This item is a Water pumpSeal from ClutchCase.
This Seal is a MechanicalSeal, and if it fails, the Gear oil and Coolant will mix and cause the Gear oil to emulsify and become immobile.
Although there was no leak this time, we replaced it with a new one as a precautionary measure.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts is the only choice for Engine parts.
There is no problem with the quality. It is press-fitted, so it requires a hang to pull it out of the Case.
In my case, I used a Bearing Puller to pull it out. Or rather, I cannot pull it out otherwise.
When hammering, the amount of hammering was carefully measured with Caliper using Socket.
It seems to me that it would be good if we could be on the same side.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.

Safe and Secure OEM Parts

Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This item is an oil seal for Counter Shaft.
When this Seal is removed, oil leaks into the Alternator side.
Although there was no leakage during the O/H this time, it was replaced as a preventive measure.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts is the only choice for Engine parts.
There is no problem with the quality. It is press-fitted, so it requires a hang to pull it out. In my case, I lightly drilled a hole with a drill, screwed in the bolt, and pulled it out with pliers.
When hammering, the amount of hammering was carefully measured with Caliper using Socket.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.

Genuine Yamaha Circlip for FZ6R 2014
As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the perimeters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. My beloved SR has been with me for 25 years.
I've been running without any troubles because I've been maintaining the car for a long time.
But I wanted to give my old body the proper care it deserves, so I came up with the engine overhaul.
Overhaul of the Engine
It is said to be done at about 100,000 mileage, and if the Overhaul is not done, there is a possibility that the Engine will not start. The expression "overhaul" is correct.
→ The mileage is 85,000, so I thought it was Large sturdy, but I was slightly concerned about some things, as you would expect (laughs) considering the age of the car.
When should I do an Overhaul of Engine?
Engine oil runs low quickly. 。 → no.
■ Sluggish acceleration during steep hill climbing and rapid acceleration. → applicable.
■The vibration becomes stronger. → This also applies to 。
White smoke coming from Exhaust System. No→.
OH is sometimes performed on older cars when new parts are not available for the engine and other auxiliaries. The→SR has parts even if it is out of print.
Conclusion:I decided I needed an Overhaul given the sluggish acceleration, vibration, and age of the car. We asked the store to do it.
Is performance improved by overhaul? ]
Engine in need of OH is already in a state of reduced performance, not ”Up performance, ”back to new condition” is correct. 。 If you want to increase engine performance, use Oversize's Piston to increase the bore, increase the compression ratio, etc.
[Merit of Overhaul
◎Because we disassemble down to the individual Parts, we remove Carbon deposits from the Head, correct or replace distorted Parts, and replace worn Parts.
Some Parts can also be used with improvements 。 In such cases, the performance and reliability of the product is better than in new condition.
The system is designed to extend the life of the Engine by→overhaul.
[Demerit of Overhaul
It takes time and effort to disassemble the ▲Engine.
High cost 。
*If you overhaul a single cylinder Engine with only one Piston, the overhaul above the waist is around 80,000 to 150,000.
Cylinder and Cylinder head, Piston and Piston ring (sometimes under the waist), Camshaft, and Overhaul around Valve. and Overhaul around Valve.
So this time, we replaced the piston and the piston ring. Gasket is also included.
I was recommended Oversize or external Piston, but I want to drive OEM for a long time, so I decided to go with OEM replacement.

◎The Piston is originally a sturdy engine, so durability can be expected to be very high.
◎Engine's Fee Ring seems a little softer and Smooth.
◎GunGun climbs and accelerates even on slopes!
There is nothing bad about it.
If I had to say something, I would say that it costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time.
If you think you can drive the car for the next 10 years or 100,000 km, it may not be such an expensive investment.
But ...
I'm also feeling challenged to try to overhaul the Engine myself next time (laughs).
It can be said that not only regular maintenance but also overhaul of the engine is essential to keep your beloved car running for a long time.
There's something about the feeling of riding for the first time, isn't there? I felt the same way again (laughs).

