Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gaskets for SUPER CUB 50
These gaskets were purchase due to needing an exhaust change on the Super Cub 50 and I do not like reusing the old ones if at all possible. These Kitaco ones were reviewed well and so I decided to give these a try myself. The price for the gaskets was excellent and far better than buying the OEM ones which essentially do the same job anyway. I have used a few Kitaco parts before and they really are great quality. I did have some other parts in an order and everything arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The gaskets arrived in the Kiataco packaging and were spot on. Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gasket for NSR250R
These were purchased due to changing the exhaust too many times in the past and the gaskets were not doing as they should. The correct part was found by simply searching the model of bike and the Kitaco gaskets came up in the search. As these have had good reviews, I decided that I would give these a try myself for this exhaust change. They gaskets were pretty good value and yes, they are only gaskets but they do need to be right. With some other parts in my order, I got them all shipped using EMS. The order arrived in 5 days from being shipped which is perfect. The gaskets came in the Kitaco standard packaging for this item and were well packaged. The gaskets themselves look to be really good quality and there were ne signs of any problems with the size or condition. Absolutely perfect fit and not a leak in sight. Used to replace Exhaust System
[How is it used?
I bought it along with replacing the Exhaust System on my Motorcycle.
I just took delivery of my car and thought I should be able to reuse the Gasket, but this product is so inexpensive that replacing it with a new one is not a Large expense, and I can drive the car with peace of mind from now on.
When the OEM exhaust pipe is removed, the old Gasket inside is taken out, and it is in a surprisingly reusable condition.

If you go to 2 Rinkan, Knapps, etc., this Gasket from KITACO is so well sold that you can definitely find it in line.
It definitely looks like something I've seen somewhere else, and I'm not sure if it's an exaggeration to say it's the only option lol.
The Gasket itself is the same as the OEM color, and the size is also Exactly!
Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult to just put in the Gasket, but to put it in, it may take some time and effort, because in the case of GSX1300RA HAYABUSA, the Radiator and Oil cooler must be shifted in order for the exhaust pipe to drop perfectly.
If the exhaust pipe is removed, this Gasket can be easily inserted.
How was your experience with it?
The Size and color are exactly the same as OEM, so as you would expect from KITACO, a reliable company.
Insert the Gasket, attach the Exhaust pipe and tighten with Bolt.
When tightened, the Gasket is pushed in firmly.
After that, hit the specified Torque and you're done.

It's not very plain, but I always replace it.
Purchased this one because it is slightly cheaper than OEM. I don't think there is much of a problem. I know many people reuse them because they tighten so tightly, but considering the significance of Gasket being used there, I think they need to be airtight. So I'm not being stingy and replacing it. Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Spring Set 50mm
As I was starting a new project on a bike I have never worked on this is a bit of an experiment of mine. The bike was in a lot of bits and basically a rolling chassis with lots of boxes with parts inside. I decided to start at the smaller parts and this exhaust was never going to work right with it hanging off with zero support. I purchased both the 75mm and 50mm spring sets to be safe. Finding the parts for this bike was super easy as there are a lot of parts available and at a very good price. With some other parts in my order, I had everything shipped using EMS and my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The spring set arrived in perfect condition and was in a nice little Kitaco box. The springs are really small but do have some good strength behind them. Put it this way, the exhaust os now sitting as it should and not loose. Pretty impressive actually. Really enjoying this rebuild project. View detail
Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Spring Set 75mm
I started with a new project that I have not tried before, a Monkey bike. There were a lot of parts that were needed and I started with the most obvious ones. The exhaust was hanging off and was not great so these were one of two replacements. I went for the long ones which are a universal fitment anyway. Along with some other parts in my basket, I have them all shipped together to save on some shipping costs. Not hard parts to find as they are universal anyway. Very good value for money so lets try them. ALl my order arrived in perfect condition and was received in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. The spring set came in the Kitaco box and was in tact when I got them. The springs are nothing too fancy but do have wuite a good flex and extension on them. I have the impression that it is particularly ordinary.
There are no particular exhaust leaks or problems.
Gasket originally attached (Former Owner replaced) The liquid Gasket should be used in moderation because it took a lot of time to remove it because it had merged into Solidly with a lot of liquid.
How did it compare to other products?
It is a strange Size Gasket with not many other options.

How was your experience with it?
This was the first time for Gamma to install and remove chambers, but the description said that 4 chambers were required, so I purchased 4 chambers as described.
One SideQuantity on the Flange side and the Engine cylinder side between the chambers:2pc. I used 4 of them for sure because I need Set.
I installed it with a light Gasket and so far it is working fine with no exhaust leaks.
How did it compare to other products?
It was not particularly good or bad.

At first, it is difficult to install because the direction of installation is upside down!
It is better to stick with liquid Gasket and replace it. (Large strange to take it later, though).

Simple design with small and pleasant exhaust sound
The OEM Exhaust System is good enough for me, and I can't install a noisy Exhaust System because I have to leave early in the morning to attend a CUBMeeting in a distant place.
I was thinking that the exhaust system was a little too quiet for an external exhaust system, but then I found this exhaust system and was attracted by its classic design. I found this Exhaust System and was attracted by its classic design.
(My SUPER CUB is CUB100 THAI (JA16). (I have already obtained information that it is possible to install the Tandem Footpeg for JA44 by removing the entire Holder.)
After the replacement, I feel no discomfort when starting and re-accelerating from low speeds, and overall I feel that I can drive smoother than with the OEM Exhaust System.
As for noise, it is quiet at Idling and low RPM, and this would not bother neighbors even if they leave early in the morning from a residential area.
Ba-ba-ba! or bobobobo! It is not a powerful sound like "Toto-toto" or "Ta-ta-ta-ta"! It's more like "toot-toot" or "ta-tah-tah-tah-tah!
Even when cruising at a certain speed on a large road, I personally think it's about the same as OEM.
However, when the throttle is opened to a large amount and the vehicle accelerates, it feels a little more energetic and a little more large than the OEM.
On the way back from the Touring, I thought … if you are looking for a sound like the exhaust system has been replaced, it may not be enough. I thought it might not be enough for those who want the sound of an exhaust system change.
It may be for those who want to play with the appearance and sound in a casual way.

The texture feels cheap compared to OEM Product, but there are no exhaust leaks.
I thought, "Can't I reuse the exhaust pipe and silencer at least once? However, it is very troublesome to re-install the exhaust pipe and silencer after the exhaust leak is discovered, so we will not be stingy and replace them with new ones every time.
