You should pay attention to them from time to time.
Kick start, synonymous with SR400.
The Kick Arm that I have been using for many years still seems to work, but I feel fatigue (Gold fatigue), and if it breaks in the future, I will no longer be able to apply Engine, so I renewed it.
Kick start
‥To start Motorcycle and other Engines using Kick starter.
What is Motorcycle's Kick starter? ]
The electricity from the battery is used to rotate the Cell Motor, and the engine is started by the power of the Cell Motor. Cell start In contrast, the Rider's own kicking force is used to start the Engine. Kick start." is 。
The benefits of Kick start.
No burden on the battery.
Cell start motorcycles use electricity from the battery when starting, but kick start motorcycles do not require electricity when starting. Therefore, the battery is not burdened, and battery buildup can be suppressed. In addition, even if the battery does run up, the Kick start motorcycle can start the engine manually, which can be helpful in an emergency.
However, if the engine displacement volume is a CUB or something like that, there is also a demerit for Kick start.
[Demerit]
If the force to step down on the Kick pedal at the start is insufficient, not only does the Kick start fail, but the Kick pedal may jump up in the opposite direction with great force. The so-called Ketin." Ya Kickback." This phenomenon is called "ketchin". When kettling occurs, some Risks are hit hard on the shin or other parts of the body by the Kick pedal that has bounced up, causing them to faint in agony.
Ketching Prevention
There are two ways to prevent kettling:using Decompression or not using Decompression.
. How to use Decompression."
The KICK pedal is then lowered vigorously and the engine is applied.
. How to do it without Decompression.
After returning the Kick pedal completely to the top, step down the Kick pedal to the bottom again to start the engine. 。 This is the basic way to hang an Engine using Kick starter.
Kick pedal and Kick Arm.
There are some precautions to be taken when installing the product.
This is the relationship with the Pedal position.
If you are replacing the footpeg with an external footpeg, the Arm itself has less clearance, so there will be interference→at that time, please return to the OEM footpeg.
The OEM footpeg is too large and interferes with the exhaust system. →Kick Arm is OEM.
Replacement is not difficult, since all you have to do is remove the bolt attached to the base of the Kick Arm and replace it.
However, the place where the Arm fits is geared, so be sure to insert it properly aligned with the gears.

O-ring for TZr50R Cell Motor
[How is it used?
Used during EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This product is an O-ring for Cell Motor.
To be honest, I don't think the O-ring needs to be replaced, but since it was an engine O/H, I replaced it.
How was your experience with it?
The product is safe to use because it is OEM Parts, but there is no particular effect from the change.
How did it compare to other products?
I can't compare because I don't have the outside of the company. Conversely, if the OEM parts are no longer available, they cannot be replaced, so they were replaced this time.
[Points to note]
When installing, apply Grease before installation.

Genuine Yamaha Cord Comp for YZF-R1 2016
This was a part that I honestly never thought I would have to change ever. It is the cord from the negative lead back. I have no idea how it happened but the old one had some serious issues before I got the bike and was not running smoothly. Iafter a lot of pain staking investigation, it was found to be a right old mess. At some point the cord had been cut but how I have no idea and who ever though it would be good idea to solder the wires together and wrap in insulation tape. This was never going to wrok as this cord need a certain range of resistance to which is was lacking. Finding the right cord was easy as I checked Yamaha schematics and it fits a few other bikes anyway. The price was great and about half the price as in the UK. With the new nut for the front end and a couple of other parts, I got everything shipped at the same time and used EMS. I ordered on Monday and this arrived to me on Friday, how good is that! The cord came in a Yamaha packet and was well packed in the box. The cord also came with the rubber boot to stop any dirt and grime build up on the connector. It was a bit of a ball ache grtting the old one completely free from it's postion but once done, the new cord went via the same route. Now the bike does run better and I can rest assured, this fix was done right first time with zero solder in sight. Thanks Webike. View detail

2009 Yamaha R1 Starter Motor brush set
I had starter issues and replaced it with an aftermarket unit, as the price of a genuine Yamaha brush set (in the UK) was nearly £120. However the aftermarket starter was a disaster. Checked the Webike website, and the cost of a genuine Yamaha brush set (including shipping) was almost half of what it was cost in the UK - Approx. £60. Webike shipped the part on a Friday and it was in the UK for the Tuesday. So as well as the best price, shipping across the world was super quick. Cant fault Webike in any way! View detail

DIY or Pay someone smarter !
when I need OEM parts for my bike first thing come to my mind is WEBIKE shop.THEY HAVE EVERYTHING.WHEN I LOOK THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE I found this spring for my tw200. was looking forward to install this kick spring in to my bike & finally found it.I think webike do the finest job for overseas bike community, WEBIKE SHOP IS THE BEST ... Installing a new kick spring into the kickstarter shaft is not that hard to do. but be patience & take your time. THIS IS HOW I DID IT...With the pawl on the underside of the gear teeth at approximately the 4:00 o'clock position, the straight end of the return spring should be positioned into the corresponding hole in the kickstarter shaft at the approximately 5:00 position,This should result in the hooked end of the return spring being at the approximately 10:00 o'clock position. I then use some pliers as shown to grab the inner, or longer portion of the hooked end and rotate it in a clockwise direction approximately 180 degrees and hook it over the post coming out of the crankcase. With the kickstarter shaft assembly installed into the hole in the crankcase, verify that the pawl is resting against the boss on the crankcase at the approximately 4:00 o'clock position. If it isn't, slip the kickstarter lever onto the splined shaft and gently actuate the lever. This should move the pawl into the proper position against the boss on the crankcase, and the hooked end of the return spring should be in the approximately 10:00 o'clock position.should not try to wind the return spring a full 360 degrees. This would be difficult to do safely and would likely result in excessive tension on the spring leading to a broken spring. This is the safest way to wind the kick-starter spring. good luck ! KICK CRANK Boss
I got a xt 225 kick lever & couldn't install to my tw 200 because The levers are the same for the TW and the XT. The XT has a shorter length Boss. In theory there should literally be hundreds of XT kick crank boss's laying around as left overs from the Yamaha XT kicker kits that we bought and swapped out TW boss's I know I had half a large Foldgers can full of but I tossed them back in the day when nobody seemed to want them . this tw part hard to find . thaks webike View detail

OEM Parts are very helpful.
When the StarterButton is pressed, the
The engine would not start (it would press a few times), but it would make a snap sound.
One day, the engine would not stop after parking.
I did some research on the Net and found that the wisdom of our ancestors was described in the book.
The Starter Relay was determined to be defective and was replaced.
So far, it's back with a single start.
It is very helpful to be able to order OEM Parts from this Site.
