Classic style cover
I'm very happy with this pulsar cover. My bike has low hours and mileage so I simply re used the gasket without trouble. I painted my finned points cover black to add a personal touch. But I like the ability to use reproduction or original points covers with this adapter plate. It also doesn't protrude out as far as other brands. Highly recommend if you want a DOHC points cover on your RS. View detail

MagnetINType Oil Filter
I purchased this for regular maintenance of my Gixxer 250.
Since I have been purchasing oil filters only from this product since I bought my vehicle, I cannot feel the difference between MagnetINType and other products, but I think MagnetINType is a recommendation in terms of buying peace of mind since the price is not so expensive.
O-rings are not included and must be purchased separately.

Nice touch!
Replaced because OEM was deteriorating.
It became transparent so that I could see Gasoline flowing and visually moe Point!
Cheaper and more satisfactory than OEM
Of course, the OEM band cannot be used because the size is different from OEM, but to prevent loss, it was attached as it is.
I'm not sure about the durability yet, so 3 stars.

I wanted this one. (a bit expensive).
The Yamaha Bolt OEM Engine and Crank Case Cover have a somewhat unfortunate appearance. (Especially, two small ones in the Right Side are urethane) I purchased this Cover.
The design of Bolt V TWINEngine waist is so wonderful that the design of the Normal cover is a waste or something.
The delivery time was about 3 months. When I placed the order, I expected it to take more than 4 months, so it arrived about a month early.
The color of this Cover is pure Black, and the BoltEngine color is a bit Color:It is a Grayish Black, so it is not the same color, but, well, it blends in nicely.
Damper on the Normal cover behind the Largeest cover on the Left Side. (Sponge) is attached with Double-sided Tape (Photo:5,6)。
The KIJIMA Cover does not come with a similar damper (see photo).:5), Just in case, Yamaha OEMDamper was attached to KIJIMA-made (Photo:6)。
Yamaha OEMDamper、PartsNumber:5S7-1542A-00, $350.
To install, remove the three Normal covers and install the original Bolt (3 Covers all M4, hexagonal) It only takes 10 minutes to install with
No Gasket or Seal agent is required.
When considering the purchase of this Cover, Material:I also searched overseas sites to see if there was a less expensive cover in aluminum. I also searched overseas sites.
I was worried about the medium and small covers in the European site, because there were some American style SKULL Helmet, cross design, and plain ones, but I found 3 quantities.:There were no set items available, and purchasing three single items was more expensive than KIJIMA's, including shipping costs, and I was concerned about the quality. (I also liked the content of the Web!ke Review.) 。
Even the back of the Cover is beautifully made and carefully finished. I am satisfied with the quality.

I'm a Manufacturer with a touch of trepidation.
Material of KIJIMA:Rubber products are not the same Size as OEM Product and are all scary.
The filter coverO-ring is too stiff to use, and the filter-equipped rubber is too thin in inner diameter, so I have nothing but apprehension.
It is a DREAM50 OEM compliant product, but I use it because it is compatible with Mukawa's Special clutch Oil Filter.
So please be responsible for anything that happens.

