Fits: HONDA SUPER CUB 50, HONDA LITTLE CUB
two-edged sword
On an uphill which is also tough for a 4-wheeler, LITTLE CUB, registered as a Class 2 moped, was able to climb the hill at 40 km/h in 2nd gear. 5 km/h faster after replacing the Air cleaner. Considering only the maximum speed, the effect is clear. (I'm running 120mm wide, bulky Rear tires, so that's the only reason I can't get the Speed up.)
However, on the flat, I lost all Punch up to the mid RPM range of 1st gear 20km/h, 2nd gear 35km/h, 3rd gear 50km/h, and on an uphill, it stalls at once from 3rd gear 60km/h. It seems like there is too much air in the low to mid RPM range and the fuel injection is not keeping up? The intake sound is so loud that it even drowns out the exhaust sound of the BEAMSExhaust system.
Nevertheless, when the engine reaches the high RPM range of 35 km/h in 2nd gear on flat terrain, the Punch becomes effective and can be used up to around 45 km/h, which is above the rev limit. In this speed range, the intake sound becomes smoother and the exhaust sound becomes louder.
3rd gear missMatch GEAR ratio and EngineTorque at all speeds. (Adverse effects of RSprocket exchange) On a gentle uphill, the engine stalls even at 40 km/h in the middle RPM range, where Torque is supposed to be, and finally exceeds the Rev limit of 60 km/h on a long flat or downhill slope. At this time, there is no engine punch, but the engine noise peculiar to high rpm is heard, which is not good for both mental health and the engine.
In case of rain, a MINIBucket bought at a 100-yen store is covered to prevent raindrops from entering the intake air. (Lol)

Cost-effectiveness was excellent.
I was using it on a W800, and it was a little expensive, but I installed it because the W800 is air-cooled and there is a lot of room around the engine.
Used with normal muffler and air cleaner, the response to the opening and closing of the Axel has improved to the point of being laughable. Knocking at low rpm was also eliminated and fuel consumption was improved.
However, the engine became too white, and the balance between the chassis and suspension was not right, so I wondered whether I should proceed with Custom or not, and eventually gave up the W800.

What is Motorcycle's Air cleaner?
It catches dust and dirt in the air that is sucked into the engine and delivers clean air that is free of fine garbage to the engine.

The need for air cleaners.
… The most important role of Air cleaner is to remove Garbage from the air that the Engine sucks in, so that the Engine will not be damaged. 。 There are various kinds of Garbage in the air, and when your motorcycle runs, it also raises Garbage on the road surface! 。 If such Garbage gets into the Engine, it will damage the internals.
Type of Air cleaner
■ Dry." … Dry type air cleaner is one in which the Element is dry (Type not soaked in Oil, etc.) and is more likely to pass fine Garbage than wet type, but is less expensive! 。 Garbage on the surface can be blown off with an air gun, but the dry type cannot be washed when it becomes dirty, so replacement is fundamental.
*CUB is this Type.
Wet." Wet type is a type of Urethane sponge soaked with oil, and has a characteristic of adsorbing Dust more easily than dry type. 。 Many wet elements can be cleaned and reused by washing them with kerosene, drying them, and soaking them in a little special Oil or 2Cycle Oil. 。 Wet type is slightly more expensive than dry type, but it is more economical if used for a longer period of time because it can be used while cleaning.

Screwcass formula." The…Screwduster type filter is a method in which oil is soaked into filter paper and dust is adsorbed onto the oil. 。 They have low ventilation resistance, filter moisture, and are either disposable or washable and reusable. Many are non-reusable and must be replaced.
[Neglecting air cleaner …]
Combustion efficiency is reduced.
Failure to replace the air cleaner will reduce the amount of air that is drawn in, resulting in a change in the air/fuel ratio (mixture of gasoline and air) and adversely affecting combustion efficiency. 。 Poor combustion efficiency can easily lead to abnormal combustion and unburned fuel, which can cause Knocking and other problems.
Fuel consumption will decrease.
The decrease in combustion efficiency will cause the engine to run out of steam, which in turn causes the Axel to open more and more, adversely affecting fuel economy. 。 The need to open the Axel more to achieve the same speed as before has a negative impact on fuel, especially when driving up hills and at high speeds. 。
The Engines are not hanging on well.
The Engine will not be able to get the amount of air it needs, so it will be harder for the Engine to hang. 。 The engine runs slower, which increases the time required for the cell to run, which in turn increases the load on the battery, which can be especially slow in winter and on days with low temperatures. 。

