Fits: HONDA VTR1000FVTR1000F FIRESTORM
It's good enough for city driving
I bought it directly from the US when the yen was low. It was in the low 70,000 yen range including shipping.
When I purchased the car, I told them my weight, number of passengers, etc. and had it set up before it was shipped. I was Sometimes I ride with two people." I would definitely recommend that you have the weight of one person set up, since you will be riding alone more often than not.
The OEM suspension of the VTR1000F FIRESTORM was not to my liking no matter how much I adjusted both the compression and rebound sides, but this suspension has a very smooth and supple movement, and I can really feel the ground feel and high road-following ability. R1Series is considered to be the cheapest version, but for city driving and touring level, I think the performance is good enough to make up for it.
The disadvantage is that the rebound and compression sides cannot be adjusted separately. It is not suitable for those who want to set the suspension very strictly, since it only comes with a 1-way adjuster for both effects.
However, this Setting mechanism is Simple. This is very attractive for light users. It is a lot of fun to find the setting you like as you play with the Adjuster, which is easy to turn. It's all in the settings that make it so much easier to turn." This is because it is easy to experience the excitement of "I'm so impressed" by your own hands. If the extensor and compressor were separate, you might end up messing up the settings if you do not understand them very well, but with this, you do not have to worry about that.
What I personally really like is that the pre-road adjustment is very easy to do. Many suspension systems use a hook wrench to turn the adjuster, but I don't like to use that because it is very difficult to do. On the other hand, with this suspension, it is about twice as easy to adjust with the included special device as it is with the Hook wrench, so it is really easy to touch. I really appreciate it.
When you think of Suspension replacement, OHLINS may be the first thing that comes to mind, but VTR1000F FIRESTORM is the OEM Spring color of Color:Since it is yellow, it is hard to tell that it has been customized if it is OHLINS. Therefore, I personally like Spring in turquoise-blue, which is easily recognizable as NITRON at a glance.

As you can see in the attached image, the Body is sent with the Setting already done.
I, weighing 55?, had the impression that it was a little stiffer than the NORMAL, but I had no complaints about the Corner being hard to bend, etc.
The settings were ideal for the ride after the Rebound adjuster was loosened two steps from the default setting.
There is no bounce etc. when accelerating at the exit of Corner.

Cornering has been a pleasure!
I replaced the Normal rear shock with NITRON because I was concerned about the thrust of the Normal rear shock.
The moment I straddle it after installation, the Rear is moving!
How it seems to capture the road surface.
I'm impressed with the tracking ability that doesn't let Small Gap bother me!
Cornering has also become far easier and more enjoyable.
Spring collar is now a good fit for Motorcycle.

It took about a month from the time I ordered it to arrive.
The Daytona shocks I've had so far have been very comfortable, with no problems compared to the OEM shocks. but
Daytona shocks are a little longer than OEM. Swing arm is 5 Because of the change to a 2.5 cm longer

Nitron has a very good rating and I wanted to try it on and bought it.
I put it on and straddled it, and my impression was that it was very soft, and I realized that it wouldn't hurt my butt.

Highest performance
I purchased this product after searching for a suspension that allows adjustment of both rebound and compression damping.
The z125 has few Other Brand Product rear suspensions, and the ones from Ohlins were not fully adjustable, so I chose the Nitron.
The R3MODEL is a Tank Separated Type, so installation took a little longer, but the z125 is easy to Access to the Rear Suspension, so it only takes 30 minutes.
The weight Spring rateOrder could have been made at the time of shipment, but because of my average height and weight, I had it made once in the Standard state.
I had a friend who is a racer do a rough setup for me, and it made it much easier to ride.
Front fork also spare Quantity:I changed the Set to Spec. and adjusted it, but it now bends well anyway.
Also, the behavior of the rear is now easier to grasp, so I am less likely to mock.
In the past, I would suddenly slide in a large radius and then slip down, but since switching to ITRON, I can see the behavior as I start to slide and can control it, so I can do TimeUp with almost no falls.
Overhaul is also possible, and the spring rate can be changed for a fee.
In addition, due to the mounting position of the separate tank, if you install the Up type exhaust system, it may become worn out due to heat.

