It will be possible to let out the Then release Lever and step through the Kick Arm from the uppermost to the last with vigor, and you can easily start the Engine.
After all, even if the engine can be started without decompression by brute force, it is still a good idea, since it places a large load not only on leg strength and labor, but also on the Kick Arm and related mechanisms.
