This item is a Water pumpSeal from ClutchCase.
This Seal is a MechanicalSeal, and if it fails, the Gear oil and Coolant will mix and cause the Gear oil to emulsify and become immobile.
Although there was no leak this time, we replaced it with a new one as a precautionary measure.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts is the only choice for Engine parts.
There is no problem with the quality. It is press-fitted, so it requires a hang to pull it out of the Case.
In my case, I used a Bearing Puller to pull it out. Or rather, I cannot pull it out otherwise.
When hammering, the amount of hammering was carefully measured with Caliper using Socket.
It seems to me that it would be good if we could be on the same side.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.

Safe and Secure OEM Parts
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This item is an oil seal for Counter Shaft.
When this Seal is removed, oil leaks into the Alternator side.
Although there was no leakage during the O/H this time, it was replaced as a preventive measure.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts is the only choice for Engine parts.
There is no problem with the quality. It is press-fitted, so it requires a hang to pull it out. In my case, I lightly drilled a hole with a drill, screwed in the bolt, and pulled it out with pliers.
When hammering, the amount of hammering was carefully measured with Caliper using Socket.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.

Genuine Yamaha Circlip for FZ6R 2014
As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the perimeters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. Now we have 100,000 km to go!
My beloved SR has been with me for 25 years.
I've been running without any troubles because I've been maintaining the car for a long time.
But I wanted to give my old body the proper care it deserves, so I came up with the engine overhaul.
Overhaul of the Engine
It is said to be done at about 100,000 mileage, and if the Overhaul is not done, there is a possibility that the Engine will not start. The expression "overhaul" is correct.
→ The mileage is 85,000, so I thought it was Large sturdy, but I was slightly concerned about some things, as you would expect (laughs) considering the age of the car.
When should I do an Overhaul of Engine?
Engine oil runs low quickly. 。 → no.
■ Sluggish acceleration during steep hill climbing and rapid acceleration. → applicable.
■The vibration becomes stronger. → This also applies to 。
White smoke coming from Exhaust System. No→.
OH is sometimes performed on older cars when new parts are not available for the engine and other auxiliaries. The→SR has parts even if it is out of print.
Conclusion:I decided I needed an Overhaul given the sluggish acceleration, vibration, and age of the car. We asked the store to do it.
Is performance improved by overhaul? ]
Engine in need of OH is already in a state of reduced performance, not ”Up performance, ”back to new condition” is correct. 。 If you want to increase engine performance, use Oversize's Piston to increase the bore, increase the compression ratio, etc.
[Merit of Overhaul
◎Because we disassemble down to the individual Parts, we remove Carbon deposits from the Head, correct or replace distorted Parts, and replace worn Parts.
Some Parts can also be used with improvements 。 In such cases, the performance and reliability of the product is better than in new condition.
The system is designed to extend the life of the Engine by→overhaul.
[Demerit of Overhaul
It takes time and effort to disassemble the ▲Engine.
High cost 。
*If you overhaul a single cylinder Engine with only one Piston, the overhaul above the waist is around 80,000 to 150,000.
Cylinder and Cylinder head, Piston and Piston ring (sometimes under the waist), Camshaft, and Overhaul around Valve. and Overhaul around Valve.
So this time, we replaced the piston and the piston ring. Gasket is also included.
I was recommended Oversize or external Piston, but I want to drive OEM for a long time, so I decided to go with OEM replacement.

◎The Piston is originally a sturdy engine, so durability can be expected to be very high.
◎Engine's Fee Ring seems a little softer and Smooth.
◎GunGun climbs and accelerates even on slopes!
There is nothing bad about it.
If I had to say something, I would say that it costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time.
If you think you can drive the car for the next 10 years or 100,000 km, it may not be such an expensive investment.
But ...
I'm also feeling challenged to try to overhaul the Engine myself next time (laughs).
It can be said that not only regular maintenance but also overhaul of the engine is essential to keep your beloved car running for a long time.
There's something about the feeling of riding for the first time, isn't there? I felt the same way again (laughs).

