OEM Compatible Filter
Air filters for mopeds, especially filters for slightly older 2-stroke models, are generally made of urethane foam.
This sponge filter deteriorates due to the gasoline component of the blowback, resulting in a terrible condition like that of the STELLA.
This time, I prepared it for the carburetorOH of JOG remote control, which had been neglected for a while.
I worked on it and found that it was still torn up in the air cleaner box, so I quickly replaced it.
Size was also generally usable without any problems.
The difference from OEM is that engine oil and filter oil must be applied since the oil is not soaked into the engine.
In my case, I put about 5cc of engine oil on FilterSponge, put it in a Vinyl bag, and spread it around as if holding it. I applied the oil by squeezing the Vinyl bag and spreading it around.
Too much will cause resistance, too little will reduce the ability to filter sand dust.....................
If you are concerned about it, place it on the ground between sheets of newspaper and step on it after applying it. The newspaper will absorb the excess oil and become a good ambai.
If Oil was applied in the right amount, it would be 5 stars.

For Refresh
Purchased a new Belt, Pulley and Weight Roller for the Live DIOZx Refresh.
In order to open Crankcase, because it had to remove the Air Cleaner BOX on the structure, I exchanged it in addition because it is the thing of several hundred yen.
I changed it and put it on because it's not particularly different, but it feels better with a new one.

OEM same etc.
I don't like the sound of the noisy Power Filter, so I bought an OEMAir cleaner box at Yahoo auctions, bought an Element here and returned to the OEM. View detail
Filter made by Air Purifier
Intake air filter of the air cleaner made it for own production to stop production. Adhered two sheets of Filter, cut it according to the shape of the original Filter base, and glued. Since the eyes are slightly finer than the original Filter, garbage exchange is good. It is satisfactory that it can be repaired cheaply, although it is not purposeful.

OEM TypeAir Filter
【What made you decide the purchase?】
It's cheap price anyway.
【How was it actually used?】
In a good way, there was no particular impact.
【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】
Depending on the type of car, it is easy to just remove the Air cleaner box. However, if it is an old car that does not maintain much, it may be hard to cure Nozzle to Carburetor.
【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】
The Air cleaner box is sticky with Oil due to the repetition from Carburetor. Hand washing is easy with Gloves for oil-impermeable work. Also, neutral detergent is more economical to clean Air cleaner box than Parts cleaner. I think it would be better to have Brush and Bucket with hot water in winter.
[Is there anything I was disappointed about?]
I feel that it is somewhat thin. I feel that elasticity is also weak, but I think that it is not a problematic Level.
【Hope for Manufacturer - Please let me know if you have any improvement points]
Where I want thicker thickness a little.
【Have you compared items?】
Degraded OEM Product. It became fragile and easily torn apart.
[Others]
Air cleaner box fits 3KJ ProductNo vehicles.
If you want to know if it fits your own vehicle, it is easy if you check if the 3 KJ stamp is on the lid of the Air cleaner box.
