Front and Quantity if possible:Set exchange.
ESTRELLA's Restore, but we are still working on it.
Now I would like to renew the drivetrain, not only the front sprocket but also the rear sprocket.
I don't know OEM because I bought a vehicle that was custom made at the time of purchase (lol).
Image that is more like a return to shipping state rather than Custom.
Replace Rear Sprocket.
Don't play with the number of pins, leave it as OEM.
Rear sprocket
...Sprocket is a disk with teeth around the periphery that wraps around the chain. (disc) Shape or cylinder (Drum) Shape parts 。 The rear sprocket, also known as the driven sprocket, receives power from the chain and drives the front wheels and other drive shafts. (Output Shaft) The drive Torque is conveyed to the
[Changing Sprocket.
The Sprocket is responsible for transmitting the power of the Engine to the Wheel. 。 By changing the number of Sprocket Ding before and after this conveying power. Acceleration-oriented. or Fuel-efficient, High Speed Oriented" type can be changed to either of the following.
〜I want to increase the maximum speed.
Rear Sprocket Ding Number →. "cut back"
〜I want to improve acceleration.
Rear Sprocket Ding Number →. Increase."
I have already experienced this with the CUB, but when the maximum speed is reached, the Axel is turned more and more, so the fuel consumption goes down. 。
It is the reverse of Front sprocket.
With Front, if you reduce it, it accelerates, and if you increase it, it is the maximum speed.
Like the Front, the Rear Sprocket also has a life span.
[Rear Sprocket's lifespan
Rear Sprocket is said to last up to 30,000km. This is only a guideline, and the service life will vary depending on the maintenance and usage conditions of the Sprocket.
It is important to visually check the degree of wear to determine when it is time for replacement.
After about 30,000 km, the Driven Sprocket may be damaged to a large size, and the mountains may be deformed as well as worn down to a small size. 。 It is not impossible to continue to use the car up to this point, but for safety reasons, it is desirable to replace the car after 15,000 to 20,000 km.
Rear part of the engine seems to wear out longer because it is farther from the engine power. In my case, I am ashamed to say that I have not had to replace the rear parts for almost 5,000 years............so replacement is a must.
How to exchange ~ESTRELLA's Rear Sprocket~.
(1) Float the Rear tire with Center Stand or Jack.
↓
Loosen the ASKULNut near the rear tire, and loosen the Chain Adjuster to the maximum large limit.
↓
Pull out the ASKULNut and remove the Rear tire with Wheel.
It is easier to do it at an angle so that it does not get caught on the Rear Fender.
↓
Place the Rear Tire on the top of a step ball or other place where it will not be damaged.
Place the Rear Sprocket so that it is facing you.
↓
(5) Remove the Rear Sprocket from the Rear tire.
↓
(6) Clean up the area where it was fitted and attach a new Rear Sprocket.
↓
(7) Return the Rear tire while inserting the Axle Shaft.
↓
(8) Bite the Chain into the Rear Sprocket.
↓
?Adjust the play of the Chain and tighten the ASKULNut.
↓
(10) Empty the Tire and check the operation. If there are no problems, the operation is complete.
The work process is less than that of the front sprocket, but there are many situations that require a lot of strength, such as removing and installing the tire, so it may be better to work with another person if you are not used to working alone. If you are used to it, you can make a large sprocket by yourself.
I did a test run with 38 in the front 15 back and the factory Sprocket settings.
[Good point]
There is a lower speed Torque than expected.
○ Fuel consumption has also increased a little.
It looks like it will last longer than the external Sprocket.
[Bad point]
X Maximum speed is not good.
→In the end, I thought it was the ratio of Sprocket that was considered when designing the bike, since it is a motorcycle that is used for touring and leisurely driving.
If you change the carburetor, play with the engine, etc., I think it's also interesting to set the front and rear Sprocket to the highest speed, but for everyday use, I'm satisfied with this. In my case.

We mustn't leave it unattended.
ESTRELLA's rear brake is a type of drum brake.
Depending on the year and model, there are several patterns such as front and rear drum brakes, front disc brake and rear drum brake, but the Large half rear brake is a drum brake.
The rear brake was also completely maintenance free, so I am going to replace the brake shoes as well as disassemble and clean it.
What is Drum brake?
The drum brake is a braking system that brakes (decelerates and stops) by pressing a brake shoe with a brake lining (friction material) against the inside of the brake drum that rotates with the wheel. 。
What is a "Brake Shoe?
