Brake I like the choice of hose length.
Product Name
SWAGE-LINE Swage line SWAGE-LINE Easy Order Brake Hose
Item Number
BAKB-1010M
Vehicles
GIORCUB
Number of man-hours
About 2 hours
Why did you choose this product?
I was looking for a Brake hose with a choice of lengths due to discing the GIORCUB.
In addition, I will be using the Adapter in a special way, changing its angle as I like, so I had to choose Swage line's EasyHose this time.
Impressions after using it
First of all, discing a GIORCUB with a drum brake is a special case in itself, so please look at it only as a reference regarding impressions.
The object itself is an ordinary mesh hose.
As for the color, we wanted it to look as OEM as possible, so we went with Black.
As for the installation, it was just thin enough to crawl inside the Scooter without Space, so that was an unexpected byproduct.
As for the Touch, I don't know what it is because I bought it for the disc conversion and I don't know the OEM, but I feel it is tightly. (I think it might be a Brush-boat, since it is transmitting power to the MASTER by changing the Wire like the DIO-Z4).
Also, it was difficult to release air due to the handling, and the air removal process was extremely difficult, so I don't want to do it for the time being.
▼ Attention
If you use it as usual, there is no problem.

SEA BASSGSF1200Rear Brake Hose
The SEA BASS GSF1200Rear Brake Hose was an OEM Product and was over 20 years old when new, so I changed it to a Black meshHose from SEA BASS Edge line. It looks Refreshing. View detail
Casual Accent
In order to convert the front brake of the GORILLA to disc, the oil line from Master Cylinder to Caliper was changed to this hose. The other clutch and throttle wires are black, so the brake hose is also black. The gold alumite at the base is a nice touch. The length of the hose is very simple. The instructions on the back of the box were written so I could assemble it by myself. View detail

semiCustomOrder made
The Hose routing was changed by installing a brembo Caliper.
When ordering from Webig, I was able to extend the hose on the caliper side and change the banjo bolt to a for Brembo in the remarks column.

Excellent sensation after the skirting sound on Front.
Control in the limit range is good after the skirting sound on the Front.
This is especially obvious when re-gripping after Release.
Specifically, when the road surface at the BreakingPoint before the Corner is rough or wet.
You will be surprised at how well Linear works.

Cospa is good
[How is it used?
TZr250R (3XV) The brake line was also renewed along with the change to Brembo calipers for the rear brake.
I chose this product because I felt comfortable with Active handling and it was inexpensive.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The quality of the product looks good.
Instruction Manual and notes were included to help with installation.
Was the installation difficult?
I had a lot of trouble deciding on the installation, or rather the length.
The distance was longer due to the installation of an external caliper support with the installation of a Brembo caliper, so I checked it many times with MAJOR.
We chose 635mm because we didn't want to be short, but as you can see in the photo, there is a little extra.
Also, tightening the Socket is easy as a 13mm Spanner is all that is needed.
How was your experience with it?
At any rate, the Fluid is working fine with no leaks or other problems.
I didn't do much research before I bought it, so I regretted it a little when I found out later that I could choose the Socket color. (Lol)
[Included Parts:were they on?
Naturally, since it is a HoseSingle Body, it is necessary to prepare a banjo bolt or Adapter separately.
It is easy to select Active's products as they are also listed as compatible or not.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The instructions call for the application of Molybdenum grease, which I did not have, so I had to go to Home center to buy some.
I really only use it for a little bit, so I wish it had come with a small one.
【Review】
It is a good replacement part for old cars with affordable Brake line change.
It would be nice if the length could be specified in more detail, but....
Also, please remember to bring Molybdenum grease.

The best part is that you can choose the length.
I wanted to change the Brake's handling to a front-through, so I purchased a 105mm extension.
Since it is Brake, the length should be checked beforehand to avoid sticking or breaking.

OEMHose is 4 years old and due for replacement Spanner one
Adapter is temporarily assembled to the Hose according to the Instruction Manual, and the Fitting Banjo is tightened to the Body.
The only thing to note is the Caliper side Hose routing and reuse of the OEM round Rubber Bush Touch is Direct, so be careful with rain, snow, gravel panic Brake poop Tire and loose suspension until you get used to it.

Quantity of Aluminum connection parts to just Mesh:Set
If you know the length, you don't need to buy westpower's at all.
If you are going to use it for a long time, I think Stainless Steel is the way to go because Aluminum connection parts are too insecure.

This is all you need to complete.
The installation on a SL model without ABS is basically an easy task since the structure is simple, but it took some time because the Instruction Manual for the handling was different from the actual one.
Note that there are some points where OEMHose's Grommet is diverted.
Since it is Stainless Steel, it is safe to tighten without worrying about cracking, and Banjo's specified Torque was 16N.
Grommet, Packing, Cable guide, etc. are all included in one package.
I was worried about the black one, but the plain one is also shiny and beautiful.
I don't know about the effect because I am insensitive (explosion).

It looks nice.
Since it is a mesh hose, the feel of holding the Brake lever is Snap, but above all, it should be a bright color that does not stand out too much.
I chose this product because I didn't want to wear it.

Rear brake hose replacement
Rear brake hose was replaced at the same time as front brake hose replacement.
The MASTER side hose is relatively easy to handle, but using a panjo for the Caliper side interferes with the Secondary side hose panjo.
When I turned around to avoid interference, the Hose was near the Rear tire or near the Exhaust System.
After much trial and error, the problem was solved by using the pan jaw for the MASTER side on the Caliper side and the Caliper side on the MASTER side.
The OEM hose clamp is not used for the secondary side hose because the OEM hose clamp would twist on the hose.
After installing the Rear Fender, the Brake hose did not fit inside the Fender, and we wondered if we should cut the Fender, but we solved the problem by placing the Secondary hose inside the Fender and the MASTER hose along the outside of the Fender.
The feel of brake operation is similar to that of the front brake, but the OEM's "squeaky" feeling has been eliminated, and the control is good with a snug step feel.

Front brake hose replacement
Hose handling on the Front side was relatively easy.
However, LeftCaliper had some interference with the installation as per OEM, so Hose was installed from the outside of Caliper.
Brake operation no longer feels like the squeezy feeling of an OEMBRAKE hose, but rather it feels as if it snaps into place from the beginning.

I am satisfied with the high quality of the Fitting.
I also feel that the Clutch has improved. (Is it my imagination?)

Length Limit
This is a replacement from OEMHose.
I asked the shop where I bought the Motorcycle to install it, but the length was Limit.
When assembled according to the instruction manual, the front fork is fully extended with the front wheel in the air, and the handlebar is fully locked in the left position. (play) The shop mechanics also tried various reassembling and checking to see if they were twisted.
In the end, the best way was to follow the instruction manual, but I had the hose clamp turned upside down and the connection block under the under bracket shifted by Spacer to the extent that it did not interfere with the tank, and other minor adjustments were made to improve the deflection as much as possible.
The aforementioned "situation where deflection disappears" is unlikely to occur during normal driving, so I think Large is strong, but it is an important safety component, so I would have liked it to have at least as much margin as OEM.
This is me. (and Shop) And maybe it's PLOT's way of thinking ….
It looks tighter and very Parenthesis.
However, as a "car model-specific kit," it left me unsatisfied.

This is the length Exactly.
I posted that the length was Limit on the same car specific Kit for Front, but this one had just the right amount of play.
I am satisfied with the high quality of the fitting.
