nice to have in toolbox
Great tool to do the final tightening of oil filters to spec. Also great for removing difficult filters and not having to resort to the screwdriver method. This is a great tool for the older . The cheap auto parts store sockets push off the filter when you insert the extension, so if you need to lean on it, it is an issue. I like this oil filter socket wrench because I can use a socket drive or a socket with it. I have another oil filter wrench that only lets me use a socket wrench drive. It protrudes down into the wrench too far and contacts the filter. This causes the wrench to want to lift up off the filter. Very frustrating. The KTC filter, however, will also allow me to use a socket , eliminating the problem of the wrench lifting off the filter. I highly recommend this filter wrench. View detail
Confidence. Reassurance. Aha, overconfidence.
[How is it used?
I feel like I've probably been using it since the YZF-R25, maybe the R6 all along.
R25:Mileage is about over 20,000km
R6:Mileage of about 69,000 km
Of the above, I think I replaced it about 3,000 km and used KN-204 about once every 2 times, and I think I used KN-204 about 5 times out of the 2, so I probably used it roughly 10 times to attach and detach it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It comes in a Simple box and the product is as per Image.
BlueWhite shining Gold, but not Gold like tools with a Gold feel mixed in.
How was your experience with it?
A sense of security because the tools are from a well-known manufacturer.
Oil filter used for connection and disconnection
1.YAMAHA OEM5GH-13440-50:https://www.webike.net/sd/25727395/Initial installation and one time thereafter
2.KIJIMA 105-833:https://www.webike.net/sd/20386956/Unless otherwise noted, all are here.
3.Vesrah I don't remember what it is, but I remember using it once.
Not a wide vehicle in Space, but can be used by fitting tightly into the Filter
I used it with a 9.5sq Ratchet and it didn't come off.
I'm not sure if it's a little forward or a little oblique, but it's a little good.:I tried to remove the Filter while it was still set and licked it to a large. 。 It is a solid tool, but it cannot be handled carelessly because of overconfidence.
[Points to note]
As mentioned above, even a good tool will fail if handled carelessly.
How did it compare to other products?
・KN-204:https://www.webike.net/sd/19861663/Although this is not a pure tool comparison, KN-204 is easier in terms of attaching and detaching filters. In terms of price, the KN-204 is the better choice for long-term use, and it is the only product that can handle with MagnetFilter.
It is a product of a well-known manufacturer, which makes maintenance fun just by owning it. The weight of the product also gives the impression of solidity. However, it does not allow for improper use, so I feel that it will lead to careful maintenance of my car.

KTC Cup Type Oil Filter Wrench
[How is it used?
Currently in use
How was your experience with it?
I bought this to replace the Oil Filter on my Z1000 and it has been working fine.
How did it compare to other products?
Compared to the unlimited-stage product that hooks onto the Oil Filter, this product can only be used on Oil Filters of the same size, but it is by far superior in terms of rigidity and reliability.
[Points to note]
To avoid purchasing the wrong size, carefully check the Oil FilterSize of your vehicle before purchasing.

Castings, good stuff (cold! (Gobble!)
I was heartbroken by the DAYTONA product, so I hung on to KTC.
Although the company is an expensive Image, we were able to purchase the product at a reasonable price, perhaps benefiting from the Large volume production.
The DAYTONA-made steel plates were thin and expanded when Torque was applied, but the KTC-made plates were made of heavy cast metal.
It fit tightly into the OEMFilter and loosened easily.
I had a terrible prejudice against cast metal as cheap, but my view has changed 180 degrees.
Quality and Rigidity. Come to think of it, Wheel was Casting too....

Solid Filter wrench
Used in GSX-R1000R 2019
Size66.5 corresponds to SEA BASSOEM's Cup type Oil filter.
SEA BASS cars, in general, have oil filters that are specified to be tightened stiffly.
It is 720 degrees from seating, not Torque indication.
If you use a filter wrench that is not accurate enough, you will get a "slippery" result.
Once it is wet, it is no longer good.
You will have to struggle to remove it with that kind of parpray.
I have been using SEA BASSOEM's Filter wrench for about 8 years now.
Some overuse over the years. (?) I guess my addiction has become too much for me, but the other day I finally got it.
When it came to removing the naff Oil Filter, it was a Large strange thought.
So, we purchased this product instead.
Compared to SEA BASSOEM, the range of the surface is deeper, or perhaps the Fit feeling when fitted to the Filter is better here.
The thickness of the wrench is also thicker, and the inner shape is more precise, so I think it will last longer.
Note that the hexagonal part that pops out has a two-sided width of 24mm and SEA BASSOEM (17mm) The size is considerably larger than the
Basically, the drain bolt on SEA BASS cars is 17mm wide on two sides, so the OEM product is very easy to work with in terms of its wrench.
However, this product is not exclusive to SEA BASS, so it cannot be helped.
Ratchetetc. will require ridiculously large Glasses when used with models that are strictly height-oriented, so be prepared for that.
If not, a 9.5sq Ratchet can be used.
In addition, it is necessary to carefully examine the oil filter to be used and to observe the torque for tightening.
The wide range of size lineups makes it a good choice for those who want a filter wrench.

