Nearly the perfect variator
I used this variator for approximately 11500 miles in my Honda Ruckus. For most of that time I used it with 5.5 gram Dr. Pulley slider weights which gave a good balance of acceleration and decent top speed (43 mph with the stock belt and rev limiter, only slightly faster than stock but with better acceleration and hill climbing ability). While the build quality and finish are great, the reason I had to stop using this pulley is because the brass bushing (bearing) wore out quite badly (probably before 10000 miles of use) and became sloppy on the crank shaft boss. This caused a loss in performance and noise. It's a shame the bushing doesn't have a better lifespan (like the stock variator) because there was virtually no belt wear to the aluminium pulley face when I took the variator off the bike. With the stock variator the belt wore a groove into the face before there was any noticeable wear to the bushing. I still use the drive face though. View detail
Eliminate Stress of CUB Blinker switch operation
I installed it on SUPER CUB, but it is not a special item so we need corresponding processing. Also, the Wiring diagram (What color is what line for what) Because there was not, Wiring had some difficulty, but I bought it with functional importance so I am satisfied with Large.
I do not feel much disagreeable appearance with Aluminum Die-casting. If you use it for CUB, if you do not get any difficulties in processing etc. - It is a Parts that you can also recommend.

Includes all necessary bolts, exhaust header gasket and instructions (Japanese). Took me 15 minutes to install. Very quiet overall but much nicer sound than OEM unit. When installed I noticed a loss in acceleration and top speed. I removed the airbox tube snorkel to let more air in the engine and cured the problem. Exhaust along with airbox snorkel removal created desire power increase. More air out (NR Magic Eco exhaust) and more air in (airbox snorkel removal & air filter mesh removal) made my C3 much faster in mid range acceleration and top end acceleration. Overall very happy and would highly recommend for 49cc 4 cycle scooters. Example of power increase results. Uphill road stock exhaust top speed achieved 28MPH/45KMH with OEM exhaust unit. 36MPH/54KMH with MR Magic Eco Exhaust. Flat road 42 MPH/64KMH OEM Exhaust. 47MPH/75KMH with Engine Fuel cut/Redline causing Check engine light to turn on!!! Big difference in performance!!! Since there is a grade or sharp sound ? in which tone quality got dry rather than normal to the extent that it was somewhat large the same as that of normal as for sound volume, it is a favorite.
However, there were few applications of the heat resisting paint of an exhaust pipe part, and rust was seen in several weeks after attachment.
Since I think that a dio system is a vehicle type in which an exhaust pipe part rusts easily on a configuration, I would like to care also about such places.
Although run about 2000 km after attachment, there is no problem which was conspicuous for the moment, and it is using it.
I think that it is a muffler good on the whole.
