Components not to be taken lightly.
Throttle was heavy even after lubrication, so I thought Cable had reached the end of its life, so I replaced it. 。
This is the replacement of the Wire that pulls the Axel.
What is Throttle Cable?
Throttle Cable refers to a cable that transmits throttle operation to a fuel supply device such as a carburetor. 。 When the Throttle is twisted, the Throttle Cable is pulled, and the Carburetor linked to the Throttle Cable opens the valve, which regulates the engine speed by varying the amount of gasoline supplied.
It's a conduit for →Axel and carburetor.

Display submenu Accelerator Wire is the wire that is passed through the tube between the Carburetor and the Axel in the car. 。 Also called Throttle Cable or Throttle Wire,
How Throttle Wire works.
。 The more the Throttle is turned, the larger the Throttle opening becomes, and in a sense, it can be said that ”Rider and Motorcycle are linked together.

Since it is Wire, lack of lubrication and deterioration will occur, and defects will occur accordingly. When defects occur
→ accelerate to anywhere.
→Engine Brake does not work.
I can't do a subtle Accelerator operation.
........resulting in an increase in the accident rate.
I do a lot of bad things.
If you drive a Motorcycle on a daily basis, you know how scary it can be. 。
So lubrication and replacement is necessary.
And what is really scary is that Wire is out of order.
There are signs of discomfort before it breaks off.
→ Gurgling and the feeling of Wire rubbing against your hand. → A sign of cutting.
The useful life of Wire is
The standard is about three years.
But …… this depends on maintenance and storage conditions. 。 If stored in an indoor garage and well maintained, they can continue to be used for an extremely long period of time.
→ I had a bad return after lubrication, so I guess it's time to replace it.
I would like to replace it as soon as possible because it is really dangerous if it malfunctions.
Exchange】 【Exchange
(1) Remove the register at the bottom of the Switch Box on the RightHandlebar.
↓
(2) Two Accelerator Wires are hooked to the inside of the Grip. 。 Remove the Accelerator Wire from the hole by pulling the wire with your hand to make room for the Accelerator Wire. 。 When doing so, be careful not to damage the surrounding plastics.
The position of the wire ball can only be pulled out at the point where it can be pulled out.
*There are two holes.
↓
(3) On the Carburetor side, there is a ball where the Wire is installed in the same way, so please remove the Wire from the hole. 。
The *carburetor side also has two holes.
↓
(4) Insert the Thailand portion of the new Wire into the holes on the carburetor side and the Throttle side.
Lubricate before installing on the Throttle side.
↓
(5) Tighten the screws of the Switch Box.
The work itself is not difficult at all, so I do not think there will be any problem with individual Levels.
The Thailand part can be removed quickly by changing the angle of the wire slightly.
Wires are also consumables, so periodic inspections and early replacement are recommended.

Countermeasure Parts for Ninja 1000
The Clutch Cable is easily broken until the second generation of Ninja 1000.
I snapped too.
Since the third generation, the parts have been replaced with countermeasure parts.
The Gold section is moderately Curved, which makes it difficult for the Wire to hurt.
Up to the second generation, the exchange is RECOMMENDED.
Like not being able to cut Clutch on the go? It is just a fear.
Since this is an OEM Product, it is OK to install with a pontoon.
Replacement is easy.
Cable handling is a bit of a challenge, though.
It takes a little hang to pass over the Radiator.

The Parts after the countermeasure is 54011-0621.
This is the Clutch Cable for the first and second generation Ninja 1000.
You can see in the picture that the Gold part of the Lever side is straight. After that, tension is applied to the lower side and the Cable is sore.
From the 3rd generation onwards, this has been addressed and the Gold genus part has been curved.
The PartsNO after countermeasure is 54011-0621. Let's buy this one.
If it is about to run out, it will be difficult to get N out.
