Genuine Suzuki Left Frame Cover for GSX-R1000 2005
After a stone chip this left frame cover got a bit scratched up and needed replacing. The bike is almost 20 years old but this is a well looked after bike and looks no more than a few years old witht he condition it has been kept in. Therefore, a replacement for a scratched panel was definitely required to keep the bike looking this good. Finding the right part number was not too hard with referencing to Suzuki schematics. As this is a model with very few with compatable others I assumed it would be a hard part to find. Nope, not the case at all. Webike had this in stock and ready to go. The price was very good value too and a lot less than could be sourced locally. Even if the price was good locally, the time frame for the part to arrive was worse than getting it shipped from Japan. I do use EMS for my shipper as my order arrive in 5 days or less depending on weekends etc. All arrived in perfect condition and no damage at all during transit. The framce cover came very very well packed and totally covered in bubble wrap so the finish was lept as is should be. The painted finish is excellent, a very high gloss black with no flaws or runs, totally perfect. I was a little worried about fitting it but made sure I had nice soft cotton gloves to fit finally in place. With a little gentle wipe over, the frame cover makes the bike look like it did when it rolled off the factory floor. Absolutely stunning. Very happy customer. [How is it used?
I bought this to refresh the clutch on my beloved RM250. I was scared that it was too expensive, but I couldn't afford it, so I bought it.
The Outer and Inner hubs of the Clutch are HINSON, and the Clutch Retainer by Kitamura is also installed. In order to obtain a better clutch feeling, the clutch plates and friction plates were also replaced.

How was your experience with it?
I sent it directly to Kitamura-san after it arrived. I asked him to cut a groove and plane the surface.
I can now cut with a snap and connect with a snap. Great.
KICK starting with GEAR in place is also better. The best.
The Judder was showing slightly, but it is gone now, probably because the Clutch Plates were replaced at the same time and the thickness returned.

Soak the clutch in oil for a while to let it acclimate before installing it. If you have time, you can measure the thickness all the way around and spread out the thicker parts to improve the clutch feeling.