This was the second part of the piston and rings rebuild for the FZ6. The piston was damaged on one cylinder so I also purchased a new set of rings for this too. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. This piston was really good value and better in price than my local Yamaha dealer could beat. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The piston arrived in it's own little Honda box and was in tact and as I expected. There is no burns no marks and is basically just ready for reassembly for the big job in hand. The fitting was not hard, it is the rest of the rebuild that was a pain to do. Got it done pretty easily and was happy with the return of good compression to that cylinder. Now the bike runs a lot better. Genuine Yamaha Piston Ring Set (STD) for FZ6
The FZ6 needed a piston change on one cylinder and along with this I wanted to switch out the rings too. Makes sense. I felt it good practice to do both of these together. Finding the correct rings was not super hard, I just used the tools Webike provide along with cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Easy peasy. The cost of the rings was really good and better than I thought even direct from Japan. I did have a few other parts in this order, including the pistons for the bike and had them all shipped together. If you combine your items into one order, you do tend to save on shipping costs which is a bonus. I used EMS as they just get my order to me fast. No messing around, 5 days from shipping and they arrived at my door. The rings came in the standard Yamaha box and were surrounded in bubble wrap to keep everything safe and secure. The rings are well made and look really good quality. I have had some rings that just look like they will snap at the first sign of bending, but these look pretty robust. Fitting was not too bad as the bike was already apart. All back together, now I justy need to run the bike at a lesser pace to bed them in. As the original part that failed on this rebuild was the piston rings, the new set was needed. We just went for the standar set for the PW50 as this is the usual way forward. I found the right part using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Although the price was fairly high, it was far less than sourcing locally. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The piston ring set cam ein the usual Yamaha packet but also Webike put this inside a bubble wrap envelope with the other small parts to keep them safe from damage in transit. The piston rings arrived in perfect order, there is no corrosion or flaws in any way. They are pretty flexible but not enoguh to worry me. Genuine Yamaha Circlip for YZ250F 2011
One of the circlips needed replacing on this crankshaft piston so the best place to go was of course, Webike. The part was really good value and better than I could source locally. I did not have much trouble finding this part as it does fit a few models. I did however use the tools Webike provide ontheir help pages and then cross referenced with Yamaha schematics to make sure. I did not want to order the wrong part. Anyway, I had a few ther parts in my order and got them all shipped together with EMS to save on the shipping cost. In 5 days from shipping my order arrived and everything was well packaged, the empty spaces were filled with bubble wrap and air pockets. This circlip is a vital part when you think about it, it holds the actual piston pin and this is not something you want coming loose. The clirclip is a sturdy part and very well machined, no extra pieces of metal that could cause problems. Went onto the pin really well and fits nice and snug. As we already had all the other relevant parts for the cylinder and piston rebuild, of course we needed the new circlip to make sure this pin stayed in place. Not something you would reuse as it could becaome damaged during removal. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. This piston was really good value and better in price than my local Yamaha dealer could beat. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. Thsi was also a small part that came inside a larger bubble wrap envelope and wrapped pretty well. I do like how Webike make sure there is minimal chance of any damage to parts, especially these small ones that are not as robust. Anyway, the circlip was top notch, not really much else I can say. Genuine Yamaha Plane Bearing, Connecting Rod for YZF-R1 2003
I was doing a rebuild due to damage on this YZF-R1 2003 track bike. I needed a full set of Connnecting Rod plane bearings and the accompanying crankshaft plane bearings too. I found the correct part numbers for this rebuild by using the tools Webike provide and craoss referencing via Yamaha Parts Catalogue Schematics. I found I needed teh black ones for this. The price Webike had these for was super good and better than I could source. I already had the other plane bearings for the crankshaft in my basket. All were shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The packaging was really well padded as these are certainly not something that you want any sort of damage to. No issues here, Webike pack all my items really well. They each came in their own little Yamaha packet and looked amazing, far better than the ones I removed. The engine was already apart and ready to install. Genuine Yamaha Con Rod bolt nuts for YZF-R1 2003
These were the second part of the connnection bolt replacement that needed completing. I also purchased the connection bolts for this project and went for the genuine Yamaha nuts to go with. I found the part number for these nuts by using the Yamaha schematics and cross referencing via Webike tools. The cost was very good and as I was getting a full set of 8, they were great value. With some other parts for this bike the cost of shipping by EMS was great. Delivered to my door in 5 days with no messing around. Everything was well packed out inside the box and any smaller parts were protected in bubble wrap as required. These nuts are not particualrly special although they are a very fine thread. Genuine Yamaha Connection Bolts for YZF-R1 2003
This old girl has had a hard life and the conrod bolts needed to be changed. The old ones were not in great shape so I got a whole new set or 8. I also got the original nuts to go with these bolts so I know the job was going to be done right, first time. The part numbers were pretty easy to find and I used Yamaha schematics to make sure they were the right ones for the bike. With a few other parts for this old girl, my order was hipeed via EMS and arrived to me in 5 days. All my items were packed very well and these bolts were in their own Yamaha packet, Webike also had the foresight to staple all of them together so none could be lost. The bolts themselves are really well made, the threaded sections are crisp and clean, there are no weird burrs or machined shavings in sight. God forbid you get any extra pieces of metal in the engine when you are fitting these. I am very pleased with the purchase and now begins the rebuild. It's the small thing that matter
I purchased these for one of my bike as a spare set. At some point they will be needed. The part numbers were really easy to find using Yamaha Parts Catalogue you can find online. The overall price including delivery was very reasonable. Upon delivery which was around a week, all the items in my order were packaged really well. No damage in transit like you can get with other suppliers. All together, I am very happy with my purchase. I cannot comment on the fitting as they ahve not been done yet.