Change to ITRON from OHLINS
I've been using an OHLINSS46DR1S for a while now, but I've had to OH it more often than I'd like. When it is terrible, it is twice a year.
I have requested OH four times so far from G sennse, who is handled by webike.
Pillow ball (Spherical Bearing) After the 4th OH, I had the spherical bearing replaced with a normal one instead of Tight fit and it was fine.
However, once the trust was lost, it could not be recovered and it was decided to bring in another manufacturer.
I ordered a Hyper pro STREETBox Monoshock from webike and the delivery date was 4 months later. It was cancelled once.
So I ordered the ITRONR2 again from webike, because I heard that it has a shorter delivery time than the Hyper pro.
Ordered on 10/1. Due to repeated delivery delays, they said it would be mid-January. However, it arrived on 12/29 before the new year and was installed on 12/30.
NITRON imports the parts from the United Kingdom, and NITRONJapan assembles them to suit the needs of the Japanese.
Aluminum Cut-out body, beautiful.
You can change the orientation of the Hose freely. This was very useful for large installation.
Since Reserve tank and HPA are attached to Left Side, I removed the KIJIMAHelmet lock for Left and bought a new one for Right Side.
The installation is something I'm used to since I've removed the OHLINS many times. I was very careful not to scratch it.
The tightening torque is 34N-m.
After the shock absorber was installed, the reserve tank was positioned. A little circle of wisdom.
Once the location is decided, put a Sticker on the Reserve tank.
HPA Logo can be Left or Right, Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It's the other way around.
The Click is shaped for easy turning and can be adjusted quickly.
Test run after installation. So supple! What the hell is this!
The ride is like switching from a conventional train to a Shinkansen. It absorbs the Gap of the road flexibly.
You can open Throttle with confidence while banking, and the Right hand will not be able to control itself.
It is easy to get off at a traffic light and adjust.
It was worth the 3 month wait.
I can't wait for spring to come and enjoy the Kunekune.
It looks nice and austere.
I also like that fewer people wear them than OHLINS.

The installation was a few years ago, but now it is Review.
The motivation for the introduction was to refresh the rear suspension of the GSX1300R HAYABUSA, which has one foot in the old car.
Although I don't have the sensitivity to feel the movement, I was concerned about the visually decayed bump rubber and asked a suspension specialist to OH the OEM suspension.
As a result, I got the death sentence that there is an Oil leak but no parts to Overhaul.
So I bought this product.
It doesn't have the flamboyance of Gold PicaOHLINS, but it does have a good sense of sophistication that Turquoise blue gives off.
Also, even though it's Made-to-Order, I think it's great that they have the heart to offer a new one for a vehicle that's almost 20 years old.
To be honest, I don't know about the ground feeling while driving because we are known for our insensitivity, but I felt a difference in the sinkage the moment I sat down.
However, it may be a terrible story because the object of comparison is a 20-year-old player who leaked Oil.
The replacement process is not that difficult.
To remove the suspension, you need to be prepared to support the Frame with a horse, but I think Level is manageable if you have that.
In the case of GSX1300R HAYABUSA, if you pull out the suspension from the bottom, it will become the hole of Swing Arm and the ring of wisdom, so if you remove the hinge of Fuel Tank and pull out from the top, you can work smoothly.
I think this is the best option to refresh the rear suspension of Initial Model GSX1300R HAYABUSA at this time.