Genuine Suzuki Air Filter
A customer came in with this beauty that needed a bit of a service. The air filter needed changing out as it had been sat in a shed for a while. Strangely, the bike still ran which pretty good which was a shock. Anyway, with a few other parts for this project, all my order was shipped via EMS and arrived in great condition in 5 days. The stock Suzuki air filters are always going to be the first option if they are available and this was the case much to my surprise. So, solid choice usng a OEM Suzuki. These filters have a great life span and are pretty cheap. Yes, you can get more expensive ones, but for a bike like this and how often it would be ridden would be a waste. I have used stock Suzuki as this was the best option in my opinion. OEM have never let me down. The quality is awesome, the fitment is always spot on and no bad incidents fitting. No problems at all with them. The old filter was a little tricky to remove due to being stuck in there for some reason. After it came out the new filter was a breeze to fit. Now purrs like a kitten. Genuine Suzuki Reservoir Screw for GSX750F
This was the screw for the GSX750Ffront reservoir. These are generally screws that if you do not have the right attachment that you can easily mess them up. This is the case here. The previous owner had used the wrong cross head bit and chewed up teh screw entirely. This meant I literally had to drill out the top of the screw to get it undone. I was also sorting out the diapgragm for this bike so it did need to come off. The correct screw was super easy to find as I already had the schematics from Yamaha and used the tools Webike provide anyway. The cost of the pair of screws was really good and with the rest of the parts I needed, I got them all shipped together. EMS is who I use these days as they just get the job done in great time. % days from shipping is when the order arrived. All the parts were very well packaged and the screws also came in a genuine Yamaha packet. They are really small but are very well machined. They have a black paint coating in the regualr satin finish. The threads are crisp and clean and free from flakes of metal. Genuine Suzuki Pads/Shim for GSX-R1000 2007
This bike came in and the owner wanted to keep the OEM Suzuki pads and shims for it and not go for after market ones. No problem, I can get these from Webike with no issue. Finding the correct pads was not hard as I used the tools and ghelp section on Webike and then cross referenced with Suzuki schematics. The price Webike had these for was excellent and better than could be sourced locally. I alwys have more than one part in my orders as this saves on shipping etc. use EMS as my go to courier as they just get your order to you fast. The order arrived in 5 days from shipping and everything in the box was as it should be with no damage or anything. The pads and shims come in the sealed Suzuki packet so you can see they are perfect. The pads from Suzuki are pretty good and as good as any OEM pads you can buy form manufacturers. Genuine Suzuki Magneto Gasket for GSX-R1000
I needed this for a old 2007 GSX-R1000 I have got in my garage. This is a magneto cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual magneto cover for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Suzuki parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the magneto case, that is one more thing finished off. Genuine Suzuki Speedo Cable for UK110NE ADDRESS
This bike came in and needed a new clutch cable. Upon checking, these were very hard to get hold of in the UK but Webike had the correct cables needed. Absolutely fantastic price, well less than half what they are in the UK from genuine Honda parts dealer. Unfortunately though, the Suzuki dealer in the UK could not give an estimate of when they would be able to get the parts needed. Not an issue with Webike. As these were part of a larger order with other parts, the shipping was brilliant, not expensive and not too cheap, express delivery is what I went for. From ordering all the different parts in the order to being delivered to my door was literally just over a week. Including a weekend and the wait time for Webike to source the parts from the different manufacturers. How good is that. Upon receipt, the box was perfect and as Webike package all these very well indeed, nothing was damaged. There was also another layer of padding on top. What more can you ask for.The cable came in it's own Honda packet and was in perfect condition when it arrived. The lug was secure, the cable nicely lubricated so slide through the guide outer easily. Fitting is not difficult on an off road bike as not really much gets in the way. Genuine Kawasaki Clutch Lever for NINJA GSX-R1000 2015
Webike have a lot of help tools available so you can find the correct part pretty easily to add an OEM Kawasaki Clutch Lever to the GSX-R1000. Correct part number found and added to my basket. I generally have more item in my basket ready to order and this was another that was added. I do like to order more than one part at a time as this cuts down the shipping if I was to order items individually. The courier I chose was EMS fast service. They do what they say and get your order to you very fast. No really sure if I have ever had an order delivered by this service that has been any longer than 5 days. This arrived at my door in 5 days as expected. This makes me happy and also my customers and friends happy too. The order was all packed really well as always from Webike warehouse staff. The outer box was sealed with tape so nothing could be lost whiclst in transit. The inner of the box was all neatly packed and filled with additional bubble wrap. Everything was nice and snug but not too tight to damage anything. All the parts and even some of the small parts arrived with me in 100% perfect condition. The lever is a lovely colur black, but not glossy balck, more like a satin. The finishing is perfect, no sharp parts and all the the groove where the cable sits in is also very well machined out. The clutch fitment tab is noce and smoothly finished. Even the bolt hole is very well machined. What's not to love. All fitted in super quick time and this meant my friend could get back out on his bike in just a week from the accident. Very happy with purchase. Genuine Suzuki Piston for SV650 2007
The pistons on this bike were not sliding well and starting to cease on one cylinder and therefore it needed a new set up. for both I found the correct parts for the SV650 by using the tools Webike provide in their help section and cross referencing via Suzuki Parts Schematics. Not really a hard find at all. These do fit a lot of different models so are available. The price that Webike had these listed for was really good value. With some other parts in my basket, I placed my order and everything was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The packages were all well padded out and no damaged was found. The pistons were in their own little Suzuki boxes and both the pistons looked superb. I had already sourced the piston rings and other parts needed for this overhaul previously, so I had everything ready to go when these arrived. I was really pleased with the quality of the pistons, there were no weird shavings or swarf in the boxes and the pistons were clean and free from any contaminants. Genuine Suzuki Exhaust Pipe Gasket for BURGMAN400 ABS 2020
After the owner decided to change the exhaust on this Burgman 400, the exhaust gasket was in need of a new one too. No point in adding an old one when it will probably not work for long and then you have the job of removing the pipe again to do it right. Not a massive job but you might as well get the new gasket beforehand really. Finding this gasket was not super hard or anything as this also fit a lot of other, older Suzuki models, so is readily available. I used the tools Webike provide on their help section with links to the top manufacturers websites. Webike's price was really good value and added to some other parts already in my basket, the shipping worked out well. Shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days from shipping. The packet this gasket came in was also inside a bubble wrap envelope to keep it safe. The gasket is nothing really special but it does hold an important job, to keep all the emisions going one way. A little bit of a mishap meant this screen on a virtually new bike needed changing. I did not want a different colour or get darker smoked one, I just wanted the standard semi smoke screen clear. I found the part using the help section that Webike provide with links to the top manufacturers websites and from there schematics etc. The price overall was very good and better than I could source locally. I decided whilst I was buying this item, I added a few other parts to the basket which meant the shipping was spread out all of the order. Cheaper than buying individual items and shipping them as is. The screen was packed in a loveley thick bubble wrap and taped closed. The rest of the parts in my order were all padded and therefore, no damage could occur during transit. Webike even tape theentire box closed. EMS fast service is what I chose, the cost was so good and all my items were delviered in 5 days. The screen arrived with me in perfect condition and I am not surprised by the amount of bubble wrap that was surrounding it. The screen has a bit of flex which of course you need. All the fixing holes are perfectly made, line up just fine. Not really much else to say about it, it's a semi smoked clear screen. There are no sharp edges and all appears to be without any distortion to it either, crystal clear if you like. All together, I am very pleased with how it looks and how it all went together. Genuine Suzuki Oil Seal for GSX-R600 2000
The fork seals needed replacing on this old bike and this was the time I needed to order the correct OEM parts. These oil seals do not last this many years and I do not think this bike had ever had them changed. Very unusual. Finding the correct ar is not a hard or difficult job if you use the help section of Webike which has links to big manufacturers. I also cross referenced with Suzuki schematics. The price for the oil seals was really good value and added to the other parts in m order, the shipping worked out really cost efficient too. shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days.EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit. These oil seals came in the Suzuki packaging and are really good quality. They are flexible but had a lot of strength to them which is ideal for this job.