Inexpensive, too.
Oil Filter should be more concerned with regular replacement than choosing Brand.
Oil filters are simple in construction. Unless the filter paper is very poor quality, it is not impossible for the filter paper to filter the oil. Also, unless you use very low quality engine oil, the filter paper will not be clogged by oil sludge.
For vehicles that only lubricate the engine, if high-quality engine oil is used, there is no OilSludge at all even after 20,000 km. As a test, we disassembled an oil filter with 20,000 kilometers and inspected the filter paper. The dirt was so fine that we could not tell which was the back and which was the front.
However, in the case of a motorcycle that is simultaneously lubricated with Mission, even after several thousand kilometers, gold dust accumulates, and the front and back sides of the motorcycle can be seen.
KLX125 has 6000km and I changed Oil Filter at the same time.
The filter we chose was made by KIJIMA. I chose this filter because of its low price and because I trust the KIJIMA brand.
To replace the oil filter cover, remove the three 8mm bolts from the oil filter cover after draining the engine oil.
Even if the engine oil is completely drained, oil will spill when the cover is removed.
After removing the old filter, wipe off the oil well and insert the new filter. Since they do not stick backwards, you should not make a mistake in the direction.
When installing the cover, make sure that the spring of the filter holder is properly attached in place.
It is also important to replace the O-rings, but be careful because Kawasaki OEM O-rings (made in Thailand) are slightly larger in size and often stick out of the groove.
The 8mm mounting Bolt should be tightened gradually to an even etc.
After adding engine oil, cranking the engine, and confirming that there is no oil seepage from the mounting surface of the Cover, the work is complete.
When oil replacement of KLX125 is done in the upright position as per the manual, and the drain is tightened about 5 minutes after oil is removed, the prescribed amount of 900cc (1000cc if oil filter is replaced at the same time) is just right. However, for someone like me, who shakes the car body to remove all the oil, and leaves the car for several hours to allow the oil to drain completely, the specified amount is not enough at all.
The extra 50 to 100cc must be added gradually while watching the Level gauge, until it reaches the middle of the Level gauge.
Also note that the correct way to measure the Level gauge on the KLX125 is with the body upright and all screwed down.
The engine oil of the air-cooled SmallEngine Displacement Volume KLX125 deteriorates about twice as fast as that of the water-cooled NINJA650.
After removing the oil filter, let's disassemble the filter paper part. You can visually check how well the filter is working.
If there is no contamination at all, your Oil Filter replacement Cycle is too short.
The engine oil is Yamaha Premium, and the replacement cycle is 1000 to 1500 km.

There is no Gasket.
I bought it because it was cheap, but it did not include Gasket, so I had to buy it separately.
I think the quality is fine, but I did not like the fact that KIJIMA's Name was not included.
DAYTONA has a Name, so I think that would have been better.

Even for such a small product, OEMs of foreign cars are expensive.

Difference between K507-602 and 604
48mm is already a Quantity:I've bought about 5pcs. and have no complaints at all, so I have high expectations for this one too.
With Mukawa and Minimoto, the Crack cracked and ended up not lasting a month, but with KIJIMA, several years are assured.
The most important thing to remember when assembling the Bolt is not to overtighten the Bolt.
The 48mm 1pc. was over-tightened, distorting and ruining the reinforcement plate inside.
By the way, besides this K507-602, there is another one called 604, but no one has mentioned what exactly is the difference.
The difference is the shape and position of the mountain that fits into the anti-dislodgement groove on the carburetor side.
This 602 is made to fit KEIHIN grooves as it says it is PE28 compatible.
When viewed from the carburetor slot, the mountain is slightly triangular in shape and deeply attached.
PWK28 is the same, and a small CR or FCR carburetor body can also be attached if it fits.
And 604, but it is VM/TV26 compatible and the mountain is round and attached in a shallow position.
TMR28 also seems to fit.
I see that the Rib dimension in Mikuni's Spigot ring dimension chart is different between KEIHIN and Mikuni.
There is such a difference, so make sure you buy the right one.
Especially note the carburetor that can be replaced by a Spigot.
Well, I think KIJIMA is a bit unkind… The dimension chart looks the same for both with a 35mm mounting diameter.
AlreadyQuantity:1pc. if you have a picture.
By the way, Hi-Chi Trading had a picture.
Good luck with WeBig.

There is a cooling effect.
It has a cooling effect, but the oil temperature of this Engine itself is about 20 degrees Celsius outside.
About 60 degrees Celsius with just enough run to flush.
Even after 30 minutes of continuous operation at 8000 rpm in 2nd gear, the temperature is still 80°C and the original is Over cool.
I have reverted to NORMAL.
Cylinder is also OEM and Heat sink is in design.
Basically, I felt that it was better not to do anything that would cool down the Engine.
