To repair a ZrX1100 malfunction.
I bought a 1997 ZrX1100 a few months ago and Restore.
Purchased to refresh the electrical system as the Engine is sometimes unable to blow.
We first inspected the OEM Igniter.
Igniter failure is confirmed because an abnormality was found in the value of the part leading to IGCoil.
It seems to me that if the back of the Large body Igniter is in the state shown in the image, it is most likely broken.
Installation took about 2 hours with a lot of jiggling.
Once the location of the Body and the method of fixing it are determined, the rest is easy.
I then unplugged the Plug and looked at the state of Spark before Engine start.
Obviously, the thickness of the sparks is different.
I was glad I bought it from Utani before I let it run.
Engine start
Obviously, you've got a good hang on.
Exhaust system exhaust pressure is also increased.
Running
Low speed Torque is completely different than before.
I'd like to adjust the Uotani REV and MAPSwitch to match the more powerful carburetor in the future.

Ignition coil installed on YAMAHA's Initial Model BirdCity125.
Normal cord ILLUSTRATOR code was left in place with Plug since it was not possible to install in the NORMAL position.
I'll post a picture, but please don't copy it as it's at your own risk.
Plug cord replacement is a hot wire 90-degrees type that can be used for AXIS 90 and so on.
This time, the plug is NGK's Standard Type.

I had no complaints with the Dyna S, but since I bought it, I decided to install the Uotani.
Comparison with FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM below Settings are both 0
Although the kake was originally a single shot, from the beginning the heartbeat was stronger and more stable.
I feel that the intake is a little better, but I don't feel that much change since I also smoked with FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM.
Idling is more powerful and stable than that of the FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM, although the FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM was also stable at low rpm.
The acceleration is different; it is definitely faster than FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM, as if the Torque has been increased.
I've ridden both Point and FXDC DYNA SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM, and if you can afford it, I thought there was no harm in buying the Uotani.

I finally decided to install the special Quantity by Mr. Utani, which is safe, secure, and easy without worrying about Igniter or Point load depending on Power amp in the long run.:Set.
What you ordered is SPIIQuantity for Z-specific Spec.:Set, I am not very good at electrical systems, unlike mechanical and structural systems.:Set will be easy to connect and install without failure.
First of all, we would like to conclude that, despite the good price, the effectiveness and durability of these parts have already been highly evaluated by many people, and we can say that the easy installation and the fact that we were able to confirm the effectiveness even on a car that looks like a new car is a sure sign of their reputation.
Three instruction manuals are included:PowerCoil/AmplifiersKit, Check Canceller, and Kit Installation Instructions.
I was not very good at this, so I checked the contents carefully, and I installed the body after doing the assembly and parts that could be prepared in advance.
The plug cap is attached to the NGK cap, which is a little hard because of its waterproof function, so I used silicon grease on the surface of the cord to slide it on. The installation of the plug cap was done on a large size, and it was installed by twisting the plug cap all the way to the back.
In case I fail, the cord is long enough that I can afford to cut it off and try again, so I think it will be easier on my mind.
As for the Others, I was able to easily connect and install the Coil AmplifiersKit by simply installing it as described in the manual.
In addition, I put it together by trial and error while watching the load of Wiring so that it would not get in the way during maintenance in the future due to the delicate feeling of where Wiring and terminals go in the connection of Can Sera-.
Before installing the side covers and frame covers that were removed at the time of installation, startup checks are made and each cover is installed to complete the work.
After the work, the engine warms up, the idling is stabilized, and the torque at low and mid speeds has been increased!
Furthermore, the Axel's adhesion at mid-range speeds is a little better, and the rear tires feel as if they are kicking the ground firmly.
The parts are still close to the condition of a new car, and the work has been updated with new parts, so I thought it might be difficult to see the effect of the work.
There is no particular problem, but I dare say that Z hides CoilKit with Covers, Color:Gray's Plug cord is plain and has no Custom feel.
Sticker was enclosed...maybe I can keep it plain as is? I am thinking about it.
I would like to explore Z optimization in the future by adjusting various Plugs and Gaps.

Startability and Idling has been stabilized!
I replaced it with IGCoilRefresh on an older vehicle (TT250R) and the results exceeded my expectations.
I have installed the full powerKit and Ignition coil from Uotani on many different types of cars, but this was the most effective!
In NORMAL, pull the Chalk. I had been repeating the same cycle and warming up the car for about the third time, and it seemed to stabilize somehow, but after I switched to the Utani, it really started to work. Cultotototot." and Cell1 from cold time without even pulling Chalk was a surprise.
I was impressed because there is almost no difference in temperature since we tried it before and after the exchange on the same day.
I changed the plug and plug cord together, so there is a possibility that the degradation of NORMAL was severe, but I am Large satisfied with this result!
These parts reminded us that when maintaining or restoring an old motorcycle, it is essential to refresh the ignition system.

Failure to bring out the performance. 3rd Consideration Impedance inconsistency.
This is my third post on the failure to bring out the performance of SP 2, which GapClearance lost to OEM. I have very little knowledge of electromagnetics, but in layman's terms I have come to the following conclusions.
Impedance mismatch with CDI reduced the primary current and the secondary voltage.
Since the primary Impedance of the Coil is determined by the induct Chest on the primary side of the Coil, I think such an external Coil will significantly affect the running if you are unlucky, whereas the OEM is designed for overall optimization with Igniter+Coil.
Since Indak Chest, which is originally Coil's most Large cut Spec. is calculated from the Impedance matching condition, I think it is safer to choose the OEM with a matching design as an option.

Very ordinary Plug Cable
It is a simple cable with the same twisted wire type as NGKRacing cable. Therefore, the resistance value is almost zero, which may be a disadvantage in terms of noise. Even if the resistance value is almost zero, the current flows only a few mA, so there is almost no difference in voltage against tens of thousands of volts. So, in the end, I think it is a Cost-oriented Cable, since it is only slightly cheaper than SpiralCarbonCoat's MSDCable.
Cable is a better looking, more elaborate and more affordable product that is reminiscent of high performance.

Pretty solid RubberBoots.
RubberBoots are 2.5mm thick and thicker. When fitted to the Uotani SP2 Coil, the outer diameter of the mounting portion of the Coil should be between Φ18~Φ20 (Taper) Boots inner diameter is Φ14 to Φ15 for (Taper) It was a little bit difficult to insert the Boots because it was so small. The inner diameter of the Cable is also small at Φ6 and the mating length is a whopping 25mm. The Bracket Caulking Tool is available in two types:IWISS and a vise type, although I am not sure where to find them. It is written for 8.5mm, but it seems to be usable for 7mm as well. View detail

I have since replaced the Plug Cable with a Utani and MSD and measured the Spark Limit Electrode Clearance, so I will post additional results.
The CDI is a Posh Analog/Digital switchable ignition system.

What a surprise, the OEMs were the strongest dunce in the results.
All Uotani had the narrowest Gap, and I expected Noiseless for MSD, but no.
Considering that the spark voltage hardly changes even if the secondary side resistance value changes Large where the secondary side current is only a few mA, I now realize that Gap and Noise are determined almost exclusively by Coil characteristics after all.
I think that the Uotani SP2 is incompatible with my CDI, or maybe the CDI can't bring out the full performance of the Uotani SP2. Well, if the Spark is flying close to 10mm, I can run well enough,