Required for Deer Bell Oil replacement.
It is essential to remove the DucatiOEMOil Filter from Deer Bell. I bought another manufacturer's filter of the same large size, but the shape of the corners did not fit and it became waste. View detail
Good accuracy
These tools may not be accurate, or they may not come off in anticipation, or they may not be able to come off.
Licking can cause scratches.
This product is so precise, it fits perfectly.
Loosening and tightening can be done very Smoothly.
It is a reliable Brand and will be used for a long time.

One is handy.
There are many different types of oil filter tools available, but the Cup is the most effective way to remove the cartridge type oil filter without crushing it. View detail
It's KTC, so expect it
Actually, I haven't used it yet, but because it is a KTC tool, I think it is large and strong Normally, Oil Element is a Rushing belt (Belt for tying up cargo) and Water I've been using pump pliers to hold it in my mouth and turn it around, so this is my first purchase outside of car maintenance View detail
Don't worry, it's KTC
This is a must-have tool for those who change their own Oil
The CB400SB NC39 has 64mm
I was using an unnamed one, but the Oil Filter was too stiff
It didn't come off and was deformed by too much force and became unusable
I was able to get it off securely with this tool from KTC
It's still good to have a proper Manufacturer's tool
It's not expensive, but it's well made and has a sense of ownership

Lightweight and easy to use
It's lighter and easier to use than I thought it would be In case you're wondering, it's a few hundred more to the Honda OEMOil Element, but it's much cheaper There are some Filter wrench-wearing ones that you can use If you can use it, it's more cost effective View detail
It is easy to use and considerate
64mm in length used in the XV1600's OEM Oil Filter 3FV-13440-30 I did
Aluminum Die-casting for robustness and light weight
The surface is also pearskin, so it's hard to slide and easy to handle
The 9.5mm mounting hole makes it possible to use the torque wrench as it is It is
There is a hexagonal part, but it seems not to be used here because it is equivalent to 24mm
There's a little bit of rattling in the filter
It does bite a bit when you tighten it up, so you'll need to tap it lightly to remove it
I think it will be just as good if you stick the Aluminum Tape on it as others have written It is

It's Die-casting!
Die-casting instead of the usual ElementWrench made by PRESS (Castings, RoboMaterial in Poppy, which means super synthetic gold)
A masterpiece of self-indulgence
It's a quality that Sunday mechanic doesn't need
I don't have to force myself to choose this one, and anything I could use would be fine, but I wanted to buy something before the tax increase And when the WebikePoint deadline is nearing, I was agitated to buy it. w
I tried to match it with the Element I have, but the fit is appropriate 。 With this KTCCupWrench, you can hang the demon Torque when it's not loose and it won't slip
I guess the crying point is the price, not the difference between the two, which is not the difference that I LARGE
If you change the oil element every 6,000km, you'll have to drive 18,000km to get your money's worth Right
Unlike cars, there are only a few places where you can change motorcycle oil, so you can do it yourself For those of you who can do it, it's easy maintenance and it doesn't feel like you bought time
If you plan to ride out your current car, or if you don't feel comfortable doing whatever it takes to do it yourself, tools Recommendation to Mania
I dared to set the question of whether you can recommend to a friend a no
A friend of mine would lend you the W

I knew it was KTC!
I am using it to replace the Filter in my W800
There are a few cheaper ones out there, but I chose the KTC because I wanted to make sure the work was done right
There is also a Wrench of the winding type, but it will be Cup type when thinking about workability It's easy to work with the W800, even with the narrow space around the filter
When you turn it, you can also use Glassesetc. but the insertion hole for 9.5sq Ratchet is available
The textured surface of the wrench can be slipped or dropped with oiled hands It's hard to do
This is not a particularly distinctive feature, but it doesn't have any problems with use It's obvious, but it's not always like this
The size is 64mm The size of the Wrench side is 64.2mm and the Filter side is about 63.8mm There may be a little bit of Rose variability depending on things
You can leave it as it is, but when you tighten or loosen it, you can feel it slipping slightly I am using it by sticking Aluminum Tape on the inside of Wrench
I've already used it a few times and it's easy to use It won't break, so if you don't lose it, there's no repeats (Lol)

Choose the tool that suits your car
I bought it to replace the Oil filter of Ninja H2.
I chose the favorite tool Manufacturer KTC made Cup Type Oil Filter Wrench 079 AVSA - 079!
In the case of a general Kawasaki car's Cassette formula Oil filter, the size is 64 cm, but Ninja H 2 is 79 cm and the one with the large capacity is used. (Oil capacity is also 5L as it is natural, too)
KTC Filterer has high precision and the depth of Cup is sufficiently secured, so you can catch the Oil filter firmly and you can work reliably and smoothly.
In the vacant quadrangle in the center of Wrench, 9. Insert Ratchet of 5sqSize and use it.
Also, its outside is hexagonal so you can also use Double-end Wrench.
Depending on the mounting position of the Oil filter and the clearance with the car body, use Ratchet or Glasses, or use the appropriate adapter.
Depending on the Motorcycle, the shape of the Oil Filter is different, so it is necessary to select a suitable tool for each.
Health management of your car If you are a DIY school, you will choose a tool that will not fail, but as a result I think that it will lead to better maintenance with less Cost.
