Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Spring Set 50mm
As I was starting a new project on a bike I have never worked on this is a bit of an experiment of mine. The bike was in a lot of bits and basically a rolling chassis with lots of boxes with parts inside. I decided to start at the smaller parts and this exhaust was never going to work right with it hanging off with zero support. I purchased both the 75mm and 50mm spring sets to be safe. Finding the parts for this bike was super easy as there are a lot of parts available and at a very good price. With some other parts in my order, I had everything shipped using EMS and my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The spring set arrived in perfect condition and was in a nice little Kitaco box. The springs are really small but do have some good strength behind them. Put it this way, the exhaust os now sitting as it should and not loose. Pretty impressive actually. Really enjoying this rebuild project. View detail
Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Spring Set 75mm
I started with a new project that I have not tried before, a Monkey bike. There were a lot of parts that were needed and I started with the most obvious ones. The exhaust was hanging off and was not great so these were one of two replacements. I went for the long ones which are a universal fitment anyway. Along with some other parts in my basket, I have them all shipped together to save on some shipping costs. Not hard parts to find as they are universal anyway. Very good value for money so lets try them. ALl my order arrived in perfect condition and was received in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. The spring set came in the Kitaco box and was in tact when I got them. The springs are nothing too fancy but do have wuite a good flex and extension on them. Fitting was easy and these were perfect for my needs. Onto the next part. Thanks Webike. View detail
Flange Fixed Spring
The spring used in the ChamberFlange section was old and was purchased to replace it with a new one.
It looks Black, length, diameter and nice.
The length and cut of Anti-Vibration Rubber is not bad.
I also wanted a slightly shorter length and purchased 1pc. of another company's product to try it out, but I was disappointed with the length of the rubber and the slanted cut.

Exhaust Spring
Since we changed to Chinese Silencer, the length of Spring is not long enough, so we bought a longer one.
This length was not available from other Manufacturers and there were few options
It would have been better if it had been made STELLA-less in this length.

Cheap and just right.
[How is it used?
When I changed the Silencer of XJR400R from MotoGEARΦ100 to K2tecΦ86, the Spring used in MotoGEAR
The exhaust pipe and silencer part could not be fixed firmly because it was about 80mm long.
We measured the length and thought that around 70mm would be just right, so we purchased this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I didn't look at the product carefully at first and thought it would come in Silver, but it turned out to be Black.
However, it fit surprisingly well, so I do not mind using it.
How was your experience with it?
It was fixed perfectly as measured.
To be honest, Silencer won't be out without Spring, but the one that needs to be fixed.
Fix it firmly.
[Points to note]
There is nothing special about it, but if I may say so, this kind of Spring should not be overstretched.
Before purchasing this product, I purchased MORIWAKI's 65mm, but the Spring was pulled too much and was too tight. In such a case, there is a possibility that the spring may break during driving, so please be careful.
How did it compare to other products?
Anyway, I liked that the price was low.
It is named "Chamber spring" but can also be used firmly as a 4st for Silencer.

Installation Replacement
This is a purchase to replace the other installation with a new one.
Quantity:I would have been happy if it was not 1 Set of 2pcs. but it is cheaper to buy this Anti-vibration Rubber Set than to buy Single Item, so I had no choice.
There were times when the vibration-absorbing rubber cutouts were slanted and terrible, but I was glad to see that this one was not slanted.

exchange
I purchased this for Spring replacement for Exhaust System installation.
The price is not that high, so it's good.
Would you have preferred it with Anti-vibration Rubber Tube? Yes, I would have.

Spring at the middle pipe joint of Demon150GR external exhaust system was replaced because it started to rust.

