Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gaskets for SUPER CUB 50

These gaskets were purchase due to needing an exhaust change on the Super Cub 50 and I do not like reusing the old ones if at all possible. These Kitaco ones were reviewed well and so I decided to give these a try myself. The price for the gaskets was excellent and far better than buying the OEM ones which essentially do the same job anyway. I have used a few Kitaco parts before and they really are great quality. I did have some other parts in an order and everything arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The gaskets arrived in the Kiataco packaging and were spot on. Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gasket for NSR250R

These were purchased due to changing the exhaust too many times in the past and the gaskets were not doing as they should. The correct part was found by simply searching the model of bike and the Kitaco gaskets came up in the search. As these have had good reviews, I decided that I would give these a try myself for this exhaust change. They gaskets were pretty good value and yes, they are only gaskets but they do need to be right. With some other parts in my order, I got them all shipped using EMS. The order arrived in 5 days from being shipped which is perfect. The gaskets came in the Kitaco standard packaging for this item and were well packaged. The gaskets themselves look to be really good quality and there were ne signs of any problems with the size or condition. Absolutely perfect fit and not a leak in sight. Very impressed with these gaskets and Kitaco is going to be one of my go to brands from now on. Great work Webike. Keep it up. View detail

Breaking away from delivery CUB

Compared to other JMCA Exhaust System, it was cheaper and easy to customize.
Improvements compared to OEM
Shortened and improved appearance
Fuel economy improved by 5 km/L
Breaking away from the sound of delivery CUB
The sound is better and the single-cylinder character is emphasized, giving the impression of a large cylinder. The volume is just right, even in a residential area, without being bothersome.
The CUB is my first motorbike and I am very happy with the ease of installation and the sound quality that I like.

Used to replace Exhaust System

[How is it used?
I bought it along with replacing the Exhaust System on my Motorcycle.
I just took delivery of my car and thought I should be able to reuse the Gasket, but this product is so inexpensive that replacing it with a new one is not a Large expense, and I can drive the car with peace of mind from now on.

When the OEM exhaust pipe is removed, the old Gasket inside is taken out, and it is in a surprisingly reusable condition.

Was the one you received as per Image?

If you go to 2 Rinkan, Knapps, etc., this Gasket from KITACO is so well sold that you can definitely find it in line.
It definitely looks like something I've seen somewhere else, and I'm not sure if it's an exaggeration to say it's the only option lol.
The Gasket itself is the same as the OEM color, and the size is also Exactly!

Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult to just put in the Gasket, but to put it in, it may take some time and effort, because in the case of GSX1300RA HAYABUSA, the Radiator and Oil cooler must be shifted in order for the exhaust pipe to drop perfectly.

If the exhaust pipe is removed, this Gasket can be easily inserted.

How was your experience with it?
The Size and color are exactly the same as OEM, so as you would expect from KITACO, a reliable company.
Insert the Gasket, attach the Exhaust pipe and tighten with Bolt.
When tightened, the Gasket is pushed in firmly.

After that, hit the specified Torque and you're done.

I don't think so.

Despite the perception that the Gasket needs to be replaced along with the Exhaust pipe replacement, I think it is totally possible to remove the Exhaust pipe twice and replace the Gasket once! View detail

It's confusing.

When you purchase Slip-on Silencer.
Click here to purchase Gasket." I bought it together with the Full Exhaust System because there was a LINK with it, but it was a part that I would not use unless I was replacing the Full Exhaust System.
I learned from the Instruction Manual for the Exhaust System I received that a joint gasket is required for the Slip-on Silencer for the first time, so this product was a waste of time.
I would like you to put up a LINK to the recommended parts to purchase for the product. View detail

OEM same etc., inexpensive and good.

It was used for the second Exhaust System removal and installation.
The texture was almost the same as OEM.
Since it is Gasket, the feel is comfortable.

It's not very plain, but I always replace it.

Purchased this one because it is slightly cheaper than OEM. I don't think there is much of a problem. I know many people reuse them because they tighten so tightly, but considering the significance of Gasket being used there, I think they need to be airtight. So I'm not being stingy and replacing it. I want to change the OEM with an external Exhaust System, which for some reason comes” regularly! I change them when I'm in the mood to”change them. View detail
