Benefit of having both ends flat
This problem occurs when the clutch release piston of the GPZ900R is changed from the OEM one to the ZZ−R1400 one, which has a slightly larger piston diameter.
ZZ−R1400 Clari Release piston has a sphere embedded in its center, and the sphere end of the push rod and the center of the release piston sphere are slightly gapped, so the sphere end of the push rod and the center of the release piston are gapped if they are left as they are. If the ball end of the push rod and the ball center of the release piston are not properly adjusted, there is a possibility that the ROD will bend and the clutch will not be able to be cut.
The flat end of the rod had been touching the holder of the clutch operating plate and was working properly, but now the ball end is on this side and the flat end is on the release piston side. Reversed. When you do the "+", the HolderCenter is pressed by the sphere, causing it to wriggle and fray. Well, it may be tens of thousands of kilometers away, but it is not good for mental health!
The ends are induction hardened for strength and both ends are flat! I think this product is a large change that will be appreciated by those who have replaced the release piston.

The Chromoly steel may be more durable than the OEM product. It is not that the durability of the OEM product is bad in the first place, it is just a self-fulfillment. It is not that the durability of the OEM product is bad in the first place. View detail

It is not enough to use hard Material.
This ROD is used when using Clutch release such as ZZr1400
The release part is spherical, and the ROD is usually inserted backwards, but the round tip is used to press the ClutchBearing.
If the clutch is used as it is for many years, the clutch may not be able to be cut due to the displacement of the clutch.
This time, Ryohira can hold Release and ClutchBearing firmly, so it is safe.
The material is not the hard material of other manufacturers, but the same as OEM etc., which eliminates bearing damage.
If you are replacing the Clutch release, you should definitely use it!

Reliable quality
Compatible with OEM, so it can be installed without any modification. View detail
It would be good to replace it while Repairing.
Used in ZrX1100.
The OEM push rod looked visually bent, so I got drunk and Ordered.
I don't know if it is the high strength of the Chromoly steel, but the feel is now clear.
I also feel lighter, perhaps because of the loss of curvature.
There are indentations on both ends of the ROD to prevent the Release ball from shifting.
If it is an overdrive that has never been replaced, it may be possible to put it in.

This push rod, OEM Product is discontinued. So the OEM Product is properly oiled and stored. Currently, I am using 64 titanium puHemp palm rods made by K-Factory.
If we talk about lightness and strength, it would be 64 titanium, but when it comes to rigidity and wear resistance, SCM material (chrome molybdenum steel) is by far the best choice.
So, the current 64 titanium material will eventually wear out, and when the Clutch is not cutting well, that is when the wear has progressed, so it needs to be replaced. For that time to come A Cane Before You Fall." So it is.
Keep it tight so it doesn't Rust or anything.

Can also be used for GPZ1000RXEngine
I used it on my GPZ900R which is running the GPZ1000RXEngine.
I don't think it can be used with the NORMAL GPZ900R.
The OEM parts were discontinued a long time ago, and we believe this is a great product that will solve the problem of how to maintain the vehicle in the future.
I've heard that Chromoly steel is used, and it may be the effect of the brushbow, but I feel that the clutch has become more crisp and sharp. The low-speed balance is easier to achieve, so it's much easier to ride.
As you can see in the picture, the length is completely the same, so it can definitely be used with GPZ1000RX, although it is not listed in the compatible models of Label.
In addition, since both ends are flat, it is compatible with the ZX14's clutch release, which is also a very high point.
I think this is a product that I can recommend to a large number of people.

It's discontinued, so it helps.

Buy this!
Now that the OEMPush rod is gone, 64 Material : The Titanium Push rod is light and sturdy..
However, since 64 Titanium is somewhat inferior to abrasion resistance, it is only a matter of how durable the Clutch operating Plate side is.
Well, if it seems that it will be abraded and abraded, I should look for others.

Self-satisfaction
As this part, as its name is, the release cylinder is a rod for pushing Clutch 's Pressure plate.
Because it is sandwiched between Release cylinder and Clutch and it fits within Crankcase, it can not be seen from the outside at all, and Release piston pushes this stick and cuts Clutch when just holding the Clutch lever.
Although it is a job of that much, but when it is used for many years, when the mileage increases, the surface of the Oil seal rubs and it decreases little by little.
To make matters worse, Koyatsu was out of production as an OEM Parts Number, and it came when there was no OEM new article.
Since OEM replica has sold things of the same shape and the same material as OEM Product from other companies, it seems to be problematic for the time being, but this product is 64 Material : Titanium is stronger and lighter than OEM Product.
If you raise Titanium 's good points there are many things, but clearly speaking, something will never get dramatically better than OEM Product.
It is more expensive than such a plain and invisible material : Putting Titanium Parts is the biggest Merit that satisfies himself.
People who do not understand do not have to figure out. People do not have to be noticed because they are invisible parts.
It is the effect of the biggest Large if you can affix Love Machine that carries your own life to the bare bodies to Large with Affection.

Rust free, low Friction
OEM Product is an essential item because it is a Manufacturer missing item. The OEM Product got rusted and exchanged because there was a difference in level due to wear.
If Clutch push rod is light, Clutch operation will be easier.

Thank you!
【What made you decide the purchase?】 It is OEM shortage and this is all.
【How was it actually used?】 Materials similar to OEM, Size As a substitute there is no problem!
【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】 Large durable if you check the usage.
【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】 Preliminary information gathering.
[Is there anything I was disappointed about?] None.
【Hope for Manufacturer - Please let me know if there are any improvement points】 Thank you for making lack of parts!
【Have you compared items?】 OEM second hand goods
With the replacement of the Clutch release, the place where we asked for an estimate requesting replacement for a new part, what a reply of a missing item is!
I also thought about OEM second-hand goods, but then what I'm using now is enough.
By the way, I found it at Mr. MARVELOUSEngineerRing's HP, so I found out where I confirmed it.
OEM and same etc. Material of - Size. It is grateful for old cars that have become more lack of items ♪
Just remove the OEM and install it the same way. The shape of the edge is also flat and spherical for OEM and also for this product. Pierce the same side to the Engine side. (If you are diverting from Release, please use the appropriate side. There is a possibility that Clutch will not run out)
Although the effect of renewing this Parts is self-satisfied, I bought it also in the sense of supporting MARVELOUSEngineer Ring who made a missing item Parts.
