to the condition of a new car, and the work has been updated with new parts, so I thought it might be difficult to see the effect of the work.
There is no particular problem, but I dare say that Z hides CoilKit with Covers, Color:Gray's Plug cord is plain and has no Custom feel.
Sticker was enclosed...maybe I can keep it plain as is? I am thinking about it.
I would like to explore Z optimization in the future by adjusting various Plugs and Gaps.

Stable Utani Coil
This is the 4th vehicle for us to install this system, including MONKEY, Wolf200, RG250Gamma, and now 500SS (H1F).
I don't expect dramatic changes, but it is a reliable Brand and I will continue to use it.

Pretty solid RubberBoots.
RubberBoots are 2.5mm thick and thicker. When fitted to the Uotani SP2 Coil, the outer diameter of the mounting portion of the Coil should be between Φ18~Φ20 (Taper) Boots inner diameter is Φ14 to Φ15 for (Taper) It was a little bit difficult to insert the Boots because it was so small. The inner diameter of the Cable is also small at Φ6 and the mating length is a whopping 25mm. The Bracket Caulking Tool is available in two types:IWISS and a vise type, although I am not sure where to find them. It is written for 8.5mm, but it seems to be usable for 7mm as well. View detail

Used to install the Uotani Full powerKit.
Due to the characteristics of the car, a long cord was needed to change the handling to a large cord.
At first, I tried to crimp the terminals with my Electric Works Pliers using a different cord, but the size of the terminals was too large to crimp properly, leaving me a little uneasy.
This product is pre-crimped with a special tool from the beginning.
One complaint I would raise is the hardness of the 1234 marker.
I understand that it is a bad idea to remove it easily, but it was so hard that I gave up on attaching it.
It was no help either, but the Plug cordCover of the Uotani Body was also very stiff and the installation was Large strange.
Combined with that, I gave up because my finger power had reached its limit (laughs).
The Plug cord itself is satisfactory.

I use it on my NSR250R MC21 Racer.
Currently, the system is working without any particular problems.
I think the performance is good enough to begin with.
However, as others have written, no matter what I do, I cannot install it according to the attached instruction manual! (especially for Left bank) 。
We installed both of them on the engine hanger on the Right Side of the car body as shown in the picture.
Installation Bolt was attached only one per Coil.
We also used a 10mm Thick collar that we had on hand, as the supplied collar was too short to use.
In addition, please note that the attached high-tension cord is short and may not reach the plug depending on the spec.
Furthermore, the description of Wiring to the attached Coupler is concise, so those who do not know how ignition works or do not have the Service Manual should ask the Shop to install it for them.
I have noted the caveats, but the performance is unquestionably good.
I also use Utani's Coil on my street-going RZ, and I could feel that the EngineTorque had gained weight.
However, Noise is tremendous! (Depending on the vehicle, you may see taco dancing) 。

Works for Idling Stability and Response up!
The Uotani for the GSX1400 is SP-2 PowerCoilKit So,
There is no feature that allows the ignition Map to be changed as in other car models.
Simply, the discharge voltage up by PowerCoil is Spec.
However, the effect of the voltage increase, which is 1.5 to 2 times higher than that of the OEM, is excellent, and the stabilization of idling and
Throttle response is so much improved that it can be felt.
The GSX1400, which often suffers from Idol malfunction, is surprisingly stable.
The combustion was so good that I replaced the OEM No. 8 plug with a Windshield IRIDIUM No. 9 plug.
I so wished I had installed it earlier.
The only complaint is that installation is somewhat difficult.
Even though it is model-specific, there are no specific instructions on where to install the Amplifiers and Can Sera.
I have a fixed attachment like this...if it is in this area.
Also, the combustion state has improved, but the oil temperature is rising faster.
If you leave it in Idling for 10 minutes, the oil temperature will be over 110°C in no time.
(It cools down to the right temperature as soon as you start running, though.)
It is ideal for warming up in the winter, but cannot be left Idling in the summer.
Recommendation to install Oil Temperature Meter in conjunction with the Oil Temperature Meter.
