ESTRELLA's crying place.
ESTRELLA's Restore, which has become immobile, maybe the end of the line here.
Just before it became immobile, it was leaking oil frequently, and I was looking for various causes this time while restoring it.
(1) Deterioration of Piston ring → done.
(2) CamTensioner problems→done.
(3) Gasket degradation → done.
I have been repairing the grains in various ways, but there was a blind spot.
There was oil leakage from the root of the oil pipe on the crank side.
Is it Gasket?
I took it off for a test, and as I expected, it was Gasket. I replaced it.
Oil pipe, as the name implies, is a pipe through which oil passes, but why is it attached?
It has to do with oil pumps.
Oil pump
Equipped on the lower front side of the cylinder block and driven in conjunction with the crankshaft.
The OilCleaner sucks up oil accumulated in the oil pan and supplies oil to the sliding parts of the cylinder head and cylinder block. 。
Think of it as gravity, so Oil goes down too, it accumulates in the Oil pan.
The oil pipe is where the oil passes through.
Oil pipe
Oil pipe is a piping that serves as a route to feed engine oil. 。 Engine oil plays a role in lubrication and cooling, and oil leaks can cause seizure and other problems. 。 Also called oil transmission pipe.
Engine oil not only lubricates the engine, but also cools it.
If the engine is air-cooled, the engine oil cooling effect is even more important.
And if the oil as an auxiliary role for cooling does not circulate correctly due to leakage, .......
→If the amount of engine oil is less than the proper amount, a strange noise may occur while driving, or the engine sound may become louder than usual. 。 In addition, low engine oil reduces the natural lubricating effect of the engine, causing a risk of engine seizure in some cases.
In my case, I don't know why it didn't burn out... I was able to manage to ride it while adding oil... now that I think about it, it's scary (laughs).
Gasket replacement.
Procedure
Remove the oil pipe from the cylinder head side, the carburetor side, and the crankcase side.
↓
(2) Gasket of rubber is confirmed at the tip of the pipe on the crankcase side. 。
↓
Replace (3).
↓
Assemble in the order of ? ?→?.
[After exchange]
◎Oil leaks are completely gone 。
◎A little test drive made it run Smooth.
This completely fixed the Oil leak. 。
Regardless of the year, it is a part that comes in contact with oil, so deterioration is to be expected. If you feel oil leakage even a little, it may be a good idea to suspect this part. 。
It seems that ESTRELLA has many examples of repairs here (laughs).
The only thing left to do is to adjust Tappet.

Genuine Kawasaki Clutch Cover Out Gasket for KX125 2001
I need a lot of parts to get this old and slightly damaged bike back to ripping up the dirt, these small parts are definitely needed for that purpose. This was a rebuild that was not going to be a quick fix. Finding the part was easy using the help pages from Webike. I did not really pay much for shipping as most of the parts were small and pretty light. Even though I got the fast service from Fedex, the price was still very good. All arrived with me in less than a week. The gasket was in perfect condition and Webike kept this nice and flat so not to distort the shape.The flexibility is enough so not to be an issue if it gets caught whilst installing. All the mount holes aligned correctly and fitted in less than half an hour. Now this is one of the many jobs that is completed, onto the next one for this old girl.The service I got from Webike was brilliant. I will be back for all my OEM parts now. Genuine Kawasaki Gasket for NINJA ZX-6R 2005
This is a crank case cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual crank case for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Kawasaki parts, the shipping worked out to be brilliant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new crank case, that is one more thing finished off. As of late.
Neutra SW is in bad shape, actually in Neutral, but
NLamp does not light up
Even though the NLamp is lit.
Trying to get into Convenience.
When Side Stand is put up, does it stall to do ignition Cut (Igniter)?
Idling is somewhat unstable even when waiting at a traffic light (is the ignition thinning out a bit?).
In any case, when I looked for a replacement, I couldn't find it.
Dealer home country arrangement & since it is not coming soon.
I looked it up.
Kawasaki's OEM Product has the same Size as Exactly!
The miracle is that everything is exactly the same.
Replacement is easy.
Copper packing is inserted at the time of installation.
I am 1mm thick (Inner diameter 10mm) Using UniversalDrainPacking of
The Initial Model is thin in packing here and pushes the Switch too much.
Because it wears out quickly.
Trouble that will be ruined.
I heard they put it out as a countermeasure to prevent over-pressing with thick Packing.
This is unconfirmed information.
My own vehicle also had a thin (0.4mm measured) Packing.
If it lasts longer with the thicker packing, it will be a good thing.
* I thought removing the Neutral switch would produce Oil.
It did not appear at all.

Genuine Kawasaki Generator Gasket for NINJA ZX-10R 2017
This one is the crank case gasket on the generator side as when I was checking out the bike, this seemed to be delaminating. Small bits were clearly perished.
