Reviews
The escape process is outstanding.
I bought this as a replacement for VERSION 1.
The lettering of Koken is also very Parenthesis bad!
Why would they want to include the company name?
I don't think OHLINS or brembo's Third party should include Logo or company name.
I would choose Plain even if it costs +1000 yen more.
Be that as it may, there is a hole in the lever and the end meat removal. I wonder if it will work, bremboOEM hasn't done any special modification to it, so maybe it won't be very effective!
I'm not sure, but I think the Mocha is very cool.
Switch Box has excellent escape processing.
It's like I bought it for this feature in the first place.
It's not just about the size or appearance, it's also about the Large.
That's why the word KOKEN is so bad in Parenthesis, maybe I should use a Touch pan and put in Red color.
I purchased the Standard Type this time.
The color is close to brembo, so I think it's good.

Used for VTR250
OEM-like, yet inexpensive
The VTR250-03 I bought used had a Short Type variable lever, but it was difficult to use, so I switched to this one.
I think they are very similar to OEM parts. The cost is very reasonable, so even if you break it, you don't have to worry about it.
Don't forget Grease/Oil when replacing.

Brake master lever replacement
The CORSA Corta Lever is slim and I felt uncomfortable from the thicker Lever I had been used to, so I replaced it with Koken's AeroLever.
Basically the finger Quantity:Since it is a 2pc hang, I selected the Short lever which is available in stock.
However, the grip was as expected, but it was too warped compared to the OEM Lever, or maybe it is because we have small hands, or maybe the Lever was too far away and we failed even though we set it at the front of the Lever adjustment range of the CORSA Corta….
At any rate, I managed to get to the acceptable Limit position by changing the CORSA Corta Lever play from NORMAL to SPORTS.
Normally, I would prefer the RACING position, which is much closer, but since it is play 0, I thought I would get used to the Sports Response for a while, and if it feels uncomfortable, I would try the RACING position.
I often put my finger on the tip of the lever, but is the base of the lever (closest part) correct? (Is it correct to put your finger on the base of the lever (the part closest to the base of the lever)? If you put your finger near the tip of the lever, the lever may be too far away.

Puig Clutch Lever Adapter for Yamaha MT09 Tracer
So,because I have never ordered this brand before, I was a little unsure of how this would work having to buy an adapter for each of the brake and clutch levers sides I had in my basket. Not to worry, it turns out that Puig have had a great idea and manufacture the same lever and then you just buy the appropriate adapter for your model and away you go.When you think about it, this is a really good manufacturing practice. Why make a ton of different levers for each make and model of bike when you can just make one lever and then the adapters. Why other manufacturers have not done this is pretty weird, it's just a simple idea to put into practice.Anyway, finding the correct clutch lever adapter was fairly straight forward.I cross referenced on Puig website and this came up.This also fits a few others in the MT range which is also a plus point. For this adapter and the lever to fit was a great deal. All arrived in one box in 5 days to my door. The box was well padded and nothing got any damage in transit. Webike are professional at packing by the way.The clutch adapter is a gorgeous glossy black colour of anodising. The finish is nice and even and no patchy, light or dark spots as you often get from some other manufacturers who use poor anodising processes. The adapter fitted easily with the brake lever. Everything done in about half an hour.Very pleased with my purchase, thanks Webike. View detail

I wanted the shape of the image.
I was not satisfied with the lever shape of the grom JC61, so I bought it with a ray of hope in the picture, but it was still the same shape as the OEM.
I have no problem with it, since it's valuable enough as a spare, but I'd like a Short, preferably in the shape shown in the image.
Brake Side has a good shape of short lever in 202-079SR, though.

Popular color scheme in MotoGP Spec!
What made you decide to buy?
The color scheme is popular in MotoGP and is used to dress-up brembo19RCS Master Cylinder.
[How was the installation?
Before removing the bremboRCSMaster Cylinder Pivot, remove the MASTERReverse side Pivot nut. Don't forget to do this because this is a large part! Then, remove the Pivot pin with a Hexagonal Wrench and replace it with an active Pivot pin so as not to drop the lever of the RCSMASTER. The length of the pivot pin was my biggest concern before purchasing, but I was relieved to find that it is the same length as the brembo.
[work reference …]
Before replacing the pivot pin, you should apply silicon-based grease to the active pivot pin! Because once the pivot pin is removed, one hand is used to keep the lever in place and the other hand is the only hand that can work on the lever. The Torque for the Pivot pin is 1.0Nm, and the Torque for the Pivot nut is 6.0Nm.
How was your experience with it?
It's almost a one point Attachment. (Lol) Self-satisfaction rises because of the most visible positioning, but …. (Lol)
Also, the Material is now Stainless Steel, so durability is better than OEM.

