Choose a different Type
I was thinking that most of the Blinkers were Round Type and not face White, but then I found this one and bought it.
I found out later that the OEM went to the trouble of using bulbs even though they are LEDs.
So I bought LED Bulb from Mercari and Relay for LED. (OEM was not allowed to do this)
It was something that cost me an extra Gold.

Stable abalone
The way it glows is very Beauty.
Compared to OEMs, this should definitely be changed.
They just put it on. (Lol)
I would love to have a choice, but currently only in Lens colors.

Washer diameter is Small
I used a 25mm Spacer to adjust the angle of the windshield on my CRF250RLY50, so I used this washer when I changed the fixed bolt.
The OEMScreen Fixing Bolt has a 13mm diameter UrethaneWasher and the color is Black, so I purchased this BlackWasher, but the diameter is too small, so I am not sure why. Even if the color is different, I would rather purchase a regular Stainless SteelWasher to protect the UrethaneWasher, because I can choose various sizes.
However, this BlackWasher itself is a very good quality product.

Black stainless
When replacing the disc with a new one, the lock nut for fixing was replaced with this Stainless black one.
It is a little pricey in terms of the number of units used, but I am satisfied with the appearance because it is rust-resistant Stainless Steel and Black, which makes it look beautiful.

I want to increase the amount of protrusion.
Used to extend Y's Gear's LED Blinker.
The bolt on the Blinker side is long, so the supplied bolt was shortened by about 6mm for installation.

An Experience I Learned Firsthand (;・∀・)
When I bought SR400, British custom was the mainstream, and I also liked to install CABTON Exhaust System. Of course, I was young, so it does not correspond to Japanese Vehicle Inspection.
I had put it on without carburetor setting....
This is what happens.
Symptoms
Idling Rotational instability
I thought the ▲ sound was dull→Cool. (;・∀・)
▲ inadvertently stalls→ mistakenly thinking this is a taste (-_-;)
▲AfterFire a series of fires during embrasure
I would be ashamed of myself today.
Cause
The resistance of the Exhaust System changes against the intake from the air cleanerretc. and the adjustment of the Carburetor is out of setting.
→The point is that the balance of the combination of a good exhaust system + normal air cleaner is bad and the fuel mixture is out of balance.
It means that the mixture is thin.
As expected, I couldn't ride the car as it was, so I decided to try Carburetor setting (laugh).
Carburetor setting
The method of adjusting the ratio of air/fuel mixing (air-fuel ratio) in the engine. 。 If the air-fuel ratio is not right, the fuel cannot be burned properly and the engine will not be able to deliver enough power 。
In the worst case, it will lead to Engine failure.
The parts used in the Carburetor setting and their roles.
1:Main jet →Large action around Axel opening 50%~.
2:Slow Jet (Pilot Jet) →Engine hangs and affects running at low openings.
3:Air Screw (Pilot screw) →Since the scope of responsibility is covered by Slow Jet, if the Setting does not appear by adjusting Screw, the Jet is replaced, and so on.
4:JetNeedle clip step→Clip step up makes it thinner, clip step down makes it darker effect. 。 Adjust the sharpness of the blow-off from a physical point of view.
I thought I'd try 3 and if it didn't work, I'd try 2. →3 didn't work (laughs), so I tried 2.
Incidentally
What are the symptoms of a thin Pilot Jet? Throttle opening 1/8 to 1/2 →.
Breathing, Knocking, Stalling, Staggering, Lagging, Rattling, Poor acceleration Dark Idling Unstable rotation Light Idling Black smoke, Dull sound, Stalled after a while......just the way it is (laughs)
There are three types of Pilot Jet here.
・#48
・#50
・#52
The standard was 42.5 so I will try from the darker side.
Here's how each one turned out.
No afterfire or stalls.
... ##50→Engine takes, but Plug is completely Black.
... ##52→ Too dense to be Engine.
After that, when I ran, the explosion naturally eased up and I was in good shape (lol).
good point
◎Main jet:6 types from 165-190, Pilot Jet:3 types from 48-52:The number of component points that are in Set, so you don't have to worry about Setting with OEMcarburetor.
◎They are easy to obtain, which is helpful for Setting beginners. It is difficult to get Jet individually.
Point
You should check the number of OEM or current Main jet and Pilot Jet. It will give you an idea of what to do from the current situation.
It is better to have several plugs, because it is difficult to reuse a plug if it is too dark and too black, because the burn color of the plug confirms the Setting.
If it is a single cylinder, you can do it by yourself because it is only one carburetor. Especially if you have an external exhaust system and it is not working well, I think you should do the setting.

No sense of retrofitting
Since the frame is black in color, there is almost no sense of retrofitting. We expect the rest to be durable against paint peeling, etc. View detail

Match the color of the car body.
Deep orange was selected to match the body color Orange.
PackageThe color before opening the package looks somewhat Orange or Red under the light.
Easy installation on vehicle body with only M6 cap bolt
Under sunlight, the Orange color was consistent with the color of the car body.
No BALI, etc. and quality seems good.

There are many different colors to choose from.

Finished better than expected
Change from ActiveLoad Bar (Medium).
I didn't want to change the position, especially Large, but Active was strangely overpriced, and Posh was cheaper, so I went with it.
Both are made of steel (to prevent bending in the event of a fall).
Used for NSR50 with Gymkhana and Mini circuit driving as main.
The active ratio is the same for Plating, but this one has a more beautiful shine.
I'm not familiar with Gold processing, so I don't know the details, but when you flip through the Package "Oh." It was so different that I thought it was a good idea.
As for the Position, I can't say, since it is based on personal physique and preference, but it is for reference.
Almost the same dimensions as Active (Medium), but with less aperture angle.
This is recommended for those who prefer the open eye position.
The hanging angles were almost the same as seen, and the widths were also almost the same when lined up.
Other than the aperture angle, it is about the same in Catalog, so this is a good choice for those who only want to change that aspect of the camera.
I have the impression that it is a natural position without Habit.

Got my moneys worth for the look alone
I'd wanted the black one, but as it wasn't available- I got titanium instead...it actually looks really good to my eye. The design of the shroud does restrict access to the front mounting point for crash knobs etc- in particular the right hand side. I had to remove my 'trickstar' sliders so the shroud would fit. As for an improvement to airflow around the radiator, I got no idea..sometimes I could almost swear the engine runs hotter- so, who knows? But all that aside, I think they are well worth the money even as just as "dress-up" item. View detail
