Genuine Front JT Sprocket for Suzuki GSX 650 F ABS
I purchased as a spare set to replace my stock ones when I change in a few weeks. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Decided to stick to the oem set up gearing as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the futue I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for teh simialr price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets.Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. ■Why did you choose it?
The main riding style is 500-700Km long per touring, with occasional driving events.
Therefore, durability was desired, and since the front is particularly subject to strong loads, steel was selected instead of aluminum, and made in Sunstar because of its renowned high roundness.
■Use it!
The OEM of ZEPHYR400X is 16T.
This is the second time the product has been replaced with the same product.
It was sure to be highly durable. (ManufacturerSpecifications says durability:10,000 to 30,000 km)
It was replaced after about 20,000 km, but the degree of wear of the teeth was as shown in the photo, and it was still in good condition with plenty of room to spare.
Since Chain passed away first, I had no choice but to use Quantity for both front and back this time.:Set to replace it
■COSPA
The unit price itself is not so different compared to OEM, so the cost performance is good.
■An aside
Sprocket (back and forth), Chain is 3Quantity when exchanging any of them.:I still think it is a good idea to replace it with a Set.
Also, do not build a structure that is unbalanced, with only the Sprocket having high durability, or only the Chain having high durability,
I think we need to choose.
If you buy a durable Sprocket and the Chain is cheap, you will have to throw away the Sprocket that is still usable by exchanging the Chain first, which is a bit of a waste.
Based on my experience of replacing them, I think it would be better to determine the durability of the Sprocket first, and then choose the Chain accordingly.
If you choose Steel's high durability Sprocket, Chain should also be high durability, Material:If you choose Sprocket in Aluminum, Chain is also available.
Cost performance will improve overall when Balance is considered, such as by using LightSpec.
(I think the most Cost is the high durability Spec.)

Secondary reduction ratio to Long side
Tuning was easily accomplished by simply changing the Driven Sprocket from a NORMAL secondary reduction ratio of 2.5 to 2.3.
The NORMAL has a pleasantly thick Torque feel, but I am a little dissatisfied with the handling of the first and second gears after tuning,
The low level of the car is easy to maneuver, and smooth gear changes can be made from startup, increasing the sense of speed.

I think Circlip was harder to put on than OEMSprocket when installed.
Also, the lack of RubberDamper seems to make the noise level a little higher, but I guess all Universal Products are like that.

[How is it used?
The OEM GEAR ratio of the CUB is quite short, so I bought it to change the GEAR ratio. 1 speed of the CUB is so short that I wondered where I would use it, so I chose the largest size that would fit in the Engine.

I always use KITACO's Sprocket for 4MINI systems because of its good cost performance.
Was the installation difficult?
Since there are 16 chains, the Wide Chain Guide Plate (https://www.webike.net/sd/23863487/) must be installed at the same time.
How was your experience with it?
It is now much easier to drive. Also, since the RPMs were lowered when cruising, fuel consumption was also increased. Two birds with one stone.

I have increased one finger to 16T. I have not ridden a long distance yet, but on a flat road, I can ride as well as I did with the 15T. I don't feel any lack of Torque at the start.
I have not yet put on the Pulse speed converter, but the Meter reading has a very Large error.

○ I'm not sure I'm ready for the exchange yet." but when replacing the ZETA Drive cover, I noticed that it was worn out and decided to replace it.
Installation
zIn this case, we exchanged Driven/Driven Sprocket and Chain together, so the whole process was more time-consuming than Single Item exchange.
0First, the Rear wheel was removed.
● The Nut on the Driven Sprocket was loose this time, and I was able to loosen it by hand without using the Brake.
● I usually set GEAR in 2nd gear, stand on my own with Side Stand, and step on the Rear brake to loosen/tighten it.
Loosen the nut securing the 0Driven Sprocket and remove the Washer together.
0Driven Sprocket can be removed by shifting it slightly and Sliding it off the Chain.
0Follow the reverse procedure to set up NEWSprocket and you are done.
*Feelings after use
0We are visually seeing the worn condition, so the new replacement gave us peace of mind.
0It seemed like the sound became quieter.
I can now operate the clutch with the log/stiretc. with a sense of security.
Practicing at 0Course and using it in Enduro, I thought it would be better to replace it after about 800 km.

Acceleration good! Maximum speed is good!
The NORMAL was a lazy and unsatisfactory Large with insufficient Torque in 5th and 6th gears at high speeds and no acceleration even on descents. The maximum speed is 130km/h over a period of time. I think there are individual differences.
After the change, the start SHIFT UP becomes light and fun!
It is a sound with no load on the engine, and it is a sound that the engine is fully blown. It is not a moo sound but a bar or ba-ba-ba-ba sound.
I did not expect the maximum speed, but it came out at once in 6th gear until the rev limiter kicked in. I was satisfied with the Large because it can reach more than 120 km/h without stress even in the upright position, although I was leaning forward. Fuel consumption is the same as before.
It's light and fun in Winding! The climbing is 125, so you can be more aggressive than before, although it is not that bad. The downhill is fun because the 5th and 6th gears also accelerate.

Genuine JT Sprocket Front for Honda CRF 450 R 2015
Previously purchased JT sprockets many times before and on all the bikes I have owned in the last 20 years. Always superb quality and last for a lot of miles. Finding the part was super easy, just type in the part number that you find from JT sprockets webite and there are your results. Price was very good and around the same as I would pay here. The shipping cost was absorbed as I got a few other parts in this order. Delivery time was really fast, very surprising from all the way from Japan to the UK. Everything in the order arrived in tip top condition with no faults or damage at all. Will save this and the rear for when my bike needs them. Always good to have these kind of things in your garage and ready to fit. This may not be the lightest sprocket for a motorcross bike but as I am not racing it, it really does not matter to me. The JC92 is a 5-speed Mission, but honestly I have no use for 1st gear,
So I decided to use the first gear by setting the Front to 17.
The replacement itself is easy, but please note that the Cover will not be attached unless the bracket of the Sprocket Cover is modified or replaced with another brand product.
It may be the first thing you change when you buy a new car.
