It says it is TMAX560 techmax compliant, but it is completely useless.
I bought it because it was supposed to fit, but it did not match the Screw shape of the Handlebar End at all. I was very disappointed. View detail
Vibration reduced?
I have not had any vibration from the OEM, so I can't compare, but I can say that the Smartphone Holder and SMARTDisplay are not affected. View detail
The effect is immensely Large!
I tried to reduce the vibration and numbness by using a Barrel Style Grip with thicker rubber, but it still did not reduce the fine vibration transmitted from the handlebar when running at higher speeds. I'm still having a hard time with this.
The OEM Handlebar originally seems to have Weight, but I bought a vehicle that had already been changed to an external Handlebar.....................so vibration is not a problem.
I found out that adding a Weight inside the Handlebar may improve the situation. I bought this one with high hopes that it would work.
The effect of Handlebar Weight in the first place?
We looked into the following
Handlebar Weight ‥
Pierced Type and Closed End are available.
The weight is placed inside the handlebar.
The use of a Pierced Type→Handlebar Weight to embed a weight in the handlebar to enable vibration reduction. 。 Type combined with additional Bar end weight.
Bar end weight→Bar end weight is a weight attached to the end of the handlebar. As you can see when you remove it, it is a very heavy and sturdy part. 。 The end of the handlebar has the effect of reducing vibration.
Closed End→Handlebar Weight is placed inside the handlebar to reduce vibration.
In case of SR, it is Closed End. OEMHandlebar has Weight as a vibration countermeasure.
Effect of Handlebar Weight ‥
*Only if replaced with an external Handlebar and added Weight.
○ Reduction of hand numbness due to vibration. Prevention of fatigue.
○It is effective for Mirror blurring.
When the vibration of the Handlebar is reduced, the vibration of the Mirror, which is the peripheral parts of the Handlebar, is also reduced and visibility is much improved→ It is effective because the Mirror was shaking slightly when the speed was increased. This is a phenomenon that tends to occur especially with external mirrors.
*If the shaking of Mirror is not eliminated after weighting, I would recommend replacing it with →OEMMirror. Because it is stronger, stiffer and more complete.
○ Effective for equipment around handlebars.
There is no need to worry about equipment attached to the Handlebar loosening from vibration or falling off. Especially nowadays, there are many riders who attach a Camera such as Go Pro to the Handlebar to take videos.
[Notes] ‥
▲Note the width of the car on the vehicle inspection certificate.
If the grip is a closed end grip and a new bar end weight is installed after cutting the grip, the value will change from the vehicle width on the vehicle inspection certificate.
Specifically, for vehicles over 251cc, the width of the vehicle must not exceed ±20mm. If it exceeds the width, the vehicle will not be inspected.
Type of Motorcycle that is easy to obtain the effect]. ‥
Small Engine Displacement Volume Single Cylinder Cars 。 → higher vibration.
Large-sized single-cylinder of Engine Displacement Volume such as 400cc single-cylinder ☆ 400cc single-cylinder
RPMs are rarely high, characterized by Idling to low RPMs and Large vibration. → Higher vibration.
Single-cylinder engines (Small Type to Medium Type) &arrarr; Since the engine is originally a type with a lot of vibration, it is effective.
Exceptions...
*Older 3- and 4-cylinder models of the same year at high RPM. At higher RPM, the vibration becomes finer and the hand becomes numb because the fine vibration is transmitted to the Handlebar.
However, many of the newer cars are now equipped with Balancer to reduce vibration, so I thought this would only apply to older cars.
good point
◎Idling has reduced vibration and eliminated numbness in the hands after disembarkation. 。
◎Mirror is no longer loose, and visibility is improved because Mirror is not shaky!
◎The vibration around the Handlebar has been reduced so that I can attach the Smartphone Holder without worrying about it falling off. I often use my smartphone as a navigation device.
◎Easy installation and no worries after installation due to high precision.
I don't think there is anything bad about it, it is a PARTS to increase comfort.
For vehicles over 251cc, the handlebar width should be carefully selected to ensure that it is large and sturdy, as they are subject to vehicle inspections.
Motorcycle vibration is pleasant at low speeds, but becomes unpleasant as the speed increases. 。 Various positive effects can be obtained simply by adding weight to the inside of the handlebar, so if you are concerned about vibration, regardless of the type of car, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Rubber wanted one for Φ14
[Trying to install it on a GSX-S1000GT.
I bought it with the peace of mind that it was Size-worthy and plugged it in. "Not all the way in...?"
I removed the RUBBER on the back side as a test and it went in easily.
It seems that the inner diameter is smaller at the back of the handlebar.
Repair Parts for Φ14-Φ17 were purchased separately and the solution was to replace the back side Rubber.
[Feeling of use]
Originally, GSX-S1000GT has almost no Handlebar vibration, so it would be harsh to compare it with OEM, but I feel that the vibration is suppressed to almost OEM by using this product together with Bar End, which weighs about 110g.
If you want to change the Bar End but do not like Heavy weightType because it is too Large, it may be worth a try.
[Unfortunate point]
Repair parts exist for Φ14-Φ17, but not for Φ17-Φ20.
The Bolt for this product is M4, and the RubberSpacer, which is JUST for M4 Bolt, is something for which no substitute can be found, so we would like it to be available.
Well, it's one of the cheaper Parts and if it deteriorates You'll have to buy another one." I guess that's what it means.
(In my case, as mentioned above, I use it together with Φ14-Φ17, so as a result, Rubber's Spare is still there.)
[Others]
To remove it, an M10 bolt (1.25 pitch, length depends on how far back you put it in) is needed separately, but at 10cm long, it costs several hundred yen and is surprisingly hard to find.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
Quantity of rubbers for Φ14-Φ17 for Taper Handlebar from the beginning.:2pc. I think it would have been helpful to have it included with the Set.

