Genuine Yamaha Bearing for YZF600 2001
This bike came in for a bit of an overhaul in the engine department and needed a few parts to finish the project. One of the main issues was a bad transmission bearing which when removed had seen better days. The bike did have over 95,000 miles on it so was probably due anyway. Finding the right part was easy as I used the tools Webike provide in their help section and then I cross referenced it on Yamaha schematics to be sure. The bearing was surprisingly good value and better than I could source locally. With some other smaller parts, I got them all shipped together using EMS as my couier. My order arrived in 5 days, undamaged and perfect condition throughout. The bearing did come in the Yamaha box and was padded with bubble wrap around the outside. The bearing itself is a pretty big one for this bike. The hard part was getting the old one out as there were also some corrosion on that. The new bearing runs smooth, has a slick movement and fitting in perfect with the right drift tool. There is a long way to go before this bike can be started again but just the mechanical movement by hand and there were no nasty sounds coming from that area now. Job done. Thanks Webike, great work. Genuine Yamaha Transmission Bearing for FZ6R 2014
This bike came in with some pretty nasty sounds coming from the engine. Having done a lot of investigating, it was an issue with one of the main bearings at fault. This was going to be a big job. Finding the right bearing was really easy as I just used the tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The price for this bearing was excellent, slightly better than I could source locally. With a couple of other parts in my order, I had them all shipped using my chosen courier, EMS. They get my orders to me fast and efficiently. In 5 days my order was delivered in perfect condition. The contents were all nicely packaged and kept safe during transit with lots of bubble wrap. The bearing did come in the Yamaha box anyway. This bearing is an open sided bearing. The bearing was well made and looks flawless to me. The rotation is smooth as silk with no notchiness apparent. Now begins the large job of splitting the engine to get to the offending bad bearing. Thank you Webike for the care you take. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Transmission Oil Seal for FZ6R 2014
Whilst I was fixing the faulty bearing in the transmission I always change the circlip and oil seal as this is regularly deformed during removal. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased. Genuine Yamaha Washer Plate for FZ1 2010
With changing the front and rear sprockets on this bike, the FZ1 2010 the nut was changed along with this washer plate. Never forget your new washer plate, it is important. The correct part was found using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha's own schematics. Best price ever for this lock washer and better than I could source locally. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The parts were well packed and no damage was sustained during transit. The spring washer is a super idea and keep the nut from loosening and coming off when you really do not want it to. It has a very slight conical shape to it so when you tighten up the nut, it also makes a good form for the nut not to come off. I also purchased a brand new sprocket nut to make the entire job complete with no worry of loosening. The washer plate is well machined and free from any contaminants. Works a treat. Very pleased with this purchase, thank you Webike, awesome every time. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Lock Washer (Watsiya, Rotsk) for YZF600R 2006
This is a part that when you change the front sprocket, you really do need to purchase. Yes, you are ok to use these once more after initial fitting but you are pushing it if you try for a 3rd install. The tabs do becaome pretty weak and this is not a part you want to fail whilst riding. Who wants the sprocket nut coming off right. I always have more than one item in my order as this saves on shipping, the same in this case. All were sent via EMS which arrived 5 days after shipping. The order was well packaged and all the items inside arrived in perfect condition. These Yamaha lock washers come in the Yamaha standard packaging and were also inside a bubble wrap envelope for safety. I purchased 2 as they always come in handy. The construction is sturdy but does have a degree of give due to the action needed when bending over the tab. Great work by Webike in getting my order safely to me and the front sprocket is now very secure. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Nut for FZ-6 2006
As we were changing the front and rear sprocket for the FZ-6 2006 it was time to change out the nut and lock washer for it too as you are not really meant to keep on using these parts due to deterioration upon removal and reinstallation. The nut here is the Genuine Yamaha one as it is always going to be the best option. The correct part was found using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha's own schematics. Webike price was excellent as always and better value than anywhere else I have found. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. All the parts were in their own individual packets and inside a bubble wrapped envelope for security. The nut itself is a well made and well machined nut. The edges are not sharp but they are crisp and clean. The threads are very precise and no notchiness or stickiness was found upon installation. It went on super easily and with the lock washer also purchased in place, this nut is going nowhere. Thanks Webike, great job. View detail

Genuine Yamaha 2nd Gear Wheel for Yamaha YZF-R1 2003
After having a lot of issues with both the 2nd and 6th gears on this old girl. I have changed out the entire gearbox with a reconditioned one in the hope that this would cure the problem. Turns out that as this bike is a track bike, the 2nd and 6th gears are the ones that give in stressful situations. I decided, enough was enough and just to buy the 2 gears. 2nd gear was easy to find the correct part number as thse do fit a lot of models that that era of bikes. The cost of 2nd gear from Webike was brilliant and very good value. This order was shipped using EMS and arrived with no damage in 5 days. The parts on arrival look great, the machining is spot on, the teeth have no weird extra shards on them. Basically, just standard Yamaha quality which I have found is second to none. Fitted pretty easily as the gearbox was already in bits anyway. Hopefully, me and this old girl will have a few more fun track days to come. Great job Webike, thank you View detail

Make it new every time you replace it.
Tell us how you use it]
When replacing the Driven Sprocket on the YAMAHA XJR400R, this lock washer also needs to be replaced with a new one.
This is a lock that is inserted between the Nut and the Sprocket to lock the Nut with a claw so that it does not loosen.
How was your experience with it?
The one I had been wearing had a broken nail and needed to be replaced.
Incidentally, the service manual also instructs that this one should be changed to a new one every time.
A bit of a pain in the ass to nail down, but ...
How did it compare to other products?
Since the parts here are not used except for OEM Products, we cannot compare them.
[Points to note]
Be careful not to break the nail when working with it.