Drum brake is sometimes used in the front and rear, but recently it is often used in the only rear. 。 In the case of the DrumBraking system, the parts called Brake Shoe are pressed against the Drum to cause friction. 。 Serves the same purpose as Brake Pads in Disc brakes. 。 Brake force is exerted by friction and is worn away.
[Merit of Drum brake
Brakes that are inexpensive, robust, and have high braking power. 。 The Shoe is pressed against the rotating Drum, but the Shoe on the Leading side, which has a fulcrum in front of the direction of rotation, exerts a self-multiplier effect to bite the Drum itself. 。 The large contact surface of the shoe in relation to the drum area is another reason for the high braking force.
[Drum brake's Demerit
(Since friction is caused in the sealed cylinder called "Drum" and braking is done by friction, the frictional heat tends to stay inside the Drum. 。 If the temperature inside the Drum rises, the so-called "Hot Dare." and is not suitable for driving with heavy use of Brake.
How do I know when to replace my Brake Shoe?
The thickness of the friction material part of a new Brake Shoe is about 5mm, and if it is less than 1mm, it is necessary to replace it as soon as possible. 。 The thickness of the Brake Shoe must be disassembled and measured depending on the car model. 。 Mileage is generally considered to be between 50,000 and 100,000 kilometers.
In my case, I should replace it because it has more than 50,000 km and it has deteriorated over time.
[Symptoms of worn out Brake Shoe.
There is no sense of stepping on the Brake lever or Pedal.
○ Noise like dragging Brake.
→ it won't stop in the first place. And it is dangerous because the Wheel will not work properly and heat will build up.
→In my case, the Brake itself works, but there is a strange noise when it is rushed, so it is highly possible that it is decreasing! 。
Replacement procedure. 〜For ~ESTRELLA~ Rear
(1) Stand the Center Stand and float the Rear. 。
↓
(2) Loosen and remove the bolt from the Adjuster and Arm portion of the Brake.
↓
(3) Unplug the ASKULShaft. 。
Bolt may be sticking, so it is better to pull it out slowly while lubricating with lubricant.
It is also effective to use a plastic hammer or something similar to vibrate the car to make it easier to pull it out, but I do not recommend this because it will cause shock to the body of the car.
It also comes with a collar, so don't lose it.
↓
(4) Pull out the tire wheel from the rear side at a slight angle so as not to hit the fender.
↓
(5) Place the tire wheel horizontally so that it will not be damaged, and open the brake cover.
↓
(6) Remove the Brake Shoe (with Spring) that can be seen in the middle.
Separate Spring and Shoe.
Spring is quite sharp, so please wear work gloves when removing it.
↓
(7) Clean up the *garbage and dirt where the Brake Shoe was housed with Parts cleaner.
Garbage....things made of friction.
↓
? Assemble the new Brake Shoe and Spring.
↓
(9) Place (8) in the Wheel.
↓
? ?→? undo in this order.
↓
(11) Adjust Brake's yuubi and check its operation.
〜After replacement
No more noise and better braking. 。
However, the drum brake is softer than the disc brake, so it does not stop abruptly.

Z400 (22 years old) Installed on a car and confirmed to run on actual road conditions
[How is it used?
Installed on a '22 Z400 and confirmed by actual driving that there were no problems.
I think it is a little long for OEM reduction ratio and wanted to make it Short.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The color of the Sprocket is Black and Large.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not a difficult task in my opinion, but it requires some tools and experience because it involves the removal of the Rear wheel.
Torque management is also required for the nut, and since there is a tightening sequence, it is recommended to have a service manual.
When removing the rear wheel, do not forget to remove the ABSSensor.
After installing the rear wheel, be sure to check the pressure of the rear caliper.
(To return the Pad to its original position.)
How was your experience with it?
No problem with installation, no deviation of chain line, and the number of OEM pieces of chain can be accommodated.
Also raised Rear Sprocket1T (41T→42T) The system does not throw up Gear position errors and can be used comfortably and without problems.
Lower front sprocket by 1T (14T→13T) The Gear position error was thrown up and there was nothing that could be done about it.
The material of this product is iron, and it is expected to have a longer life in the future.
The accuracy is also an OEM product, so there is no sense of insecurity at all.
When replacing the Rear Sprocket, it is recommended that a new mounting nut be used.
[Included Parts:were they on?
