Drumstickn, Drumstickn!
I often make my own parts for ZEPHYR400 and CUB90. I often use Aluminum plate as material.
For the cutout, we used different tools depending on the thickness:Gold scissors tend to bend the object while cutting, and an iron saw tends to blur the cutting line. It took a lot of time and effort to make the final correction and polish it to make it less noticeable.
I had never seen SK-11's Hand nibbler tool in person, so I did not have an Image to use it. I had never seen a hand nibbler before, so I did not have an image of using it. I purchased it and found it easy to use, and I enjoyed cutting aluminum and steel plates. It is not like cutting with a normal scissors, but with a drumstick, a drumstick, a drumstick.
The blade is a sturdy Square Type with a thickness of approximately 6mm. The blade is clamped between the blade and the board, and the blade moves down and cuts off the board in one grip. The grip force varies depending on the material and thickness to be cut; even aluminum plates are quite tiring. It is easier to cut by gripping the blade or placing the lower side of the fixed grip against the flat surface of the worktable and pushing the working grip in with your arm strength.
I had a person with a weak grip use it; he could not cut a 1mm Aluminum board with one grip. I think it has something to do with the strength. I'm afraid that if I force myself to grip it too tight, I'll hurt my fingernails." I was told. I could use a leather hand, but it is dangerous and difficult to slip.
Because of the thickness of the blade, the cut will drop about 6mm worth of cuttings. In the case of an iron saw, it will be about 2mm worth of iron dust. It is better to use different tools considering the labor and the processing time after cutting.
The blade bite was good when new, but the blade is starting to round off a bit. It would be nice to replace or polish the blade, but since it is inexpensive, it may be a good idea to replace it.
If you want to make longer cuts, you can choose an electric saw. However, for small workpieces, SK-11's Hand nibbler is sufficient.

A quality product that is robust and well-liked by the public.
When creating a Brake hose, I had to cut the outer Wire in a batten, but the Nipper I had was not good enough, so I bought an extra one.
To begin with, this work requires cutting thin steel wire in batches at once, which is impossible with a half-hearted nipper.
The inferior products sold at Home center do not disconnect at all in the first place.
I was very happy with KNIPEX and Belzer's Nipper when I used them in the past, so this time I bought KNIPEX again, which cuts more to my liking.
Both cut well, but the feel of the cut is the exact opposite.
Snap! Belzer can be cut with a feel like a nail clipper, while KNIPEX can be cut with a "hang" feel! The KNIPEX has a "hang" feel to it.
Personally, I like the way KNIPEX cuts.
Both are powerful nippers that cut well, but if used in extreme continuous use, the sharpness deteriorates quickly after a certain point.
However, to my surprise, both of them regain their sharpness after an overnight rest.
I still don't know why resting it restores sharpness.
It is not a beautiful Plating surface finish, so only those who have used KNIPEX will know how good it is.
Black surface finish (is it a homo treatment or something?) is like Black dyeing, so the sense of luxury is Zero!
KNIPEX is good, although it is not flashy and not at all spectacular when it is in the tool box.
(If you like to have a sharp cut, I recommend the Belzer! If you like to cut with a "snap", I recommend Belzer, although Webike does not carry it! I wonder if the company still exists? (I haven't seen them at all, so they might be bankrupt already...)

Sturdy! Heavy! Good texture!
To be honest, it's pretty heavy, but it's sturdy and can knock out anything VANVAN! Even copper wire and discarded Tire Wire.
It's a recommendation because it can be cut! Grip part is also easy to hold and non-slip!

Incredibly powerful Nipper
You can tell when you hold it in your hand, but it is extremely rugged.
Even the thicker number line can be easily cut with Drumstick.
It is a quintessential KNIPEX product.
However, the blade tip is thick, so it is not suitable for fine work.

Nipper made by DAYTONA
[How is it used?
Used for Motorcycle maintenance. Used for cutting inHemp palmock and Wiring.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Because I did not look at the total length carefully, it seemed much larger than the Image image.
How was your experience with it?
Although it requires a little more force than the spring-loaded type, the extra-thick grips make cutting easy.
[Points to note]
Nothing in particular, but the product itself is quite large, so I find it difficult to push it into a small space.
How did it compare to other products?
I have only used cheap 100-yen ones, so I can't give you a reference, but compared to those, I think the ease of use and accuracy (cutting power) are both of a high standard. I think it is better to buy a good one, even if it is a little expensive, because it is not something you replace often.

Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
It would be even better if it were available in a smaller size.

Excellent sharpness and durability
Cutting Wiring jacket, copper wire, gold needles, Tie Wrap, and many other cutting tasks are involved in maintenance, but KTC is long lasting and always supports me without any change in sharpness! View detail
This is my favorite tool.
I bought the Tools Set on my Transporter because the blade was broken on the Nipper at SIGNET. New blades are the best because they are still sharp. Tools are consumables. View detail
Easy to use
I didn't know there was something so useful
I used to have to hold a piece of Tie Wrap in one hand to keep it from flying off or flying off
I didn't want to go out of my way to pick it up or anything, it was a real pain in the ass
I just happened to find it and bought it, and it's great!
I regret that I could have worked without Stress if I had known about it earlier
Please try it out

For Motorcycle work Barpper's Nipper!
I got lost as KNIPEX, but the bar code is thinner at the tip of the blade and working on Motorcycle (Disconnection of Tie Wrap etc.) I thought that it was suitable for purchasing. Of course if you cut at the root you can also cut the Piano line lightly.
Also, since the picture is the previous MODEL, we recommend that you purchase from those who wish there (Pictures may change on the way).
The new MODEL is easier to put in and out of Spring, but those who can do off-road and people who touch Oil sticky hands are easy to enter Garbage in the gap, so KNIPEX, wiha, MODEL before Bar Code etc. But maybe. Those who want to care Bar code is suitable for Motorcycle work.

One suitable for electric work
I bought it as a tool for Motorcycle, but the application is various and it is the best one for electronic work. Even though Nipper, I will do a reasonable amount of gold, but if I think of life as cheap.
Even the ease of use is perfect, the handy feeling is also the best because the making is also truly KNIPEX, and satisfaction is quite high even after making from looking appearance.
This Type has Clamp, so cut it, for example Tie Wrapetc. When you cut it will not be removed, will remain grasped.
So, the disconnected Garbage will never remain in Motorcycle or surroundings. People who have trouble with it, I think that it is good to choose without Clamp.