You can keep using your favorite Lever. Beautiful and accurate. 2.0 compliant.
Puig's Lever has a high quality feel, good fee ring when you put your finger on the Lever, and good rigidity. It is also compatible with the 2.0 Series.
Adapter replacement is easy, accurate, and the Lever does not wobble. The price may seem a little high, but it is probably fair, since a solid Lever from Replace can cost as much as 20,000 yen each.
The same is true for the adapter on the clutch lever side, but the Nylon nut that fixes the lever to the adapter fits in the counterbore, so the Glasses Wrench is a little difficult to be applied to the Nylon nut, so a Socket such as Shibuichi is recommended. It would be better to have a Socket such as Shibuichi.

Fits: KTM 390 DUKE, KTM 390 ADVENTURE, KTM 200 DUKE, KTM 125 DUKE
High quality and precision. 2.0 compatible.
[How is it used?
I had been wearing u-kanaya's Clutch lever, but it interfered with the switch box on my 2018 390DUKE and didn't feel right when I put my finger on it.
I purchased an Adapter from webike! I bought the Adapter from webike!
Was the one you received as per Image?
I knew this because I used it on my 790, but the quality, aesthetics, etc., are good.
Was the installation difficult?
When installing the adapter, do not forget to remove the ClutchSwitch box at the base of the 390DUKE's clutch lever first. The Clutch switch is a small but expensive device.
In order to attach and detach the Lever to and from the Adapter, it is necessary to tighten or loosen the Nylon nut, which is 8mm wide on two sides. Since the head of the nut is low, it would be easier to work with something like a Socket with a thin shibuichi thickness.
How was your experience with it?
You can keep using your favorite Lever by simply replacing the Adapter. The accuracy is also excellent.

No problem!
I've been looking at reviews on various sites, and I'm noticing wobble, lever positions going wrong, etc.
I was not sure if I would buy it because I saw a lot of negative information about it, such as that my fingers would not be able to reach it.
But I bought it because I run off-road and it has to be Foldable....
Impressions after actual installation.
There was no problem at all (laughs).
Wobble is almost non-existent, and the LeverHolder location is OEM and fine.
I can pull it with one index finger without any problem, even with my smallest hand.
Have they changed to a countermeasure?
Installation is as simple as removing the OEM and attaching this.
Parking brake can be used, which is useful when loading a transporter.
Now you can take it off-road with no worries (laughs).

If you use Brembo master with electronic ThrottleMODEL, replacement is recommended.
[How is it used?
When we replaced the brembo radial master cylinder on the StreetTripleRS, there was a problem with the lever interfering with the throttle holder due to the thickness of the switch box and throttle holder.
The AeroLever from Kohken was replaced not only to reduce air pressure pushing in the lever by cutting out the wall, but also to prevent interference with the throttle holder since the shape around the throttle holder is slimmer than that of the brembo lever. The new lever is a very good solution for the problem of the throttle holder.
Was the one you received as per Image?
When stacked with the brembo lever, the shape around the throttle holder is indeed thinner, which seems to reduce interference when gripping.
Since there was no Large change in the shape of the fingers, there was no discomfort in the fingering after the replacement.
Was the installation difficult?
Since only the movable part of the Lever is replaced, it can be replaced by removing and replacing the Bolt1 pc.
How was your experience with it?
I have not yet tested it with the actual lever coming in at Circuit, but from the feel of holding it, there is definitely more clearance with the Throttle holder than there was before the replacement.
If this does not seem to work, the only way is to add a Remote adjuster or something to be able to adjust it while driving.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Since only the retractable portion of the Lever is available, it cannot be replaced without the Retractable Lever.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
As mentioned above, since there is only a movable portion of the Lever, the price seems expensive when considered on its own.
However, we are willing to split the cost if it will improve the usability of Brake more than that.

MCS 19:21 as for Replacement
[How is it used?
I used to run Circuit by replacing it with ZETA Flight lever.
In terms of protection for the master cylinder, the Retractable Lever should be used, but the adjustable lever ratio of the MCS 19:21 is difficult to discard, and I have returned to the OEM lever in the past, knowing the risks involved.
This product can be made Foldable while retaining the Lever ratio adjustment function by porting the OEMLever Unit.
A product with similar functionality is available from KTMPowerParts for the 890dukeR, but we chose this one because it is very expensive and there are no repair parts available.
If you are planning to buy STREET TRIPLERS and are thinking of running Circuit in the future, you may want to order them as soon as possible.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes
Was the installation difficult?
Manual was easy to understand and simple.
However, when removing the MCS19:21 unit from the OEMLever, a 1.5 Hexagonal Wrench was needed, so we bought an additional 1.5 Hexagonal Wrench.
How was your experience with it?
The shape combined with the lever side is not so different from that of the OEM lever and can be used without any discomfort.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Yes
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The product itself is fine, but the delivery time is long due to the small number of car models supported.
