Heart of the Engine
When I replaced the cell starter the other day, there was a situation where I had to open the crankcase, and since there was an oil pump in the vicinity, I replaced it as well.
Oil pump
The passage through which engine oil flows is the oil line, and the oil pump is the starting point of the oil line.
The →Oil pump is the heart of the engine, and if this part fails, the circulation of oil inside the engine will often fail.
What is the role of the oil pump?
Oil pump works to suck up and circulate oil to reduce friction between Transmission GEAR and Bearing.
It is a very important part, but it is also troublesome if it breaks.
It is the cause of life span and breakage,
Life of the Engine oilPump.
The service life of the engine oil pump is almost the same as that of the engine. 。 As with the Engine, the Engine oil must be changed with proper Timing in order for the Engine oilPump to work properly! 。
Cause of failure
If the engine oil replacement is neglected for a long period of time, the engine oil pump will fail, which will eventually cause the engine to fail.
What exactly happens?
If the oil does not circulate well in the Engine, the →.
The rotation of the crankshaft is transmitted to the GEAR attached to the splines to rotate the oil pump. 。 Oil is pumped from the inside by rotation. Therefore, if GEAR does not rotate due to damage to the splines, the oil pump will not operate. In other words, oil will not circulate inside the engine. 。 Oil does not rotate.
⇒ causes seizure.
In my case, I'm replacing it for the purpose of eliminating uncertainty, not failure, but the way to determine if it has failed.
Symptoms of malfunction
(1) White smoke rises.
(2) Spark plugs are covered.
(iii) Engine burn-in occurs.
Even if you think that the oil pump may be faulty, it is also a high hurdle for a beginner to disassemble it immediately to check if it is normal or not. 。
It may be simplified for this reason, but we will first inspect it as follows 。
Inspection Method
○ ○Idling the exhaust pipe and hold your hand over the exhaust pipe to see if Oil adheres to the pipe.
→ This is the easiest.
→I felt a little bit Oil-like (laughs).
Oil pumps are not often disassembled and repaired in a manner that is → difficult.
Therefore, it is better to replace the oil pump itself.
How to exchange.
(1) Remove the Oil.
↓
Remove the Crank Case Cover.
↓
Remove the oil pump.
There is a screw that holds the Oil Pump Gear in place, but since it is an integral part of the Oil Pump Gear, remove the Plus screw.
Screws are hard, so use a screwdriver to loosen the screws.
↓
Install the oil pump with new gears and tighten the screws.
↓
(5) Attach and tighten the Crank Case Cover and Gasket.
↓
(6) Insert new Oil. Done.
There is no particular effect, no Oil from the Exhaust System, no White Smoke, that seems to be the effect.
It is similar to the heart that pumps Oil into the Engine, or in humans, the heart that pumps blood into the body.

Genuine Kawasaki Tap Filter Tube for Ninja ZX-6R
This was a fuel tap tube for the Ninja ZX-6R which was staring to deteriorate due to age I imagine. This bike is over 20 years old so at some point, these things do start to go. Finding the right part was super easy by referencing Kawasaki schematics. The price for this was really great value and a lot less than could be sourced locally. I had some other parts for other bikes in the garage and got them all shipped together vis EMS. My orders always are shipped using this courier as I trust them with all my parts and also, they get them to me quickly. The tube is a really nice part, it a;lready has the nice smooth bends done for you so it really is a case of plug and play and job is done. Now there will be no problems with any fuel leaks and the bike is good to go once again. Ready for the next headache. Thank you Webike for taking the time to pack my orders well. Very happy and will be back for more when needed. View detail

It looks like there are only a few left in stock.
I replaced the filter, but the oil was leaking from the bolt area, so I replaced it.
The O-ring was also new and leaking, so I thought it was caused by the Cover because the Seal surface of the Cover was scratched.
Other brand products were also available, but OEM products are cheaper and more reliable.
The inside structure was a little different.

Genuine Kawasaki Filter for Ninja H2R 2019
The oil filter was easy to find, it also fits quite a few different H2R models so is readily available. This was for the Kawasaki Ninja H2R 2019 model. The price was really good, and still better than could source locally for the same Kawasaki part. As I always have more than one part in each order, the cost of shipping is really good. I generally use EMS Fast service as it gets to me very quickly and the tracking is full, I mean full as in every step of the journey. I know exactly when the order will be delivered, the delivery has always been on time. Every part in the order was well packaged as expected and the outer box was sealed on all sides so none of my smaller parts could escape. There is not really much to say about the finish of this oil filter as there is not really much you can see, the paint is clean and the threaded part is super smooth. The seal is intact and no tears, rips of dinks. Nothing is bad with Kawasaki oil filters at all. Never had any problems. The paint on the outer is really good and no runs or blemishes on it at all. The filter threaded on really easily and obviously, with any oil filter change, a small amount of oil on the end just to help seal.Fitted in no time at all and filled the oil in the engine. Runs really well and with the new oil, sounds a lot better than it did. Happy customer. Thank you Webike for all your help with the order contents. View detail

Genuine Kawasaki Oil Filter Element for 1400GTR 2013
These tiny filter elements are a little bit of an annotance to me. I have changed out hese twice over the last 6 years and this is yet another time. I don't have an issue with the filteres themselves, it is the owner of the bike that keeps adding the cheapest and most horrible oil ever. This is what causes the issues. Anyway, I got a new set of these and a spare for good measure. Finding the part was easy using the schematics sections available online. Webike price was really good value. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. The packet was in great condition which in turn meant the filter elements were also in great condition. They are assembled well and the rubber is really good on these too. The mess is held good and these would generally last a while if you take care of your bike how you should. So, fitted and out of the door. The end. Thank you Webike, great as always. View detail

Coolant Exchange and Quantity:Best to replace with Set.
This Parts and Quantity:When replacing the Coolant with the Filter that will become Set.
I bought a new one and replaced it.
For older motorcycles such as the GPZ900R, the WaterLine is heavily contaminated with rust and other contaminants.
I think they need to be replaced regularly.

OEM Product is the best.
Based on past experience, Oil Filter is the only OEM choice.
This is the first time I have worked on replacing a filter on a GPZ900R.
It took some time, but it was completed successfully.
We are implementing this with a Cycle of 2 Oil changes and 1 Filter change.
