Should have done it before Engine overhaul (lol)
The other day, when I replaced the Cell Motor, I had to remove the Crankcase, so I replaced it at the same time.
The Clutch board will be replaced.
What is Clutch anyway?
What is Clutch used for? ]
The power of the engine is temporarily cut off, and after changing the gear, it is reconnected to enable smooth driving.
I'm not sure if it's the GEAR of the bike with the gearshift....
And the Clutch Plates I replaced this time.
[Clutch Plates]
The generic term for both friction plate and steel plate is "clutch plate.
Friction plate
。 Plate is released from the Clutch Disc when the Clutch is held and the connection between Engine and Transmission is disconnected.
If the→plate is worn or deformed, the driving force is not transmitted properly and [*Slipping] This will be the case.

... Clutch is mainly Semi-Clutch. It wears out when it is in a state of 。 As the clutch wears out, it becomes harder to transmit power. 。 The state in which power is not transmitted properly due to wear and tear. Clutch slips. They say

Speed does not come out even if the rpm is increased.
It will be as if it were blown sky-high.
▲ Half-Clutch makes it harder to start. → This is exactly the same thing.
The standard life of a motorcycle clutch plate is about 20,000~30,000 km. In my case, I bought a bike with over 20,000km and ran almost 30,000km from there..........................so it is essential to replace the clutch plate (laugh).
Replacement Procedure]
First, before the exchange, prepare the following items in advance.
*Crankcase's Gasket → not reusable.
1.Pull out Oil.
↓
2.Soak the friction plate in Oil.
*The purpose is to smooth it out in advance as it moves with friction.
↓
3.Crankcase removal.
↓
4.Decomposition within Crankcase.
↓
5.Remove the crankcase gasket.
↓
6.Loosen the bolt holding the clutch in a diagonal line. Do not lose the spring because it is in the bolt.

7.Remove the middle Nut and keep the Washer below it.
↓
8.Pull out the Clutch Plates.
↓
9.Remove the Plate in 8.
↓
10.Assemble the oil-soaked plate.
↓
11. Assembled in the order of 9→1.
Sure enough, it was pretty worn out (laughs).
After the replacement, the feeling that the Clutch is far away seems to have been eliminated.
If you have more than 20,000 km, you should replace it regardless of the type of car, or if you think it has become difficult to half-climb.

Genuine Kawasaki Friction Plates for NINJA ZX-6R 2021
This was one of those jobs that was desparately wanted doing as this clutch has been needing attention for quite a while now. Time for the new clutch plates to sort it out completely. This order was for the friction plates, I purchased the full set of these along with the steel plates and springs for the full overhaul. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. As I already had a few other parts in my basket waiting to checkout, this cut down the shipping and spread it across all the parts. All arrived in tact and perfect condition in less than a week via EMS fast service. Webike packed all my items out securely and with some additional bubble wrap. 100% perfect when I got them. Not really bought many clutch plates for this model Kawasaki but when I do, I always go for the genuine ones which I know will work exactly as they should. At this price, it would be foolish not to buy genuine. The tolerances for each plate was the same as the specs in the manual. There was no oiliness or contaminants so these were good to fit. You do not have to soak these friction plates but adding a little oil to the other steel plates is a good idea. Fitted pretty easily and quickly and now ready for the season ahead. Time for the second part of the build with the new clutch steel plates complete this part of the overhaul. This order was for the steel clutch plates, I purchased the full set of these for the NINJA ZX-6R 2021. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. The other friction plates were already in my basket along with the new springs and this meant ordering them all together actually cut down on the shipping per item. I do use EMS for the delivery as they just get the order delivered quickly. Arrived in less than a week. All the plates were packed really well and extra bubble wrap was added to the box to fill any space. Everything arrived in one piece with zero damage. No point in trying to save money and getting after market clutch plates as they don't last as long as OEM ones. The plates had a nice sharp but not dangerous machining on them and very precise and perfectly to the tolerances on the manual. I always add a little oil before fitting the steel plates as it just makes things easier. Fitted really well and pretty quickly, ready for the season. Thanks Webike, great job. View detail

Used with Ninja1000 Slipper clutch
I bought the OEMParts for my Ninja1000 when I installed the Slipper clutch.
All in all, it was a little over 42,000 yen.

It is naturally lighter because it has become 3 springs from 5 springs.
There is no hot pinging of the rear due to a sudden Downshift.
It's fun on the pass because I don't have to pay attention to Downshift anymore.
Center nut is 135N-m. It is hard to remove without Impact.
It is better to work with two people while using the Clutch holder for tightening.
