Unsatisfied with the color
Other manufacturers did not have Steel as an option, and even if they did, the price was more than twice as high, so I ordered this one.
I kept looking forward to it, waited for 3 months, and finally the product arrived.
I wanted the iron-colored Silver, but what I received was Black.
Some lots may be Black." But it's fatal to leave the color to chance when you're choosing it for custom as well.
Maybe flush or poach without mounting.
I haven't used it, so I don't know how it's used.

Much lighter than NORMAL.
DriveSprocket of NORMALWR250R was changed from 13T to 14T and Driven from 43T to 48T.
The secondary reduction ratio is slightly lower geared, from 3.308 to 3.429.
I decided to use Dura for both front and rear because of its durability, but it is lighter than I expected due to its meatless design.
With Driven48T, I think it is better to loosen the Chain Guard when assembling to avoid interference during work.
The effect of the low gearing is that it is easier to maneuver at low speeds. It is only a slight change, but the effect is felt well.
The degree of HappyMeter, however, is very much the same (laughs).

Used on SR400 final
SR400 FINAL Used in OEM condition, exhaust system, intake and exhaust, ignition system and all other systems are full normal.
First, the Front sprocket is set to SUNSTAR SUNSTAR:221-20 Replaced with 19T→20T.
After driving about 500 km at high speed, I felt that I could still make it high geared, so I looked for a Front 21T and found one made by RCE EngineerRing. When we contacted the manufacturer, we found that the product was discontinued and could not be obtained.
Then, we changed our policy to change the rear sprocket and searched for one that was compatible with the OEM428Chain and found the following. The smallest 51T was selected.
I would have preferred Steel for its durability, but could not find it.

It was nice to be able to install the OEM428Chain as is, with no Conversion required for the 520Size and no Chain piece stuffing.
Now Front20T/Rear51T with reduction ratio 2.55 ← OEM 2.947 19T/56T
In this condition, the Meter reading was 4100 rpm at 100 km/h cruise, and I could drive with the flow without numbness in my hands, even at a crowded highway. After traveling a total of 650 km on the Kita-Kanto, Joshinetsu, Hokuriku, and Kan-Etsu highways in this condition, I have no problem at all cruising at 100 km/h. Overtaking lane 110-120km/h is also possible. It is possible to climb a hill on the highway at 100km/h with 5th gear. The maximum speed in 5th gear is 125km/h. Also, on ordinary roads, 5th gear is useless at speeds below 60km/h, but this is not a problem at all since the car can be driven in 4th gear. In fact, when driving in Bypass, it is possible to drive at 80 km/h in 5th gear at 3000 rpm, which is comfortable and pleasant. Acceleration is reduced, but it is acceptable.
We recommend this Spec. for SR400Rider, which is mainly for touring.
I would like XAM to produce a Stainless Steel Sprocket, and a 50T Sprocket.

I replaced the OEM front sprocket and rear sprocket with a 39T, which is the same as the OEM sprocket. I am satisfied with the customization. I am happy with the change.
When replacing the rear sprocket, I had to remove the tires, and it took me about 2 hours to replace the front and rear sprockets because I am an amateur.

Genuine JT Sprocket for the rear of Yamaha MT-07 2021
This was purchased to complete the replace the stock rear sprocket for the MT-07 2021. The front had already been changed but the customer wanted to swap out rear as they both needed changing. The correct part was found using Webike help pages and links they offer. The price overall was very good and better than I could source locally. I decided whilst I was buying this item, I added a few other parts to the basket which meant the shipping was spread out all of the order. Cheaper than buying individual items and shipping them as is. The screen was packed in a loveley thick bubble wrap and taped closed. The rest of the parts in my order were all padded and therefore, no damage. The sprocket is great quality and finished in a nice dark, almost black brushed steel. The teeth are clean and free from shards or extra filings. The bolt alignment is perfect. I know JT sprockets do last a long time and now the customer will be happy with a change of gearing. I installed it on my 2011 CBR1000RR and was torn between a Duralumin Sprocket and a Steel Sprocket for the 520Conversion, but I chose the RACINGSteel one because I thought it would last longer. The black color of the Sprocket without any unnecessary decorations makes the rear area look tighter, which I think is a very good parenthesis. On the other hand, it is made of steel, so I felt it is heavier than the one made of Duralumin. I feel it can be used for quite a long time if regular maintenance is not neglected. View detail

The Duralumin shade is very nice, dull and not too flashy. Lightweight and no BALI, very nice shaping.

General Sprocket replacement can be used.
How was your experience with it?
I don't see the benefit of weight savings … it looks better.

It's an austere color
It was strange that the NORMAL nut had to be removed. I had tightened it with the Torque, so after removing the rear tire, it was impossible to use the hand tool. I used the Impact Driver, but it might have been better to loosen it to some extent before removing the tire. View detail

Exchange with Chain
Since this is the second time the Chain has been replaced (13,000 km since the last replacement), the Sprocket was replaced as well.
When I took the car to Motorcycle shop for its 3rd year inspection, they recommended that I replace the Sprocket. (Mileage:26,000 km)
The number of hits on the Sprocket was left at NORMAL.
The product itself was fine, and the installation went without a hitch.
The new and removed parts were stacked on top of each other to check the decrease in the amount of wear, but there seemed to be no decrease at all.
Referring to the impressions of others, when removing the Sprocket, the Bolt was loosened before the Tire was removed from the vehicle body, and the Bolt was tightened after the Tire was installed.
I am not sure about the durability of the product, but I do not think it will be a problem because it is a manufacturer's product.

I appreciate the wide variety of items, sturdiness, and low price.
[How is it used?
I bought it to replace the Driven Sprocket, which was 4 bumps higher on the top speed side than the OEM one, because the Rust was too bad and I replaced it with a 90cc engine from Tanaka Shokai.

KITACO's Custom parts has been helping me a lot since I got my moped license in the summer when I was 16 years old.
Sprocket is a product that is too familiar to us, and we have seen it too many times in the past.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation itself is a simple process of loosening four Nuts and tightening them with the specified Torque after replacement, but it is a very tedious process to get to that point.
LITTLE CUB cannot proceed without removing the Exhaust System that is blocked on the same line as the Shaft in order to remove the Rear Axel Shaft (limited to OEM Type Exhaust System).
Remove the Exhaust System, remove the Rear brake & Torque rod, remove the Axel shaft, remove the center nut, remove the Rear wheel from the body, loosen the 4 nuts as mentioned at the beginning, replace the Sprocket, and assemble in the reverse order to complete. The assembly is completed in the reverse order of the previous procedure.
How was your experience with it?
As you can see in the image, the Black Sprocket is made of iron, and it serves its purpose as well as the OEM Product, which is sober looking and solidly built.
The price is lower than OEM products and there is a wide variety of products.

No installation on LITTLE CUB at all.
NORMALSpec. of the old CUB system, the Chain & Sprocket are covered by the Chain Cover, so nothing can be seen from the outside.
In terms of durability and cost, this product is more wallet-friendly than the high-end Duralumin & Anodized Treatment Sprocket (this is not to deny the high-end Sprocket).
