AfterFireI installed it when I heard that it was preventing ya.
The Exhaust System is very special, so when the Axel was returned even a little, it was a little stressful, but after installing it, it became much better.

Exhaust System replacement at the same time
I was researching on the Net when I decided to replace the Exhaust System.
If you just replace it, it may cause fuel mixture to deteriorate and power down.
BackFire a or … well, there are some.
Computer rewrite or Sub computer.
At first, I decided to try this one, which is the cheapest.
The secondary air was cancelled at the same time as the Exhaust System replacement.
It is not like a bread pan like BackFirea.
I honestly don't know about Power down.
What is more important is that the engine braking has become very Mild.
This is probably felt by all of you, isn't it?

The noise when starting the engine will be better.
It's been a year and a half since I started riding the GPZ900R.
Recently, the Camshaft Chain noise has become more noticeable when starting the engine.
Obviously, it's more lively than when we first started riding! It is.
It gets better as it warms up, but it's still a bit annoying.
When I googled around, I found that some people have customized the Camshaft Chain Tensioner to support their needs.
It can be seen.
If you check the products of each manufacturer, you will see that the prices are also PinDrill...
I bought and installed this product, which seemed to have good cost performance.
When I started the engine after installation, it was noticeably quieter than before.
One drawback is that the screw for adjustment is too long, which is a bit of a bad parenthesis.

I bought this product after learning on the Internet that cancelling AIS can reduce unnatural engine braking.
One of the effects I felt after installing it was
1.The awkwardness that I had at 2000~3000 rpm is almost gone.
2.When I open the throttle to a certain degree and start the car, the "thump" that occurs is almost gone.
3.When ThrottleOff is turned on, the unnatural and unpleasant engine braking that occurs around 3000~3600 rpm has become normal.
4.For some reason, the vibration transmitted to the grip and footpeg is reduced, and cruising at 100km/h in 6th gear is easier than before.
I was able to get effects beyond my expectations such as
So far, I have not felt any demerit by installing it, but one possible demerit is that it will probably not pass the vehicle inspection, so you will have to put it back when the vehicle is inspected. (That's where it gets messy.) I think it's about the same.
I think this is a good product for people who feel uncomfortable riding the Initial ModelR3.

This is the magic that cures After Fire.
The Exhaust System is changed to Ter-MINIONI, and trial and error is done to the public road use, and although it was written in Impression of Ter-MINIONI, a little more adjustment is done.
Because the volume was able to make a margin, this time I removed the bulkhead which was set up in order to improve the escape a little more, After Fire is put out lightly. Because it is light, there is no problem, but when I was searching variously to do something for mental health, I came across this.
Well, since it is a secondary air reduction to prevent exhaust Gas regulation, it is logical that we should PipeCut and tune the fuel.
So I installed it as soon as possible. With just this, the After Fire is gone and the emblems are now Mild as everyone says. Also, the acceleration seems to have increased.
If you want to go to the extreme, I think you should also go through the fuel condition, but again, here's the thing.
By the way, webike, don't you deal with Aftermarket parts from Indonesia? I think it's a treasure trove of good ECUs and wide wheels, but it's hard to get shrimp densities? I hope you will do your best.

For the purpose of reducing embrittlement
The product that there is Merit of the reduction of the embarrassment etc. by blocking the secondary air introduction. I bought it because I was concerned about the dong dong dong dong dong dong between the partial and AxelOff. As for the thing, it is just a board of Aluminum.
I had to remove the cowl, remove the tank, remove the air cleaner box, and install the cylinder while avoiding the rubber sheet on the engine. (Rubber sheet seems to roll up from the front of the body...)
As for the effect, the Response to the partial-AxelOff mentioned above was felt to have become Linear. However, as a Demerit, the exhaust Gas became quite smelly. Although this is unavoidable in the mechanism, personally, but Demerit is clear compared with the effect, and may return to the original...

It works!
After exchanging to the exhaust system outside the company, I canceled the secondary air though it was primitive because After Fire at AxelOff was terrible.
I'd say the effect is an 80% reduction.
The terrible After Fire has disappeared, but there is still a wobbly feeling around 2000 rpm when AxelOff.
For this, I think you need to rewrite the ECU to match the fuel condition of your car.
It's good for cost effectiveness!
By the way, it's relatively easy to remove the lid of the Kayfak model, but the Trickster model removes the circuit itself and comes with a Coupler for shorting.
I think the effect is similar, so I decided to use Kayfax considering the return work at the time of vehicle inspection.

I am using it on my ZX-10R 04. It gives a more luxurious feeling than Black Plastic of OEM. As a result of examining with other brands, I decided on K-factory although the price is a little high. The degree of satisfaction is high. When you ask the shop to change the oil, you should ask them to say a few words because it seems to be scratched when the tool is applied directly to it.
