Got it and installed it the same day.
I just got and installed this, and boy was it different. First you have to think about the exhaust screws and how to get them off; they were on super tight and had to get a allen wrench ratchet just to remove the exhaust pipe. The engine guard went on really easy after that and had no problem. Just one more thing,. you will probably need a couple different types of hex sided allen wrenche, the long kind and the one that has a socket end on it, to do this job since the new bolts are innies and not outies. It would help if I could read Japanese, but the diagram was pretty clear. In order to get out the top bolt, I had to drop the exhaust pipe. When I installed the guards, I put the bolts in the other way (the bars come with new bolts and washers - reuse the original nuts). Once the old bolts were out, the bars went on quickly and easily. Once I drop the bike, I will update the review with how well they work. I hope that is a long time coming. I am happy with the guards. View detail