Failure to replace the air cleaner may cause the engine to suddenly stop when idling or at a stoplight. 。 At low RPM and Idol conditions, compared to when running, the Engine is more likely to stop, partly because the amount of air supplied is lower to begin with.

A bad point
The 50OEM Air Cleaner BOX will not fit the 90OEM Type Air Cleaner, so you will need to purchase a separate box for the 90. Also purchase a CONNECTOTube (a pipe that connects the carburetor and the BOX).
What is the difference between Power Filter and Air cleaner? Power Filter generally refers to the product name, but non-OEM air cleaners are sometimes referred to as Power Filter, while OEM products are sometimes distinguished as air cleaners. 。
Power Filter→ Some products claim to increase intake air efficiency, but increased intake air efficiency can prevent blowby gas from being discharged from the engine, which can interfere with the engine's combustion efficiency. 。 It is safe to replace it with an OEM air cleaner element (filter) unless the air cleaner box cannot be installed due to customization.
The OEM is also more durable and the Filter itself is less expensive than the external Powerful, making it more cost-effective.

It takes a long time to deliver other than
I was looking for a FunnelFilter for my CUB with YDcarburetor, but the cost was higher than Power Filter and Filter adapter, and the overall length was longer, so I was thinking about it. I found that FunnelSocks seemed to be a good choice, so I decided to change the spec.
I am glad that the total length was short and there was no other Wobble.
Wobble may form as the Sponge grows, so it needs to be monitored.

MJNNozzle is tough.
YOSHIMURATM-MJN24, for 90cc to 110cc.
My Engine is 88cc and I thought it would be no problem with the MJ change but it was a moderately tough carburetor and MJNNozzle was MA.
After doing some research on YOSHIMURA's homepage, I noticed that there was a Nozzle for Y88 and changed my purchase.
After changing to ABNozzle, the bohangki that used to appear in the middle was eliminated and it became much easier to ride than before.
However, the fuel seems to be thicker around 30% from the partial, which may be a characteristic of MJN.

Overhaul method,
FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor Overhaul Method
Remove the air cleaner, hose and ducts from the FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor and remove it from the Motorcycle.
(2) FCR Carburetor Body Remove Gasoline in the Carburetor.
Remove the bottom case, Float and Valve, Pilot screw, and other parts.
Spray each hole with Carburetor cleaner.
Remove the top cover.
? Remove the Main Jet, Needle Jet, and Slow Jet.
Remove the slide valve and valve seat.
Remove ? Acceleration Pump.
?Wash and lubricate each part (parts removed in ?− ?) as necessary.
If there are consumable parts, replace them with new ones and reassemble.

I ordered this to replace an Air cleanerFilter that was falling apart due to hydrolysis without my knowledge.
I wasn't sure how much filter oil (sold separately) to apply, so I applied the oil as I usually do on off-road motorcycles, but it seemed to be too much, and air cleaner oil spit out from the silencer for a while.
There is no way to go wrong with the installation.

TWIN AIR for your peace of mind
I bought a used D Tracker (250SB) and the filter in it was falling apart, so I replaced it with this Twin air filter for customization purposes as well. The filter is packaged in a Zip-lock like bag, and the explanation is written in English version on the front of the bag.
The Large size is a little smaller than the Filter Frame, and the two-layer structure described in the product description can be recognized by the color of the Filter.
As for the feeling of use, there were times before when the Engine was unsteady in blowing, but after the replacement, I feel that it has improved.
Since the filter itself is small, we recommend applying SealGrease to the edge of the filter when installing it.
