I have also purchased a Chinese Sprocket, which was quite expensive.
However, none of those cheap Sprocket products were decent.
Even those cheap ones are certainly usable, they don't crack or chip during use, and they are not less durable.
The roundness may be inferior to SUNSTAR, but the difference is not felt in driving, nor is the roundness so inferior that the tension of the Chain changes depending on the rotational position.
So why go to the trouble of using expensive MADE IN SUNSTAR, which is the life of Sprocket? Tooth Shape This is because the
Since the shape of the teeth is determined by standards, there are considerable differences when comparing new products, even though they appear to have the same shape.
The shape of the tooth, which extends upward from the bottom of the tooth, is particularly important, and as an eye test, there is about a 0.1mm difference in shape among the companies.
It can be driven securely by any SprocketManufacturer and will not snag or slip out.
However, the shape of this part is excellent for MADE IN SUNSTAR, and it is very smooth to hang on and off the chain.
This is an area that cannot be determined by turning the Tire, but only by actually riding the vehicle and applying the drive Torque.
In a poor Sprocket, the Chain Roller cannot move the teeth of the SukROCKET to the Smooth, which inevitably results in a snagging feel.
The difference is really miniscule.
Any Sprocket will go from a reduced Sprocket to a new Sprocket, so it will be Smooth and should be very hard to notice.
But if you change the new Sprocket and Chain several times during the day and compare the runs, you will notice that only the SUNSTAR has a smoother drive.
If I can buy MADE IN SUNSTAR, I will never buy another company's product again, especially a cheap Chinese one.

After considering manufacturing quality and precision, as well as ease of availability
MY2010 F800GS is mainly used for touring and city driving. Although the mileage is not so high, the fee ring around the drive parts is not good and some drive noise is bothering me, so I replaced it.
We purchased this product after considering OEM Parts and each AfterMarketParts. I was concerned about the manufacturing quality and precision. Although it seems to be an imported product (even the manufacturing plant is unknown), it has the JapanFOR JAPAN MODEL inspection seal, and there are no particular concerns about its packaging, material, or processing.
The screw lock agent left in the hollow receptacle screw of the drive shaft (output shaft) was removed as much as possible during installation, and the splines around the outer circumference of the shaft were cleaned, greased up, and the purchased sprocket was installed.
There was no strange sticking feeling or strange rattling, and the excess grease came out in a beautiful flower shape (splined shape) evenly etc. from the gap between the shaft spline and the inner circumference of the Sprocket. This suggests that the machining accuracy of the Sprocket is not bad.
Check the front and back of the spring washer holding down the Sprocket and tighten the specified Torque through the Spacer. (50N・m) Tighten the right screw in the direction of the crank rotation. The usual method to prevent the Sprocket from rotating with the shaft is to apply a chain to the Sprocket before tightening it, or to prevent the Sprocket from rotating by applying driving friction with the chain or by applying a rear brake, but this will not work. However, this will cause the Sprocket to be pulled downward by the weight of the Chain and toward the rear wheel by the tension. I was able to fix the center of rotation of Shaft and Sprocket by gradually increasing the torque setting with the gear in 1st gear and without applying the chain. If you have a problem with the torque setting, this method seems to work fine.
The OEM parts for this year's model that were installed in new vehicles seemed to be made by ZF, but both the OEM parts that came with the vehicle and the products we purchased this time had a solid industrial feel, and I personally have a good impression of them.
Items that may be helpful in the replacement process are a torque wrench and a medium-strength screw lock agent.

I am enjoying playing in the mountains with CRF125F. It is a great machine with no complaints at all, but there is one point that bothers me when I play with it. It is that the first gear is too low and the second gear is too far away from the first gear. I thought it would be better if I could use the 2nd gear a little more. So I bought this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I received a product that was probably some kind of OEM Parts Repack. I think I can find out if I look into it, but considering the time it takes to look into it, it would be quicker to buy this product from Rikizo. Gold is the solution.
How was your experience with it?
Dropping one Front works pretty well. It has changed more than I expected.
I can now drive at speeds where I feel like I'm stalling in 2nd gear without having to drop down to 1st.

Genuine JT Sprocket front for Honda CB 650 F ABS 2017
I purchased this along with the rear sprocket from JT sprockets brand. I decided to get the same brand as I have used them many times before and found the quality versus price is exceptional. Wanted to stick to the oem set up gearing as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the future I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the simialr price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. Great quality looks and feels just as good as some of the top brand sprockets on the market. Have tried a few different brands but ended up ordering this one the last couple times I need a front sprocket. Just hit 60 hours on the last one I purchased and it doesn't seem to be starting to "shark fin" at all or get overly worn out yet. Happy with the results again and again.don't forget the prevailing torque nut while you are in there changing things out. my front sprocket never wears really...Pricing is the best I've seen and fitment was perfect!Will definitely be buying more in the future!