Excellent choice
The kx piston skirt broke, so I considered replacing the rod and bearing while taking the cases apart. You would expect this piece to last a long time, it is the most abused parts. oem lasts a really long time. pro-x is a good alternative both japanese made. This was the second part of the piston and rings rebuild for the FZ6. The piston was damaged on one cylinder so I also purchased a new set of rings for this too. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. This piston was really good value and better in price than my local Yamaha dealer could beat. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The piston arrived in it's own little Honda box and was in tact and as I expected. There is no burns no marks and is basically just ready for reassembly for the big job in hand. The fitting was not hard, it is the rest of the rebuild that was a pain to do. Got it done pretty easily and was happy with the return of good compression to that cylinder. Now the bike runs a lot better. The FZ6 needed a piston change on one cylinder and along with this I wanted to switch out the rings too. Makes sense. I felt it good practice to do both of these together. Finding the correct rings was not super hard, I just used the tools Webike provide along with cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Easy peasy. The cost of the rings was really good and better than I thought even direct from Japan. I did have a few other parts in this order, including the pistons for the bike and had them all shipped together. If you combine your items into one order, you do tend to save on shipping costs which is a bonus. I used EMS as they just get my order to me fast. No messing around, 5 days from shipping and they arrived at my door. The rings came in the standard Yamaha box and were surrounded in bubble wrap to keep everything safe and secure. The rings are well made and look really good quality. I have had some rings that just look like they will snap at the first sign of bending, but these look pretty robust. Fitting was not too bad as the bike was already apart. All back together, now I justy need to run the bike at a lesser pace to bed them in. This off roader came in for a new piston fitting due to a broken set of rings. The piston was supplied but I also needed the piston pin as this was also slightly damaged. Finding the correct piston pin was not hard as I just used the tools Webike provide in their help pages which has links to manufacturers schematics etc. I also double checked for my own peace of mind with Kawasaki parts catalogue to make sure I got the right one. The price Webike had these on sale for was really good value. With a few other small parts I placed my order and had them all shipped together using EMS. The delivery of my order took 5 days from shipping. The package was well padded out to protect all the small parts and no damage was sustaiined during transit. This piston pin came in a nice little Kawasaki packet. The finish of the pin is excellent. The shaft is smooth and well machined. No weird score marks, everything was very polished. The inner diameter is exact which is also nice. Fitting was not particualry hard as the piston was already out of the bike and everything just needed reassembling. Half an hour or so. You can never go wrong with any OEM component. Parts are always available. I bought this after losing the upper level. I prefer OEM because OEM pistons are really high quality. Genuine Yamaha Piston Rings for PW50 2013
As the original part that failed on this rebuild was the piston rings, the new set was needed. We just went for the standar set for the PW50 as this is the usual way forward. I found the right part using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Although the price was fairly high, it was far less than sourcing locally. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The piston ring set cam ein the usual Yamaha packet but also Webike put this inside a bubble wrap envelope with the other small parts to keep them safe from damage in transit. The piston rings arrived in perfect order, there is no corrosion or flaws in any way. They are pretty flexible but not enoguh to worry me. Always Buy a oem! My rings went out therefore I was smoking bad, The circlips were really tough to get on so be prepared for that battle. Other than that, it had what I needed. Broke it in this weekend and the little bike was a-rippin'!sure I could have just bought new rings but I just went ahead and bought a oem, They don't Disappoint! The pistons on this bike were not sliding well and starting to cease on one cylinder and therefore it needed a new set up. for both I found the correct parts for the SV650 by using the tools Webike provide in their help section and cross referencing via Suzuki Parts Schematics. Not really a hard find at all. These do fit a lot of different models so are available. The price that Webike had these listed for was really good value. With some other parts in my basket, I placed my order and everything was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The packages were all well padded out and no damaged was found. The pistons were in their own little Suzuki boxes and both the pistons looked superb. I had already sourced the piston rings and other parts needed for this overhaul previously, so I had everything ready to go when these arrived. I was really pleased with the quality of the pistons, there were no weird shavings or swarf in the boxes and the pistons were clean and free from any contaminants. One of the circlips needed replacing on this crankshaft piston so the best place to go was of course, Webike. The part was really good value and better than I could source locally. I did not have much trouble finding this part as it does fit a few models. I did however use the tools Webike provide ontheir help pages and then cross referenced with Yamaha schematics to make sure. I did not want to order the wrong part. Anyway, I had a few ther parts in my order and got them all shipped together with EMS to save on the shipping cost. In 5 days from shipping my order arrived and everything was well packaged, the empty spaces were filled with bubble wrap and air pockets. This circlip is a vital part when you think about it, it holds the actual piston pin and this is not something you want coming loose. The clirclip is a sturdy part and very well machined, no extra pieces of metal that could cause problems. Went onto the pin really well and fits nice and snug.