Vibration is reduced.
Not M5!
It would be better if M6 or M8 screws could be used!

It works.
Used when handlebar was changed from Semi-up to HI UP of the same manufacturer.
The vibration was a concern at the time of Semi-up, so we installed it as insurance, but it was reduced from Semi-up, so it must have been effective.
Still, it only weakens and does not go to zero, so it can be felt, but the satisfaction level varies from person to person.
I think this type is good for those who seek comfort even if they want to keep the Retro style and customize it.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
In the vehicle used this time (GSX1100S KATANA with Pipe HandlebarSpec.), we could not feel much effect.
The vibration disappeared in batches, not quite, "Have you lost some weight?" The effect of this is only about
It may seem simple to eliminate the vibration of the vehicle, but it is definitely difficult to do so.
However, even if it falls over, it will not be scratched and look bad like Bar End, and it is easy to install, so at this price, it is totally possible to try it anyway.

Too long.
Cut a little longer than 3cm for Gixxer (ED13N), and Bolt also purchased 3cm shorter at Home center for mounting.
I am very satisfied with the product itself, it took me a long time to install due to my lack of research.

Why did you choose this product?
I chose this one because I wanted to reduce the vibration coming from the Handlebar. I also found it to be cheaper than other Inner Weights.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was exactly as shown in the Image. The container with the description was also easy to understand.
Was the installation difficult?
It was difficult to match both widths. As for removal, I don't think it will be a problem because it can be handled as soon as you have the corresponding Size screws. It is easy to tighten the screws.
How was your experience with it?
This is amazing. It is totally different. Also, I was going to use Handlebar End only, but I am glad I included this one.

ticklish
When installed on a W650 external Handlebar, it feels like it has gone from brung to PullPull.
My wrists felt slightly ticklish throughout.
Better than painful, but I have some concern about what happens to people when this tickle builds up over long distances.

It's properly mitigated.
I always had numb hands with single cylinder and separate handle, but it was better after I put this product on.
Although the vibration of the single cylinder itself is not eliminated, the vibration of the smallest cylinder is reduced, and I am satisfied that I can run longer than usual.

I didn't check the Size, so I had it cut at Gold's fabrication shop. (^_^;)
I ordered the Smallest size without carefully checking the inside diameter of the handlebar at the back of the XSR900 handlebar, but it was still too large.
I bought File and started grinding … well, I can't.
I was up to no good, so I popped into the nearby Gold genus processing plant and asked for a…...
What a surprise, they cut it on a lathe! ♪♪♪
Thanks to this, I got stuck with Exactly.
I feel that the vibration transmitted to my hand is now more tolerable than before I added the Weight. (Lol)

It works!
[How is it used?
I originally used ACTIVE's Inner Weight, but I have been using Universal Type's
I tried to attach a ZETA Handlebar Guard, but the Weight is too long to attach the Guard.
I bought it for replacement because it was not there.
I could only find Short Type Inner Weight here.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes
Was the installation difficult?
The handlebar inner diameter is 14mm and the weight is 14-15mm, so the insertion is tighter than expected.
A light coat of Vaseline was applied and installed.
Quantity at the back:Set so it is probably not going to be easy to remove.
How was your experience with it?
ACTIVE is One Side148g and here is Quantity:Set weighs 178g, about half the weight, but the vibration reduction felt
About the same.

I wish there was a device for removal.
The ACTIVE is designed to engage the M10 Bolt, making it easy to remove.

Vibration does not go to Zero, but the effect is still there.
[How is it used?
I have an external AluminumSeparate handle on my YAMAHA XJR400R, but my arms were noticeably fatigued when riding at low speeds in traffic jams or when touring about 600km.
I had installed DAYTONA's heavy weight bar end, but I could not feel the effect of the handlebar directly attached to the Fork and the inside of the handlebar was not as smooth as the OEM handlebar, so I decided to give this a try. I decided to give this one a try.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was as per Image as I had confirmed beforehand at the supply store.
Note that a minimum length of 17 cm is required in the Handlebar for installation.
Was the installation difficult?
Easy installation with Hexagonal Wrench.
A separate M10/P1.25 bolt is required for removal.
To install, screw in the Bolt to some extent, and spread the rubber until you feel some resistance when inserting it into the handlebar. After that, push the Bar End to the position where it is to be installed and positioned, then tighten the Bolt and fix it in the Handlebar.
How was your experience with it?
I personally thought that the vibration/shaking of the Handlebar was clearly reduced.
It was very good because it reduced hand fatigue during traffic jams and long touring.
I thought it would be better to use it with Bar End rather than Single Body.
It's more cost effective than buying an expensive Bar End.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Body only.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not particularly

Might be a little tight to install.
When installing a GSX250R, the handlebar inner diameter is 18mm, but HB0375 (18-19mm) was very tight, so after applying silicon spray, I inserted the handlebar while tapping it with a hammer. The vibration was somewhat reduced. I think the vibration was somewhat reduced. I will probably be able to feel it when I run at higher speeds in the future. View detail
while (you) are at it
I installed this together with POSH's Universal Aluminum Bar End on my CB223S.
Bar It is higher than the EndBody and when it is attached, it is not visible, but I think the tremor of the Handlebar has decreased.

Maybe it just didn't fit.
In my case, the whole Handlebar felt like it was shaking, and I had to stop because it was so uncomfortable to the contrary.
The handlebar itself is also heavier, so the lightness of the Motorcycle is gone.
It is difficult because it depends on Motorcycle.
Installation should be no problem for those who can replace the Bar End.
