It's not very plain, but I always replace it.
Purchased this one because it is slightly cheaper than OEM. I don't think there is much of a problem. I know many people reuse them because they tighten so tightly, but considering the significance of Gasket being used there, I think they need to be airtight. So I'm not being stingy and replacing it. I want to change the OEM with an external Exhaust System, which for some reason comes” regularly! I change them when I'm in the mood to”change them. View detail

If only it were a little cheaper…
I am purchasing this because I need it to replace the Slip-on Silencer.
The quality is fine and it prevents exhaust leaks well, but it is a consumable item and I would like it to be a little less expensive.

Used for WR155
[How is it used?
I used it to replace the YOSHIMURAExhaust System on my WR155.
How was your experience with it?
It is usable without leaks of exhaust Gas.
How did it compare to other products?
I have never used KITACO and OEM, but KITACO quality is close to OEM quality.
[Points to note]
If not tightened firmly, it will leak.

OEM Parts same as above.
Used to replace the Exhaust System on a 2001 D Tracker with an external Slip-on Silencer.
OEM Parts No. 11061-1055
For late D Tracker and KLX.
The size of the Gasket is different from the previous year's Gasket, so you should check carefully when placing an order.
I was able to install it on Beauty by installing it on the Slip-on Silencer side and then inserting it into the exhaust pipe.

The sound has become quieter.
I bought a used SKYWAVE (CJ45A) at a flea market in August 2023, and I felt that the sound was too loud for an OEM exhaust system. I was surprised that the sound became quieter after replacing the exhaust system with this product. I am very impressed and thankful. View detail
Corresponding to CBR250RR2023
I purchased it after checking the Parts List and it worked fine on my CBR250RR2023. However, the Slip-on Silencer I purchased came with a Honda OEM Gasket. (Lol) View detail

Tightly made
At first I thought it was defective because it was too tight, but when I pushed it in slowly and carefully, paying attention to the angle of the frame, it went in like a hammer. It may be a bit expensive, but every time I replace the Slip-on Silencer, I replace this one as well. View detail

No problem for OEM exhaust pipe installation Size
[How is it used?
Replaced during installation on an XJR400R Slip-on Silencer.
I chose this KITACO product because it is a consumable and the OEM price was too high.
How was your experience with it?
The Size on the Exhaust pipe side is Exactly, which is fine for conformity.
However, the WR's Slip-on Silencer that I replaced did not require a joint gasket, so I ended up keeping the size only as a result.
Well, if I ever change the Exhaust System, I will have a chance to use it, so I will let it sleep in the warehouse.
How did it compare to other products?
Less expensive compared to OEMs.
I don't think there are any problems with the Size and quality aspects.
[Points to note]
Check in advance whether your Silencer requires it!
【Review】
The price is lower than OEM and there are no quality issues.
It is a consumable item and should be replaced periodically, but some Silencers are unnecessary, so check if you need to use them before purchase.

[How is it used?
New CB1100 Exhaust System from OEM to MORIWAKISlip-on SilencerMegaphone Exhaust.
How was your experience with it?
It was shorter in length than the OEM Gasket, but has not leaked for over a year with no problems.
How did it compare to other products?
I felt more comfortable with OEM, but I didn't know the part number, so I used Other Brand Product. The result was better than OEM because it was cheaper and had the same effect.
[Points to note]
If there is any distortion, it would be better to modify the Exhaust System and fit it in.
▼ I think the Slip-on Silencer is a necessary consumable as Repair Parts.

Exhaust sound like a new car.
Arrived 3 days after ordering. The O2 Sensor was left in place, the exhaust system was installed, 3 bolts were removed, and the Gasket was installed. It was as if it was a new car (I don't know!). It sounds like a new car (I don't know!). Now I don't have to worry about my neighbors when I go to work in the morning. I wish I had replaced it earlier. View detail

Don't be stingy, get a new one.
Required Replacement Items when purchasing and replacing Slip-on Silencer.
In most cases, the joint gasket that connects the silencer part to the exhaust pipe part will stick when heated and cannot be removed. The gasket itself will break if you try to remove it forcibly.
Therefore, I have chosen to purchase KITACO's Joint gasket from the beginning, because the lineup is abundant and the compatibility list is well organized, so you can purchase a Joint gasket that fits most sizes of Japanese motorcycles.

The price is low, so don't be stingy and buy new.

Fits perfectly in yzf-r25
[How is it used?
Purchased to eliminate the gap between the middle pipe and exhaust pipe in order to install a Slip-on Silencer.
How was your experience with it?
Exhaust pipe and Gasket are perfectly sized.
However, the inside diameter of the middle pipe was 1mm smaller, so it was necessary to file the gasket. (Gasket is not bad).
How did it compare to other products?
I think other Manufacturers sell them at a much higher price, but KITACO products are sufficient.
[Points to note]
When using for yzf-r25, please make sure to check the inside diameter of the intermediate Pipe before purchasing.

Good cosmetics if you don't take it on and off often.
[How is it used?
Used on OEM Exhaust pipe and Silencer joint of MainMotorcycle's XJR1300C that had been inspected.
The Exhaust System itself is the same as the normal XJR1300, so Gasket could be used normally.
How was your experience with it?
The exhaust leaks were normally prevented, and this black shiny joint gasket from KITACO was able to keep the exhaust from leaking once it was used.
Even if successfully removed, it is basically non-reusable. This is a type of Gasket that is quite crushed and sealed.
How did it compare to other products?
I decided to go with KITACO because the OEM Product costs 2300 yen.
However, the OEM gasket is a metal type that can be used over and over again as long as the shape does not get messed up when tightened.
I think they are essentially disposable. In fact, it can be used normally.
So it is cosier to buy OEM if you have to wear it on and off a lot.
[Points to note]
Anyway, Gasket sticks to it and I can't peel it off. I wish you could do something about this.
Even if I wanted to make a new Gasket, it just falls apart and won't come off at all.
Can it be removed quickly if I apply something to it before installation?

Thicker than OEM
Purchased to install YOSHIMURA's Slip-on Silencer.
Since the vehicle was still new, I thought about reusing the one that had been installed, but I replaced it with a new one just to be safe.
It was thicker than OEM, and the insertion was quite snug, with no way for the exhaust to leak, so much so that a Clamp band was not necessary.

Compatible with SEA BASS cars?
When I bought a SCProject Slip-on Silencer from Webig, I searched for Gasket as well.
Motorcycle is GSXS1000 (22) It is
Search by Car Type Also, this product was a hit on the Slip-on Silencer's product page. Gasket is here. Tap it and you'll get a hit on this product. 。
However, the product is actually not usable when replacing Slip-on Silencer.
Because it is for the exhaust pipe assembly (before the catalyzer), the size does not fit.
Slip-on Silencer can help you After Catalyzer." You have to look for it in the "Search by car type" section, but it doesn't show up in the search by car type!
The piping size of the Silencer section of the GSXS1000 is
On the Catalyzer side Φ49
It is Φ54 on the OEMSilencer side.
So, I believe the model number is JPS4. For the Silencer part of the GSX1300R HAYABUSA. fits.
speaking one's mind Search for WeBig products by model. is full of holes and governed by a governor.
Gasket, which recommends when purchasing Slip-on Silencer, recommends non-conforming products that cannot be used.
