Essentials when carburetor setting
This is a must-have for setting up the carburetor, as repeated insertion and removal of the carburetor always kills the packing on the intake manifold side.

Stable KITACO
I used it to replace the main jet on my APRIO4jp5.
The OEM-style chamber and High Speed Pulley were running well, but I had to go out for a short distance on a very cold early morning during the New Year's holiday, even though I usually only travel short distances, and my piston started to hug.
I changed to OEM #72→#76 because I thought the fuel mixture was too low because the auto choke was working properly.
Compared to the original sound, the exhaust sound became more bass-like, and we concluded that it was still slightly thinner.
When the PistonCylinder is eventually damaged, we plan to Bore up the PistonCylinder, so this product will be useful in that case as well.

Stainless Mesh Power Filter

A definite improvement over oem reeds
Great product, I have used them for years, never had any problems and I can feel a difference in bottom end responsiveness. Kitaco Boyesen reeds are still a great option for replacing stock reeds for earlier and smoother power delivery. PC20 on NORMAL 50cc 6VGORILLA
I was going to fix the overflow on my normal cab, but decided to go with a big cab anyway, so I replaced it with a PC20! The torque is thicker, easier to ride, and the top turns better.

Cost-effective Large caliber carburetor
It seems to be semi-permanent, but it had indeed deteriorated, so the entire Body was replaced.
There are many different carburetors out there, but this is the only one I would choose.
I guess Peak power can be increased by increasing the bore size, but considering the Engine Displacement Volume and the intended use, PC20 is the best choice.

Handy Fuel Correction Tool for JC75 in Normal piston
Note about this Impression
This product is for JC61, not for JC75.
Since the JC61 and JC75 have the same Engine and ECU, we basically installed it on the assumption that it should also work for the JC75.
In addition, the Couplet-on version will be used for evaluation.
Our vehicle is a JC75 and we are installing the Couplet-on version (763-1432010) for a JC61.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the installation of this Impression, as it is basically a deprecated method.
■Differences for JC75 and JC61
As mentioned above, the Engine and ECU are identical, but for this product i-map, there are two versions, one for JC61 (763-1432010/763-1432110) and one for JC75 (763-1451200).
The differences between them are briefly described below.
For JC61, 125cc map assumes normal piston.
For JC75, 125cc Map is assumed to be High-compression Piston.
O2 Feed Back Can Sera-KIT included for JC75
The above means that none of the maps for JC75 can be used if you are going to operate 125cc in Normal piston.
As long as the Engine and ECU are the same, we can use the one for JC61, so we use the one for JC61 with Normal piston.
*But if you use a non-Couplet-on product, the Instruction Manual and Wiring seem to be slightly different, so we recommend using Couplet-onKit.
Mounting
The position for wiring is almost the same as for the JC61. Therefore, if you are using a product that is already Couplet-on (763-1432110) and you have not customized anything from the OEM, you should be able to follow the procedure as described in the Instruction Manual. In that case, there is nothing to be concerned about. As for the couplers to be connected, there is no risk of making a wrong connection since they are all different in shape; only the ACGenerator part is covered by the cover, so it took me a little time to find it, but there is no mistake if you observe carefully.
It can be installed in 30 minutes, including Cowl removal and installation.
■Correction and setting methods