[How is it used?
I tried to remove the fixed nut to replace the Driven Sprocket on my YAMAHA XJR400R, but it was too hard and did not come off at all, so I ended up going to a Motorcycle shop to remove it with Air Impact.
At that time, the Nut was quite beat up, so we purchased a new one.
How was your experience with it?
I knew it would be totally different from the new ones.
The XJR itself has 39,000 km but the Nut was also very dirty.
I'm glad we changed the look.
How did it compare to other products?
Since the parts here are not used except for OEM Products, we cannot compare them.
Also, do not use Universal Product's Nut by mistake, as it is a special Nut that has been processed.
[Points to note]
Use a hexagonal socket when loosening/tightening the nut.
I would recommend not to use the 12 square sold at Home centeretc. because it is easy for Torque to escape.

This color is attached to the bolt that holds the drive sprocket cover of XJR400R.
The chain had become loose due to lack of chain management and had been shaved off due to contact with the collar as shown in the photo, so it was replaced.

It was just as Image.

Replacement spares for yamaha MT09
Was looking for a few replacement parts for my MT09. I foind the correct part numbers using the Yamaha schematics section on the parts catalogue. This fits quite a few different models so readily available. The cost of the clip was very good and better than could be sourced locally, if they had stock that is. This was part of a bigger order with a lot of small parts, I ised EMS for the shipping as this was marginally better than Fedex. Everything was well packaed and arrived at my door within a week of ordering. The outer box was sealed which I am happy about as I did not want any of my purchased parts escaping the box during transit. Everything arrived safe and sound. All empty space in the outer box was filled with extra padding, The clip is just a clip but n important part of the bike. It looks and feels really sturdy. Fitted pretty easily as I have a good set of circlip pliers in different sizes. Very happy with the result. Thanks Webike for your hard work. It really is appreciated View detail

Yamaha OEM OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
This oil seal called as Output shaft Oil Seal located on the left side cover of the engine.I have been riding my 1987 TW200 for about 8years now. It's been long time,After removing my left side cover many times, I personally have never had to change this oil seal out, but I do inspect them.Eventually any seal will fail, up to me if I want to do it before it actually does..when I removed my left side cover off I have notice that oil seal was worn out.So I ordered couple of oil seals from Webike Shop Japan. This oil seal isn't very expensive ,very easy to removed by using flat blade screw driver.Tw200 left engine side cover has oil within . Oil actually goes through the sprocket shaft (countershaft), then lubricates the outer shaft support bearing, then flows back around stator coil, and back to the main crankcase. When installing the new seal it is a good practice to use some fine emery cloth on each shaft where the seal makes contact just so you are sure it is smooth.Removing this seal is accomplished with a small seal pick or flat blade screwdriver. Seal get installed into completely cleaned pockets and lightly tapped in to place with a small hammer, preferably plastic or some find a socket that is close in size to the seal itself. Very simple procedure and great insurance for trouble free riding for a long time. There will some resistance to removing the side cover due to the magnets in the flywheel. Also, be sure to note the routing of the stator wires where they exit the engine. It is very easy to pinch these wires when replacing the side cover if you are not careful. There is nothing really scary under the left side cover. You don't even need to drain the oil if you don't want to.Special Thanks goes to the WEBIKE shop because they have OEM,aftermarket parts for resonable prices & will receive packages within a week after they dispatch from japan.Thank You So Much!!! Webike ! The Best Online Shop Ever
This oil seal located back of the front sprocket of tw200. to reach to the old seal first I have to remove the left engine side cover and the front sprocket.here comes the fun part, the old oil seal won't come easily. Looking at the seals, if they won't pry out, a couple of thin sheet metal screws gently screwed in between the shaft and rubber so the tip is under the sheet metal part of the seal and then pry sideways.will probably tear or rip freeing pieces of rubber and a spring but that is OK. It totally destroys the old seal.before I put a new seal in , installed an appropriately size O-RING on to the groove on the left end of the countershaft or wrap it in electrical tape to protect the countershaft seal.A little smear of grease outside and in helps make it go easier.Start it evenly or as square as possible. You can use a piece of plastic pipe a socket or similar to tap it in until it bottoms out.ALWAYS STICK WITH THE YAMAHA FACTORY PARTS when you replaced oil seals .because I had a bad experience with the aftermarket oil seals. So had to do the same job twice, Lesson Learned ! By using Yamaha original spare parts, you can save time, effort and money. extra benifit is , will received the package very quickly once placed a order at WEBIKE SHOP. Webike shop provide a good service overall.I would say best online shop ever ,you can get parts for reasonable prices .Quality of the products are so awesome .Highly Recommended to anybody View detail
