About quality and texture - The ignition coil full kit from Kitaco is made from injection molded plastic with a red surface finish and includes aluminium spacers, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The red finish improves the appearance over the original ignition coil but sadly is not visable on the Grom during normal use. The ignition coil full kit is worth the expense for the noticeably smoother and stronger pull through the RPM range. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when using this ignition coil full kit is a spark plug cap as it is not included but required to complete the transition from the original to a performance system. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the ignition coil full kit is an simple task that took 0.5 of an hour complete. Some mechanical aptitude, knowledge of disassembling the Grom and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the ignition coil to the frame. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the ignition coil full kit is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the ignition coil full kit, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Tools are required
The most difficult part is to remove the bracket from the throttle body. Once this is removed, installation is easy, Even if you have an oil temperature meter, it will not cool down without an oil cooler in summer. View detail
No particular deficiencies
It is for advanced users, as a certain amount of knowledge and a certain amount of tools are essential.
The quality is not bad.
There is no BALI that can cut your hand.
Holes, which are holes, should be cleaned thoroughly because of shavings.
BALI should be shaved and finished as usual with a little File, about 1000.
The head has a big valve already assembled,
It was easy to install the included High Camshaft and OEM Locker Arm.
Reinforced Crank, Piston, Cylinder, Headetc.
It's a bit rough, but this is all that's included, along with an instruction manual,
I think it is a much better value for money because of its good quality ^^^;.

I bought a Honda Monkey on the recommendation of a friend. I installed it by changing one screw at a time, choosing the length, there are no problems. Everything worked out fine. Genuine Kitaco Kick Pedal for APE 100
This was a replacmemt for the standard that a customer wanted to try to improve the look of the bike as the OEM was not looking to great. Finding a replacement after market one was not hard as after reading a lot of forums for the APE100 the consensus was the Kitaco one for sure. The price for the Kitaco kick pedal was great value and chepaer than the OEM Honda one anyway. I do not generally use after market parts but this customer definitely wanted this brand. With a few other parts, the order was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The kick pedal arrived in the Kitaco packaging and is a really nice piece of kit if I am honest. The finish is a brilliaint almost chromed look but I am sure it is just very well poilished. The fitment was not tricky at all as it is literally one bolt and that's it. Installation is exasperatingly Large strange.
If you work with the OEM Exhaust System, it will be very large and you need a universal joint tool. It might be faster to remove the Exhaust System first. By the way, even if you install the OEM Exhaust System, you can't see the installed parts when you look at it from the front (lol). View detail

I used it with FCR Carburetor Body28.
It is for vm26, but I changed the Spigot and used it with FCR Carburetor Body28.
In the case of CHALY, you need to engage a 6mm Spacer made by GCraft or Minimoto under the Manifold or it will hit the Frame.
As a precaution, the inside of the Manifold should be cleaned well before use.
The Manifold I bought had visible Level chips on the inside.

KITACO Shroud Bracket Set (Oil C)
Build quality on the bracket is very sturdy and strong. Hardware bolts are included. Installation was fairly easy because i already had my airbox removed as I am running an aftermarket air intake. The reason i purchased this product was to keep my side body panels secure from vibration from rides or winds going against me and it would flap the body panels because my stock airbox was deleted and I needed something to secure my body panels in place and this product did just that to keep it in place. In the future i may purchase the cooler assembly since I already have this bracket. View detail
Genuine Kitaco Starter Motor Cover for Honda MSX125
The Grom came in for a bit of a spruce up and the customer wanted some bling adding. They chose the starter motor cover in black as it went very well with their colour scheme. Finding the right cover is not difficult as Kitaco supply tgeh same cover for all the MSX125 range anyway. It was just a matter of selecting the right colour really. The price for this cover is excellent and really good value for what you get. I had some other parts in this order and got them all shipped via EMS together top save on some shipping costs. In 5 days my order arrived. ALl well packaged and no damage to anything. The starter motor copver came in the Kitaco box and was well protected. The part itself is really good looking. The machine work is flawless and even done from a billet piece of aluminium which is also quite surprising. Wow, what a cracking part this is. Even the reverse side is excellently crafted. Definite power up!
I had been riding on an OEM diverted PB16carburetor with a KITACOLight bore up kit to 75cc + KITACOHigh camshaft, but I replaced it with a KITACOPC20 for one more power feeling.
The replacement work is done while reading the manual that comes with the product.
The content is good, but the paper and font size are too small for my aging eyes (laugh).
I managed to read and install it successfully.
Recomendation that the Fuel Cock needs to be relocated and that the ON and Reserve positions should be Memo'd. Otherwise, after it is assembled like mine. Oh, no, I've got it backwards. I've got the hose connected. This is a great way to avoid the need to
Setting is the default setting (at MJ #85 SJ #35) I kicked the KICK anyway as it was, and the Engine was on in one shot.
I went out for a test drive as it was, but the normal air cleaner box did not seem to have enough air inflow.
This was addressed by making the Connecting Pipe for CUB90 and drilling a hole in the box to increase air inflow.
Then, it became a wonderful Engine that produces power well from low rpm and turns all the way to the top.
The quality of the intake manifold, Bracket, Gasket, etc. is good and we are very satisfied with the quality and performance.
It would be great if you could release the carburetor SettingData, hopefully only for your own product combinations.

If you want to Bore up with Normal head, by all means.
Bore up + High Camshaft seemed to be perfect, but... ?Tappet sound is annoying.
?The RPMs are not as high as expected.
Why? I found out that the Spring of Valve is not good if it is set to "NORMAL", so I will replace it with &arrarrr;Reinforcement Type.
What is the role of Valve Spring?
Valve springs keep intake and exhaust valves constantly pressed against the valve seat of the cylinder head to prevent leakage from the combustion chamber.
The Valve is pushed down by the Cam, but when it returns, it does so with the force of the Valve Spring. The Valve must follow the movement of the Cam in order to produce a stable output.
The valve opens and closes once per cam revolution, making one round trip up to the largest lift. When the Valve Spring can no longer withstand the load (in reality, there are also problems with frequency), Surge-ing occurs and the Engine stops turning. In the worst case, the Valve or Engine will be damaged.
Surge ing When Valve does not follow Cam when the rotation of Engine is increased and Valve vibrates with unintended Timing.
Why do bore up cars need Reinforcement Springs?
If Valve Spring is NORMAL, Surge-ing is likely to occur at high rpm when using high rpm with High Camshaft. By the way, if you strengthen only the Valve Spring on the Normal cam, it only becomes resistance, but there is no Merit.
[Strengthening Valve Spring].
Literally, the Valve Sub Ring hardens itself. (Increases load-bearing capacity.)
Simply put, the Valve Spring Rate is increased to withstand higher loads at higher RPM.
[Effect]
When the Valve Spring is strengthened, the Cam pushes down the Spring, so the Engine Friction is increased. This will suppress the valve jump that tends to occur at high RPM range.

◎They can maintain high rpm even on hilly roads.

A bad point
▲Recommendation will not be made for Single Item replacement. Please do it by Overhaul around Head because it involves removal &arrarr;Valve removal/attachment, etc. of Sealinder Head.
The tool called "Valve compressor" needs to be prepared.
When the engine is running at high RPM, the Valve Spring cannot expand and contract in time with the Valve movement, causing ValveSurge-ing. 。 Reinforcement springs have stiffer springs, so they can be eased to some extent.
It is quite time-consuming to replace, but it is effective.

The aluminum material used for the cylinder gives it a more luxurious look and feel.
I can't comment on durability, as I don't know how long it will last, but I think it is sufficient as a bore up that can be done with a normal head.
