Genuine Kitaco Titanium Nuts & Adjustment Screw Set for Yamaha TT-R125
The customer wanted to change out the adjustment screws for something a little more robust and they suggested the Kitaco titanium nut and adjustment screw set. I honestly did not know that Kitaco did titanium but I guess with the great parts they make, why not. The price was really good for what you actually get. With some other parts, I had my order shipped using EMS and arrives in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The screw set came in the Kitaco box and was well presented. The machine work on these screws and the nut is excellent. The threads are all perfect with no burrs or weird edges. They fitted exactly as I expected. KITACO Shroud Bracket Set (Oil C)
Build quality on the bracket is very sturdy and strong. Hardware bolts are included. Installation was fairly easy because i already had my airbox removed as I am running an aftermarket air intake. The reason i purchased this product was to keep my side body panels secure from vibration from rides or winds going against me and it would flap the body panels because my stock airbox was deleted and I needed something to secure my body panels in place and this product did just that to keep it in place. ■ Replacement procedure (for CUB)
(1) Remove the chain cover.
Remove the Side Cover and Chain Cover.
The side cover can be removed with a large-trimmed slotted screwdriver.

Remove the chain cover, and note that there are four 10mm bolts and one bolt next to the rear shock has a different bolt length.

? Remove Bolt of Chain Cover with Glasses Wrenchetc.

(4) The upper part of the Chain Cover is removed by pulling it up at a right angle.

Remove the fixed Bolt of the Crank Case Cover with a ? 8mm socket wrench.

When the 11 (11) Cover is removed, the Driven Sprocket appears.

Remove the Bolt with a ?10mm Wrench and remove the fixed Plate of the Sprocket.

Install the ? new Driven Sprocket aligning it with the groove. Insert the Fixing Plate in line with the groove in the middle of the mounting shaft, and turn it slightly to align it with the Screw hole.

?After that, tighten the Bolt firmly and install the Sprocket.
