Changed to 14→13
I installed it on my ZX25R at Circuit where I often go.
I cut off the dandruff and it wasn't much use, so I threw a shuriken instead.
It flies in an interesting way.
I thought maybe the original usage was this way.

XAM Sprocket
[How is it used?
YAMAHA XJR400R (07 year) The mileage of the car was 39,000km and the Sprocket had reached its limit, so I replaced it with this product.
I bought the body when it had 19,000 km, so I did not know if the previousOwner had replaced it.
This time, we decided to replace the Chain, Front and Rear Sprocket, and Hub damper, and since the Rear was made by XAM, we chose XAM for the Front side as well.
How was your experience with it?
The product itself is well made. It is made by XAM.
The Offset Design was slightly different from the OEM Product that was originally attached to the vehicle.
If you compare the photos, you can see that they are quite sharp.
I drove about 500 km after installation and had no problems.
I feel that the movement is smoother and the acceleration feeling has improved.
How did it compare to other products?
I can only compare it with the OEM Product that was originally installed, but the new one is still very different.
I will replace it every 15,000 km from now on.
[Points to note]
The nut that holds the Sprocket in place was tightened very tightly and did not come off at all.
I had no choice but to go to a Motorcycle shop and use Air Impact to force it loose.
This is the kind of thing that scares me when I buy a used car ...

I bought it to raise the front sprocket by 1T because my old moped had power and would dip down. I was able to install it without any problems. After driving it, I thought it would be a good idea to raise the front sprocket by another 1T. View detail

Driven Sprocket Replacement
In addition, the company has been working on a new project.
I searched for the same item and found that SUNSTAR has discontinued (?) the same part number. I found the same part number in SUNSTAR.
What SUNSTAR has is Quantity with Driven Sprocket:Set product with only the OEM Standard 17T-44 gun combination.
I looked for a replacement and finally found an AFAM 18 gun.
The reason for the change in the number of Sprocket's Ding, in the Number of teeth on the OEM.
(1) The response is peaky, making it difficult to handle in some situations.
(2) Tight HairpinCorner cannot be held back in 2nd gear, and the Torque is insufficient in 3rd gear.
By changing the number of pins, the Tight HairpinCorner can be used in either 2nd or 3rd gear, making it easier to handle.
Therefore, we chose AFAM to maintain that setting.
However, it takes about two months for delivery, which is unavoidable due to the order-made nature of the product.
I placed an order on 3/9 and received emails on 3/10, 3/14, and 3/15 informing me that the order was being arranged.
No progress report for about a month after that. (This is not good.)
4/17, The item is out of stock and the current estimated delivery time is three weeks." and then a confirmation whether to continue with the order or to callcell.
There was no alternative and we decided to continue ordering.
I received an email on 4/18 with a shipping notice (what the heck? This!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Arrived 4/19. (It took 40 days from order to arrival.)
4/27 installed at my favorite Motorcycle shop.
While replacing the Sprocket, we also decided to replace the Bearing and Dust Seal.
I thought about replacing it myself, but there was no SST and I gave up.
Impressions after the replacement are the same as before (laugh), easy to handle.

sufficient for one's needs
Durability is unknown as it was just replaced.
Parts that are fine if there are no defects.
We lowered it one notch from the model standard value and set it at 16. This is working as expected, as we are able to reduce the number of half-crakes during startup and low-speed driving.

Pleasantly pompous and pompous.
The 2nd one has to be like this! It is fun to shift up and down. I rarely drop down to 1st gear even when riding on the street. But when I drive in Bypass, I don't go into 6th gear. It feels just right. View detail

15T Front sprocket (SUNSTAR)
Changed from standard CB250R Sprocket to 15T.
The change was made because there was not as much first gear extension as expected and because it would soften the embrittlement.
It was not as effective as expected, but there is a sense of improvement.
The HappyMeter error of the speedometer has also been reduced, and it feels closer to the actual speed.
The replacement work was planned to be done by himself, but was carried out by Shop due to other consultations.
As a result, I am glad I asked for help. If I had done the work by myself, I would have had a hard time fitting the Chain Guard, etc.

Hill climb can be climbed.
I installed this product on a HUSQVARNA TE250 2017 Carburetor model that I always use for forest road Touring.
When you are on a forest road, though, you will encounter many situations where you have to Attack to Hill climb,
At such times, I always wonder whether to go in first or second gear.
However, after installing the Sprocket, I can now ride most large hills in 2nd gear, and I have the option of using 3rd gear for longer hills with higher speeds.
Also, at low speeds, like pushing a Motorcycle, it becomes even more Torque fully and easy to handle,
The work of each GEAR, which until now had been half-hearted, has been clarified, and it has become very easy to get on board.

520 for Conversion on the 2021 MT-09SP.
After cleaning the Chain, I forgot to apply lube and the Chain rusted, so I did a 520Conversion while I was at it.
The Sprocket on the Front side seems to be the same for R1 and older models, and we selected 16, the same number as the OEM.
To remove the front side Sprocket, you will probably need an incredibly long Spinner or a quick Impact wrench, as it is coated with a generous amount of Screw Lock all around, in addition to the Torque160N tightening.
We used the Impact wrench to loosen it, but there were too many screw locks, even though the nut usually turns by hand after loosening, so we used the Impact until the nut was removed.
The OEMSprocket that was removed had both sides sandwiched between rubber to prevent acceleration noise, and it looked as if it might cause friction.
Since it is 520 from 525, I thought there would not be that much difference in Size, but when I put them side by side, the width seems to be surprisingly Slim.
Impressions after the replacement include Chain and Rear Sprocket, but I clearly felt a decrease in Friction.
First of all, when starting off and driving at low speed for a pause, it seems to move forward unexpectedly when trying to stop with the conventional embrace consideration.
Furthermore, it is an uphill, but I feel like I can go one GEAR higher than before (4th gear if I am in 3rd gear).
As for the Demerit, the noise of the Chain will be a little louder and the durability may be reduced since it is 525→520.
However, the lightness of the system is more than worth it, and we will try to make it last as long as possible with frequent maintenance.

Genuine Front JT Sprocket for Honda CB 650 F ABS 2017
I purchased this along with the rear sprocket from JT sprockets brand. I decided to get the same brand as I have used them many times before and found the quality versus price is exceptional. Wanted to stick to the oem set up gearing as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the future I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the simialr price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. Thanks Webike for the great service as always and help with anything I need. Installed on ESTRELLA2014
I was able to install it on ESTRELLA2014MODEL.
2014MODEL (or later? up to Final?) is fixed with a square nut, unlike previous MODELs, so we used a 22mm octagonal socket and an Impact wrench to replace it.
I found an article on the Net that said the generator cover (the one with the inverted triangle) had to be removed, but we were able to replace it without removing it.
I am very satisfied.