Benefits can be gained even in city driving, but the range of adjustment
This is an imprementation used on a 1990 CBR400RR (NC29).
The NC29's OEM rear suspension is surprisingly good for a motorcycle that is over 30 years old and can handle most situations by adjusting the pre-road and rebound damping (mine was overhauled by a specialist), However, I still longed to try an external rear suspension at least once, so I decided to install a large-size suspension.
The difference between the OEM suspension and the NC29 is the ride height adjustment function, which is easy to understand. Even though I sometimes kneel when touring, the NC29 has an overall low center of gravity, and when the tension is increased, the Crank Case Cover is sometimes grounded.
When straddling, it is obvious that the suspension has been raised up and is now in a more aggressive position. The spring rate itself has increased by about 10%, but this was definitely felt.
When you start driving, you can feel that the suspension is not stiff and is more supple. As mentioned above, the OEM suspension is very good, so we do not feel such a drastic change, but it is not a problem since we were not dissatisfied with it in the first place. In the city, I tightened the damper slightly from the default setting in order to balance the hardened front fork.
When taken to a mountain pass, the 7mm extension has a positive effect, and the NC29, which is straightforward as it is, collapses more sharply and aggressively directs the tip of the nose toward the corner exit. It is very satisfying to get the characteristics as I wanted to make it more like a laser dimension since it is a Replica. Anyway, it feels great.
I have done camping touring in Hokkaido since I installed this suspension, and I used more pre-road than usual when I loaded a large luggage in the back. It never bottomed out and I was able to do long tours comfortably.
The oil has been used for more than 10,000 km and there is no particular trouble such as oil seepage. The oil has deteriorated a little and the damper seems to have become less effective, but there is still plenty of room to tighten up the oil, so it will continue to be used as is for the time being.
Finally, as a side note, NITRON's image color, turquoise blue, matches the 1990 NC29 and is the best parenthesis. The Rear suspension that peeks out from the rear of the car is a great statement.
It is not an inexpensive purchase, but even the lowest-priced Grade has a fairly wide adjustment range and can cover many Situations. I really think this is a good purchase. I am glad I bought it.

Beginners need a good suspension
This is a simple suspension.
Setting was simple, and it was easy to make the setting that I liked. It was fun to see the change with just 1mm and 1 click.
I used to think that suspension replacement was a custom thing that Veterans did, but I think it's better for beginners and female riders to do it proactively to make their motorcycle more suitable for them, so that their future motorcycle life will be more fun and safe.

Even two bottles are much lighter than one NORMAL bottle.
It takes some time and effort to install because of the initial setup (shift up the rear wheel) and the difficulty of removing the bolt on the swing arm side of the Normal.
First, I held this product in the box condition … then I removed the NORMAL - I was surprised at how heavy the Normal shock was?
I haven't made any detailed settings yet, but I can feel a clear difference even when I drive it in standard mode.
It looks more luxurious, it is lighter, and it is more comfortable.

I think that it becomes an expensive part in Custom parts, but I used it in VTZ250 that I used to ride, and it was very good, so I introduced it to CBR250RR.
I was worried about the R1Series, but this time I decided to go for the R3Series.
At the time of purchase, tell them your primary use scene and your weight and they will ship it to you with the appropriate spring rate and settings. (Note that if you don't tell them, it will be Standard Spec.)
In my case, I weighed 90kg when I bought it, and I told Circuit with Parenthesis as my main place of use, and the Spring rate was 10.7kg/mm (600lbs) spring and was delivered with a fairly firm initial setting.
I felt that it was too hard for street driving, but I can use it from Touring to Circuit without complaint by changing the setting.
As with the R1Series, I like the way it softens the bumps.
I asked the shop to install it, but they said it was quite a hassle because they could not pass through the gap of LINK of Swing Arm because of Sub tank. Please be careful if you replace it by yourself.

The best suspension for both looks and performance
I replaced it because I fell in love with the look of the all black that matched the body color.
I thought the Normal suspension was doing a good enough job, but I was surprised at how much it changed the ride when I switched to the ITRON.
I'm an amateur, so I can't explain it in technical terms, but if the Normal suspension feels like driving on a gravel road, the Nitro feels like driving on water.
It absorbs the fine gaps in the road surface and the ride is much more comfortable.
Even in the corner, you can feel that the bike is gripping the road firmly and you can roll it over with confidence.
On the other hand, I thought it would be a good thing, but I'm a little confused about the Gap with the Front suspension.
You can really feel that the Front suspension is not absorbing the fine Gap of the road surface on city streets and mountain passes.
It seems that the Front suspension and Rear suspension have become twitchy.
It looks like I need to review the Front suspension Setting.

When I first started riding, I had a problem with my butt hurting immediately.
I've been wanting to switch to Nitron since I first saw it, and it was the right decision. The price is not easy, but I could feel the effect for sure.