2Quantity of Anti-Vibration Rubber on Black Spring:Set。
As per Image.
No Instruction Manualetc. as shown in the photo.
Measured the length and used one that just fit the mounting length of 100mm.
Was the installation difficult?
The only difficulty I had was attaching the Anti-Vibration Rubber to the Spring.
If you have the proper spring hooks, mounting on the car body itself is as simple as hooking the One Side, pulling it, and applying the tension.
I have LargeSmall3Type Spring hooks available based on my past experience fighting various Springs lol.
The Spring hook is used only occasionally, but it is a good thing to have.
My latest favorite is Tone's Spring hook [TSH-165]
How was your experience with it?
I was worried that the anti-vibration rubber would melt because it was in contact with the exhaust pipe, but I checked it after driving and found that it seemed to be large and strong, so I decided to see how it would look.
Since the original SilverSpring has been replaced with a black surface finish, we expect that it will be more resistant to rust!
Above all, it looks Fashion.
When running on previous Spring as well, Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" I was hearing a contact sound with the RPM, but now that I have this Spring, is the sound muffled by the Rubber? Gwynn." changed to a The volume is about the same. It may be a little quieter … about the same. The contact is within my expectation as it is a self-inflicted disease from the original.

Spring Replacement
The exhaust spring of the assembly pipe of Cb1300 (sc40) is rusty and will be replaced.
I have not installed and replaced it yet, but it looks durable. However, I think it needs to be replaced periodically because the area is easily wetted by water.

It was getting rusty.
Rust makes the parenthesis look bad, so we decided to use a painted black color.
It is perfect because it is with Rubber so it is resistant to vibration and with Color so it is resistant to rust. I have been using it for several years and it does not rust or break.

Is the Anti-Vibration Rubber too short?
[How is it used?
I had to replace the Spring at the exhaust pipe connection because it corroded heavily after stepping on a salt cull last winter.
The last time I replaced it was in June 2017. I was still concerned about corrosion so I replaced it.
So far, I've been using the bare Spring, but this time I'm trying the Spring with Anti-Vibration Rubber.
I sprayed it with AZ's quick drying silicone spray to make it easier to cover the rubber and to prevent rust.
Assembly part 4pcs, Center pipe and Exhaust System part Quantity:I need 2pc, Exhaust System part Quantity:The 2pc was not workable and was abandoned.
The first step is to replace the four assembly parts.
How was your experience with it?
I think it's good that I no longer hear the Spring sound when I hit something with Maintenance.
How did it compare to other products?
I don't know the products of other companies. I am sorry.
[Points to note]
LargeIn the past, I was able to detach it by pinching it with a radio pen, but it is still convenient to have a tool. I use a hook type pick tool.
I think the Anti-Vibration Rubber is too short, it's a Rubber hose so I should buy it separately and fit it to the right length.

The cut of the Rubber tube was beautiful on this purchase as well.

for Replacement
This is a purchase for Replacement.
I was wondering if it would be more economical to purchase the Spring and Anti-Vibration Lara Bar set. This time, the cut end of the rubber is straight, and I wonder if the previous purchase was strange.

I bought it because the Spring that came with the Chamber flew away.
The Spring to prevent the Silencer from falling off that came with the Chamber flew off, so I bought a Spring with Anti-Vibration with Rubber.
When I put the Rubber on the Spring, it was a little Large strange because it was quite tight.
So far, I'm happy to say that they've stayed on without coming off properly.

The spring that came with the Chamber when I bought it flew off during touring, so I decided to use the one with Anti-Vibration Rubber.
It seems to be Large sturdy so far.

No problem
There is no problem in the function. If I had to say, I would say that the whitish plating like Uniqlo doesn't blend well with the burnt color of the exhaust system. View detail
Okay.
It is a purchase for Spare, for Replacement.
The shape and length are different from the original one, but no one seems to be the same.
The cut end of Rubber is a bit slanted, although I personally prefer it straight.
The original doesn't seem to be that clean either, so I thought it was good.

Not good
The Chamber springfor Replacement came with a rubber tube for prevention, so I bought this one.
Spring is fine with the same size and length as the original, but the cutout of the rubber tube is disappointing.
I think it is because it is Rubber, but it is bent at an angle. If it is long, I want to cut it beautifully by myself, but it is.

Great exhaust springs
I'm very happy with the KITACO EX exhaust spring set. The stock alu springs that came with the exhaust was starting to get very oxidized and ugly, so it was a nice cheap upgrade to change to theses shiny new once. They are quit stiff and shouldn't be stretched to far. Be sure to get the right/recommended length, and they will keep your silencer tightly secured to the pipe. About everything that Kitaco produces and/or put their name on is really good stuff. I love it :) View detail
