The XG250 TRICKER has a slightly smaller take-up diameter than the OEM.
Purchased for installation of hand guard to be fixed to Bar End.
I installed it on my XG250 TRICKER and the take-up diameter is a little smaller than OEM.
I felt no discomfort when I rode it.
It was easy to open end for now, so that was helpful.

good quality and price
It makes install Kijima grip heater easier, i can install throttle grip without addhesive. I used Kijima GH10 before, it was good, but little bit play on the throttle due to the optional gear parts, but now with this tube there is no throttle play. I used several Kijima products until now, they supply aftermarket parts with the great quality and decent price. Conscientious price, but quality is not so good
I purchased this product as a replacement for the OEM throttle pipe when replacing the grips on my CL250.
Before installation, we carefully checked the differences with the OEM Product and found the following three differences.
1. no Rib to prevent interference with Switch box
2. with BALI (due to different Material)
3.Pull Side shape is different
1. is Merit for the user. (Or rather, Honda's throttle pipe shape is special.)
When replacing the Grip with an OEM Throttle pipe, this Rib must be shaved off.
This Rib is to prevent the Grip from interfering with the Switch box and making it dull around the Grip.
Must not be pushed in too far when replacing Grip. *
Also, OEM throttle pipes have many warts on the grips to prevent them from turning.
If you replace it with a thin-walled external grips, the wart will be raised.
This product is grooved so that it can be used for external grips while serving as a detent.
I think 2. is due to individual differences, but sometimes BALI is still there.
Check it carefully before installation and handle it properly.
The inside of the Pipe was also covered with small amounts of Garbage, so a simple cleaning was performed before installation.
3. is a little tricky.
This may not be a problem for vehicles other than the CL250.
As shown in the photo, the Pull Side has a different shape, which increases the play of the Throttle.
= Open the Throttle and increase the pullback until the Engine reacts.
In the case of CL250, the switch box and throttle are in one piece.
It is necessary to remove the thailand core of the throttle body at the stage of removing the OEM throttle pipe.
If you are able to replace it, it would be possible to adjust the play of Wire.
The workload is a little more than for other types of vehicles.

Interference with the Switch box was compensated for with Yamaha's OEM parts WasherPlate.
I think it was RZ system OEM Parts, but I recommend stocking up on them so that there is less worry about what to do.

The OEM Throttle pipe is CloseType and requires modification, but this Throttle pipe is OpenType and can be installed without any modification. Whenever I replace the grease, I also replace the throttle pipe at the same time, so I appreciate the wallet-friendly price. View detail

Throttle pipe machining is eliminated, reducing the work time by a LARGE amount.

What is a compliant product (philosophy)
It was purchased for use on the XSR900, but was not used in the end, and the STD Mounted Product Grip was taken and used.
Reasons for not using it include
Length is 5mm shorter than OEM Product
There is a non-slip rib that OEMs don't have.
Certainly, even if it is 5mm shorter, it would be possible to use it if the inner diameter and Wire fixing part are the same Size.
Also, Grip will probably go in even if there is some Rib to prevent slipping.
The Instruction Manual also lists the XSR900 as a compatible model, but it clearly states that some models require modifications, etc.
The Manufacturer is not at fault, as even the actual photo is posted and shows the length and rib properly.
It is easy to assume that they are exactly the same shape as compliant products.
Usable = Compatible
Should we consider this?
It is quite a philosophical piece.

For Grip replacement
I replace the grip of XG250 TRICKER every 20,000km, because it is troublesome to take out the adhesive of Throttle pipe, and I think that SlotPipe is consumable goods as well as Tire and Brake Pads, and I replace it at the same time as Grip. I currently have an OEM Throttle pipe Rib Cut and a Other Brand Product Grip on it.
I'm going to try changing to a Type Throttle pipe which doesn't have Rib.
The Throttle pipe I'm using now is not broken, but I'm changing the Grip again, so I decided to change it as well.

For Grip heater installation
I purchased this product to install KIJIMA's Grip heater on my DL1000 V-STROM250.
Because it is the same Manufacturer for SUZUKI as Grip heater, it is possible to install in Motorcycle and install Grip heater.
Even an amateur could work on it with no problem. I'm not sure if I would buy a product at this price or spend the time and effort to cut down on the OEM.
It's up to you.

To replace the Grip
The OEM Throttle cone has warts on the surface and cannot be easily replaced by Grip.
This throttle makes it wart-less and easy to replace the Grip.
Also, there is a little bit of Rib to prevent Gap.

Throttle holder for Honda's Inch pipe
The Throttle holder of STEED 400 broke because of secular change, so I bought this.
I can use it without any problems and I do not write anything because I am not dissatisfied so far.
There is a bit BALI so it may be okay to cut it.
