More presence than you can imagine! Note the color for Blue!
I bought it without any expectations, thinking that it was a very small part and honestly, there would be no change whatsoever even if I put it on. And the price is quite expensive.
However, once installed, it has a strong presence and is a very effective dress-up as a one point accent! The finish and precision of the product is as expected from KOKEN. The installation requires a little bit of force because it is too precise and tight.
My one complaint is that the color was different from the Image. I ordered this time. "Blue" From, Earls Blue. If you want to match the blue color of the top cap of the front fork on the MC51 CBR250RR, you should definitely use the blue color of the top cap of the front fork. Earls Blue. Not attached to Rear Sets!
The SPG force is a little stronger than I expected, and it takes a lot of force to step on the pedal until the RRBrake locks, but the controllability is improved by a LARGE amount compared to without the spring. It is effective in preventing squealing!
I recently replaced the NMAX Brake Pads with Endurance:HGBrake Pads, but now I get squealing from the FBrake when Breaking to the extent that I use it regularly at signal stops.
Since squeak-proof grease can cause Garbage to stick to the surface and burn, I added Brake Pads Shim this time.
Installation is simple, just cut to the appropriate size and affix to the back of the Brake Pads. It is not a hard shim, but a fibrous core material coated with a thin rubber-like material, which certainly seems to suppress squeaking.
*Rubber is, of course, a heat-resistant Material.
As a result of the installation … the squealing has stopped!
BrakeTouch is slightly softer. Personally, I thought the Touch was a little too hard after replacing it with HGBrake Pads. I was thinking that the touch was a little too hard, so it is just right.
I don't mind it when braking during hard sports driving, but I was quite concerned about the squeal when breaking in the normal range for street driving. This product is very effective!

Used to make disc Offset
This Bore Ace Rotor Spacer is designed to fit the Brembo caliper on the New Model Disc Hub of the SR400 from 2001 onwards.
However, this 6-hole disc rotor with a PCD of 150mm has been the standard size for Yamaha vehicles for some time now, and has been used on various vehicles such as the XJR1300, VIRAGO750, MT-01, and FJR1300 in addition to the SR400.
YZF-R7 (OW02) It seems like something is the same.
Note that the newer YZF-R1 and R6 have the same PCD but seem to have a 5-hole.
In this case, we used this Rotor Spacer for the hub of VIRAGO750.
The XJR1300's Stem was fitted with Honda's Fork, and as a result, the Fork pitch was widened and the Caliper was also moved outward, making the Disc Rotor and Caliper's alignment totally out of alignment.
Actually, this is still not a docenter, but we consider it acceptable.
It would be great to have the discontinued 6mm thick Off-set Spacer…….
I am thankful that this kind of parts exists, because there are not many people who want to install brembo on the new disc SR400, unlike the old disc.
A slight concern is that there is no rib on the inside for center out.
Depending on the tolerance of the bolt holes in the disc and the bolt itself, there may be a slight gap from the center.

SBS Brake Pads Shim

The brake pin looked like oem quality and fit inside the caliper perfectly. DRC products are really good, a little bit expensive. I prefer hex head instead of allen. Especially when allen tend to take over a bit after a while.Had to drill my oem ones out because they seized in my calipers and the Allen heads stripped out. Got these to replace them. The fitment was great and installation was easy. I've run them for about six rides so far and haven't seen any problems.Overall perfect fit. It looks very solid and high quality. Purchased for my galespeed brake master, and typical high quality parts from Active/Galespeed. As i found out you need a vice to crimp the adjuster end to the cable.. This did not go as planned, and it actually broke my 4" vice in the process of crimping and the end fitting did not stay on.
