You don't have to go off-road to get the atmosphere.
I used it on a CT125. All you have to do is remove the Axle Shaft and replace it with the OEM Color on the Disc Side.
The body is fixed to the bracket first, but this part is Torx screwed, so it is difficult without a tool.
The wheel did not fit properly unless the Brake Pads were spread out, but the work was generally completed in about 20 minutes.
The back side has a reinforcing rib and seems to be strong, and there was no interference with the ponting.
I think it is also good that the price is Reasonable under 10,000.

Guard focused solely on disc protection
I tried to use a disk guard to protect the fork bottom when I renewed my vehicle, but due to the difficulty of installation and accuracy, I returned to this one that I had used before.
Refreshing around the disc and fork bottom by inserting the Mount instead of the Brake Side Collar and fixing it in place.
Refreshing condition is good because it is a place that gets covered with mud and it is hard to clog up with mud.

What special tools are required?
While working according to the Installation Instruction Manual, a special TorqueScrew tightening tool was required, although fortunately a hand-held tool of the same type could be substituted.
I think that a regular commercially available screw would be sufficient for this 4-point screw.

No, not very good.
As an overall evaluation, we have no problems with the material of the plastic part.
However, there are a number of critical problems with the other aspects of the program, and we do not recommend it as a general comment.
・Screw
This screw is included as a new item because it is co-tightened with the clamp section, etc. However, the accuracy of this screw is so poor that it cannot be hand-tightened with a ScrewSingle Body.
After machining the Screw with Dice, it finally went in.
In addition to the problem with Screw Mountain, there are other parts with surface scratches and other concerns.
In addition, although an Instruction Manual is included, it does not explain which screws to use and where to use them, and the quantity of screw holes is not included, even though they are to be used for the co-tightening described below.:The diagram is such that 2pcBolt will be included.
It is better to confirm the actual match only as a reference for assembly.
・Disc Side
Cannot be installed without modification
The discCard is installed after the Fork bottomGuard is installed, but even with the BottomGuardSingle Body, the screws cannot be inserted due to interference and distortion of the large screws. However, the distortion remains, so it is necessary to hold the whole body down while installing the screws.
The Glasses Wrenchetc. tool with a handle will not fit due to the shape of the area around the screw hole.
In the meantime, there is some relief in this regard, as a thin meaty Box can fit in it.
The bottom guard and disk guard are fastened by a single screw on the inside of the clamp, but the accuracy is not good, so serviceability is also a problem.
Opposite side
There were no accuracy issues here.
One point of improvement is the replacement of the hexagonal screw that holds the Fork Guard in place with the included screw, but this screw pops out quite a bit.
Originally, the head height was designed to be lower than that of the plastic Guard to prevent damage to the head of the Screw in the event of a fall, etc. However, since the attached Screw is a bolt with a normal head, it sticks out about 8mm.
This condition will quickly ruin the Screw as it is the part that is most likely to be bumped during a fall.
I thought it would be better to find some good Screw and replace it.

Great piece of mind for a minimal price.
This is definitely the way to go if your looking to protect that brake rotor and also caliper from rocks, bushes, etc...Looks good as serves a purpose. In the majority of the terrain we ride is very rocky, it has saved my Disc more than a few times. this little piece of mind is priceless, and well worth the money.Looks really good.10 of 10 would recommend. Hop webike and get you one. View detail

Cheap insurance
Mount feels very sturdy, mounts up super easy, . I'm stoked on the look and the protection. If you can take your front tire off, then you should have no issues installing this thing. It looks great and gets the job done. Once the mounting kit is on, cover replacement should be really easy if needed. Mine has taken some dings, but has held up well and still looks great.I'd recommend a lil loctite on the bolts that hold the plastic on. View detail

I bought one for my next vehicle.
I have used this disc in the past and purchased it to install in a new vehicle. I have never had any problems with the disc bending, so I know it is working properly.:The design is simple and parenthesis is good. The price is not too expensive, so I think it's a good cosmetic product. View detail
Parenthesis good!
Installation is very easy, no Instruction Manual or anything.
It would be nice if the Disc brake could be protected from rust and dirt just by installing it.

Cost-effective Disk guard
It is a Disk guard that also covers the Bottom and Brake area.
The front wheel can be removed with the Guard in place, so it didn't get in the way too much when changing tires.
It looks tough, but the weight is light and the Guard has a wide range, so I think it is cosmetically pleasing.
The guard itself is scratched, but the disc and bottom are not damaged, and the brake is not broken.

Material:Plastic but durable
I used it for about 5 years.
I bought a new Mount and used it on the next vehicle I switched to.
I think that durability is high because there is no large-scale damage though there is whitening by Wound and mud on the surface as expected though I do not use it so hard.
When you install the Disk guard, the benefit of the protection of Caliper as well as Brake Disc is large. The Caliper piston returns to ScauperScauper by finger even if Seal is not changed. I think it is protecting from mud and water.
By the way, the OEMACERBIS Mount is a little annoying because the Dust Seal on the Wheel often falls off when removing and installing the tire even if it is new. The quality is also a little low.
The ZETA mounting kit is totally pimped out.
The texture of the aluminum processing is higher than the one made by ZETA, and the rib of the Wheel Collar is effective. The photo shows the Mount which has been used for 5 years (90h), but there is almost no deterioration.
By the way, the Mount of ACERBIS is a structure that the collar part and the Mount part become a separate body, and the Guard moves round and round before tightening, but it can be fixed by tightening the Wheel nut.
ZETA is all one piece structure, so you can adjust the position by moving the mount and tighten the wheel nut to fix it.
Personally, I think the ZETA is better serviced with the Mount as well.
Please refer to this page when you purchase Guard and Mount separately.

For disc and caliper protection
I used it for about 5 years.
As expected, there are SmallWound and whitening by mud on the surface, but there is no Large crack or deformation, though I do not use it hard, and I think it is strong subjectively.
I don't know what would happen if you HardHit a rock, but it seems like it would hold up pretty well depending on how it hits.
Not only does it protect the Brake Disc, but it also protects the Caliper Seals.
I assume that you have been doing regular maintenance, but even though I have not changed the seal once, the Caliper piston still returns to ScapauperScauper with my fingers. I think it has been protected from mud and water.
By the way, ZETA's mounting kit can be used for mounting. All other ACERBIS Disc Covers can be installed together.
The Mount made by ZETA has a higher texture of Aluminum, and it can keep the condition of the image even after 5 years of use.
The diameter of the collar of ACERBIS is not so large, so when you put on and take off the wheel, it will fall down and you will feel stress.
The one made by ZETA is good because it has Rib on the collar and can be fixed firmly.

High durability
I used it for about 5 years.
I bought a new Mount and used it on the next vehicle I switched to.
Even though it has not been used so hard, the surface is indeed whitened by Wound and mud, but there is no large damage, and I think it is strong subjectively.
If you wear the Disk guard, not only the brake disc is protected, but also the caliper is protected. The Caliper piston returns to SuperScauper with your finger even if you don't replace the seal. I think it is protecting from mud and water.
By the way, the OEMACERBIS mount is a little annoying because the Dust Seal of the Wheel often falls when removing and installing the tire even if it is new.
The ZETA mounting kit is totally pimped out.
ZETA is more cut-out and high quality, and the rib of the wheel collar is effective or the collar diameter is a little large, so it is good because it is hard to fall when removing and installing the tire.
